    Realizing they are exactly the same, who is slightly less awful for home internet/tv, Telus or Rogers? My Telus deal is up so I’m trying to decide what to do but I also need someone to tell me what to do.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport trying to contact a tech this morning because the camera you installed is a piece of garbage. Your customer retention won’t help. So…..do I just cancel all of my services??

    @TELUSsupport A couple of days too late to ask. But the issue only lasted 2 or 3 hours. It was interesting because I was telling one of my plane spotter friends in the US, and even Verizon (a partner of Telus?) was giving him issues on and off the same day.

    @jaimepern we have Rogers and I have no complaints but a lot of neighbors report fairly frequent outages with their Telus but that might be just an issue with where we're situated

    @jaimepern You'll get better internet with Telus... but their customer service is pretty dogshit - slightly worse than Rogers/Shaw. Call Rogers, tell them you're a telus customer and ask what they'll offer you to switch. Take that, call Telus - leverage it for a great deal.

    Telus Internet has no customer support. On hold for over 2 hours. Placed a callback and it disconnected. Time to go to Starlink

    @TELUSsupport I can provide any information you need for this to be cleared once. I might not like my new provider but Telus pushed a loyal customer away.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I am really wanting to cancel a Telus service. I have made several phone calls over a three month period. Still getting billed for the service and not able to cancel. @CRTCeng -why do these big companies get away with this. Cancelling should be one click.
