@brittlestar My experience with Telus is that the company is incompetent. My experience with Rogers is that they don't care about their customer and are garbage. As a current Shaw customer I will be left with 2 options for my internet. Stay with the garbage or switch to the incompetent.

@LanceUlanoff @brittlestar Telus does the same thing, so this will become a video when they go through another nationwide outage again too.

@merry123459 Lets not get to smug about Rodgers. Same **** can happen at Telus and Bell.

@macgyver_p I can't remember having trouble with any Telus brands. I can't remember hearing of any problems from friends either. I'm sure they're not perfect, but they've been great for everyone I know who's been a customer.

@karanwa1ia @PrabSarkaria @rogerrai1 ..companies. It’s so annoying that the plan you buy from koodo is a telus n/w, Fido is Rogers etc, this is how they ensure cheaper cost? Sharing less resources from their main brand.if parent goes down it takes its subsidies with them.Doesn’t seem reasonable..2

  • GlobalProTrader David Brady (@GlobalProTrader) reported

Sorry guys, I too was a victim of the unprecedented countrywide internet and cellphone outage yesterday courtesy of Rogers. Back in business but getting a Bell and Telus plan today.

@Chef_R3d @StephenPunwasi maybe not for Telus and Bell, but buying out other smaller companies, or signing non compete contracts with them, forcing customers to use and pay for their equipment no matter which tv, internet, phone service they go with. That the big three do. So impeding choice.

  • CurtTalksTV Curt Bennett (@CurtTalksTV) reported

@macgyver_p Also Bell who tried that with me. Continually pestering me for years about $60 that I proved multiple times that I paid has guaranteed I'll never be their customer again. The only "big" company that's never burned me is Telus, but I admit that could just be luck.
