Yo @Telus you down to send a couple bucks back? I don't wanna support Jake Paul I just wanted to see Tyson and Roy Jones throw some punches

  • noisewater21 DMAC But Festive - Freedom 38 (@noisewater21) reported

@CJW_101 The suggestion will allow you to know if it’s a problem with something on your end or Telus, and if it is your end what device is causing it. It needs to be done when the problem is happening so it’s hard for their techs to do.

  • myonlyattempt MyOnlyAttempt (@myonlyattempt) reported

@TELUS If I want to buy junk that will last 1 yr buy #Samsung. If i want something to last 5yrs buy #apple. Same goes for support. Samsung = sadSong.

  • mediarz mediar (@mediarz) reported

No internet for 26 hrs. No sign of repairs. No notifications. No eta. @TELUS @TELUSsupport to keep me as a customer, all you had to do was keep delivering your over-priced service. But you can't even do that. Tomorrow I switch to @Shawhelp along with my neighbours. Good riddance!

  • FlamingPaw FlamingPaw (@FlamingPaw) reported

@WolfInCorgnito @Sir_Boops The problem here, is I'm in a connected townhouse complex. So Telus has to work with the building management company to get things approved, and all the paperwork.

  • SmackdownHoteI Kelvin K (@SmackdownHoteI) reported

@Nanal0l I guess it also depends on the provider. If we're talking reputable one's like Telus, Fido, Shaw etc. then that's at not as concerning than if it were from as less popular provider. I would try to call again another day to see if the customer support says they still need a sin

  • mwest_ Mike West (@mwest_) reported

@jane_coffin @mebuell @guifinet There is no choice in more than half of the country (geographically) but to keep doubling down on Bell and Telus when ISED hands out subsidies now.

  • tbcart Tim Carter (@tbcart) reported

@telussupport your repair service is worse than usual. And usual is terrible. Hours on hold by phone, no callbacks, misrouted calls. After three days, finally booked an appointment. The repair guy was a no show. No call. Nothing. I'd be embarrassed to work for @telus.

  • Recurse_ Matthew (@Recurse_) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Oh look, a scheduled call back from Telus which goes to.... a ringing line that never gets answered. It disconnected after 40ish rings. I pay money for this?

  • RyanMorasiewicz |2yan (@RyanMorasiewicz) reported

I’ve been charged full price ($500+) for @Novusnow TV box that is years outdated and doesn’t work anymore with their new tech, because I haven’t returned it (wasn’t contacted). He’ll of a way to treat a 10+ year loyal customer. What’s better these days @TELUS or @ShawInfo ?
