  @TELUSsupport Since the last few updates I can’t launch the Telus app - it just hangs on the start screen. If I reinstall the app it works once but then future launches hang again.

  @TELUSsupport instructed us to disconnect the wrong cable Sunday, and now with no services I struggle to work from home to figure out how to process payroll for 4 companies. @TELUS says not to worry that someone will be here on Tuesday and if it is our issues we pay $150. Crappy!

  @ClydeDoSomethin @TELUSsupport Should read "...hire more CANADIAN based service agents actually employed by Telus." "Agents" are contracted out from another part of the 🌏 by a 3rd party co. They don't care if the problem is corrected properly, they just want 2 conclude the call. @VirginPlusCare #VirginPlus
