  @SidewalkSeedli1 @MrStache9 You are correct. But I have another year before the deal is over and then my cell service will go up to$45. Still $70 cheaper than Telus. I had Telus home service. It would drop off at least four times a day and I lose the tv as well. Very irritating when you are watching any sport or movie. I’d gladly pay the extra for reliability.

  @Martyupnorth Never answer unknown, usually Telus with a good deal. I don’t even have a Telus cellphone. Counted my contacts & some of the were who the f is this.🙄

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS most ATROCIOUS customer service…your agents constantly have to “consult” because previous agent didn’t make notes about why I’m calling. been on hold for 59+minutes & counting. All because u STOLE $800+ from my dead father’s account. Just want the $ back!

  @policytensor @Tasnimnews_EN (1 of 2) I don't know but my hunch is that the US Gov't issued a blocking order to my service provider, Telus, (apparently a Canadian-owned firm that does not operate in the US) and it obeyed. During the 1962 Cuban missile crisis, there was a standoff between the US and Canada

  Then break up the Canadian telecommunications cartel of the big 3- Bell Roger's & Telus. They are charging us 10x more than USA & European firms do for BETTER content & service

And the new CEO listed where money goes from here: the wireless networks, network infrastucture upgades and site enablememt is on the list.   @TELUS I did not ask for a new service. After 20 years of paying for my security system, you would think that you have all the information you need to update my system.

  @TELUSsupport @NotHappyCamper1 I am in Kaslo, BC. My phone rang at around 8 pm on 22nd July and since then has been just a loud buzz on my phone line and no service. I can't figure out how to contact Telus to get help.
