    Scope of this is overzealous and not reasonable. Questions why we cant have a win/win with compromise. Needs to be scaled down a bit. Will ruin what they are trying to accomplish b/c of its mass. Only winner is Telus, which is not council's mission

    .@TELUS, @TELUSsupport - on November 30th STIR/SHAKEN technology became mandatory for Telus and others..so why am I getting more scam calls? CBSA has an arrest warrant for me? I don't have time for this, nor the fact we have the most expensive cell service in the world, c'mon!

    @SamsungCanada I require an explanation as to why my S21 ultra 5g says it's on a 5g network when it is not. @Telus @TELUSsupport has a plan that goes from 5g to LTE 4e after 15gigs and I received notification that I used up my 5g a few days ago but the phone still says 5g

    Talking about COVID CALUC process. 128 responses: 8.6% voiced unqualified support. Subsequent to CALUC, app did their own public feedback through Telus Ocean website. Instigated only letters of support. Over 50% of form support letters were employees
