@TELUSsupport As was predicted, the Telus support was less help than their representative, they just prolonged communications and had no solution. If you are looking for corporate plan, there are more choices out there trust me. I had a disturbing experience.

@FuzzyWuzzyTO I don't know what they have, and yes it's paid. But Telus has a thing (they keep bugging the crap out of me) where it's $10 for 5 months. Not sure if they have baseball or not, though.

  • tashavancity NL (@tashavancity) reported

@TELUS you've sent 4 techs to my home in the past 2 mos. Nothing is fixed, yet my bill has increased. I just purchased 3 new phones for my family, activated 2 online and was charged 3 activation fees. The security cams record parked cars and use up video storage ewrly ea mo. HELP

  • CynthiaMD92 Cynthia (@CynthiaMD92) reported

@TELUS @koodo @TELUSHealth Their own investigation as they had many customers coming in with the same problem I am having. Telus didn’t even have the courtesy of letting people in the area know that the tower was down. Terrible service if you’re trying to use your cell phone

  • AKoovappady Ananth Koovappady (@AKoovappady) reported

@ADT does ADT Canada, now under @TELUS , even bother about customer service. Call them and they state upfront average time to speak to ab agent is over an hour. Doesn't security services demand quicker response???

  • Hal_Hickey Hal_Hickey (@Hal_Hickey) reported

@TELUSsupport Dear Telus, I am on hold for phone support for a while now. I don't have much time to stay on the cell waiting for an agent. My landline suddenly went down in Ladner this morning. No changes have been made, nor have I touched any landline connections. Please advise.

@PaulMitchell_AB That's how things function in China. The credit system allows people to access goods and services while preventing those with bad credit from the same. CCTV is used everywhere. In Canada, I often wonder if Telus is heading down that path with all the services they offer.

  • Liannabelle88 Liannabelle FYMM (@Liannabelle88) reported

@Soundwave_Boss Telus appears to be having problems right now, too. I seriously doubt that Shaw deal will happen, after the last 2 major outages they'd be insane to move forward.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@apukwa @fanCRTCProfling @BenKlass Differential pricing decision prohibits zero rating for internet access, Does not prevent 800 numbers for voice calls. free data for Telus health while outside of Canada should be prohibited because it is still a Telus service going through Telus APN and billed by Telus.

  • RetiredDent Dentist Bob (@RetiredDent) reported

My mom just called Telus to get them to fix Google in her phone. @SenoritaDeb
