CryptoNova (@realcryptonova) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I’m paying 25$ a month for 100 GB and unlimited calls, in Canada. Ditch Telus, that’s your solution.

Chuck McKinnon (@chuckmckinnon) reported@JamesMac_Fit I scrapped my Telus router for Unifi gear. Created a separate WiFi network for the kids' devices, which shuts off a couple of hours before bedtime. Content filters at the router, not on devices. We collected their devices when the network dropped, and I read to them every night.

Marilyn Yvonne (King) Nowak (@mernino2k2) reportedThis stupid phone is trying to connect to devices my husband used instead of my choices. I couldnt connect to my own vehicle today again. Samsung is glitches upon glitches. His phone is motorolla. Mine is Samsung! I will use my Telus only to protect my privacy & fix their error

Canadian Sledge Hammer (@RealityoftheSit) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport first of all the $25 is USD, and you can find plenty of very cheap cellphone plans in Canada. You want to finance an expensive device through your plan and that is why you pay over $100. Telus is known to NOT be a budget provider - they have Koodo and Public Mobile you idiot

Nourish (@nourishnew) reported@beanfieldcanada what's wrong with your service in Surrey. It's the 5th time there is no internet, in last few weeks. I was renting a unit which had Telus last yr and not even once it went down. I guess good services comes with a price. I went with this because of the price.

Shahrooz Fermani 🇨🇦 (@SFermani1996) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Stop paying your wireless service towards the big three (Rogers, Bell, Telus) They overcharge, and they also have the right to increase their subscription prices at anytime. I am paying $50 a month to Freedom Mobile for Unlimited Canada-US Talk, Text, with Bonus Data applied.

Jeff M Johns (@JeffMJohns1) reported@jodyvance @TELUS You're paying a premium for them to figure these problems out. Call them as many times as it takes. Insist on a discount for the inconvenience.
