  • richardzussman Richard Zussman (@richardzussman) reported

NEW - Telus has issued a new statement about VCH problems. "We know how crucial the vaccine roll-out is for British Columbia, and we are sorry for the frustrations that British Columbians have experienced trying to connect to the call centres." #bcpoli

  • rkawa99 Kiyoshi (@rkawa99) reported

@richardzussman Wow. I assume this work is being done by Telus international. No surprise they are having challenges. Bad decision to give to Telus. There are so many good Canadian companies that could of done the work.

  • robbahd Rob Bahd (@robbahd) reported from Delta, British Columbia

@RobShaw_BC @VaughnPalmer @TELUS So these call center agents are Telus employees? Adding agents to answer over a million calls is not going to solve the problem. A supplementary online system would have helped.

  • jasonvpurcell Jason Purcell (@jasonvpurcell) reported

@MaxAmerongen @TELUSsupport telus is truly the worst. they did this to us when we were trying to open the shop and so we went with shaw, one of our best decisions ever.

  • slowmanluis slowmanluis (@slowmanluis) reported

@katiederosayyj @toddstonebc @shirleybond didn’t know you were a phone technician too quite impresssive. Why not volunteer and fix telus’ problems? 🙄

  • VCHhealthcare Vancouver Coastal Health (@VCHhealthcare) reported

@YouNextYear @TELUS Hi Dorothy, I'm sorry about the experience you had. We're working with our call centre service provider to improve service and overall client experience. If you get a busy tone, please call back later in the day or try the next day. 1/2

@riarenouf @NEWS1130 @TELUS How many people called????? How many people were eligible to call????? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 seriously????? Folks blaming the government are the same folks who still can’t read an arrow in a store aisle!!!!! Ah can’t fixed stupid.....sad fact......

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@richardzussman @TELUS couldn’t organize its way out of one car parade. A truly horrid company. It’s no wonder this clown show was a failure. The govt should’ve known how bad Telus was before allowing them to undertake the task. It’s no wonder it failed. Relying on Telus is abysmal organization

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Bzubyk We all know it’s drivel damage control written by a PR hack. What it didn’t say was how they were going to remedy to situation. Probably because that cost $ & everyone knows @Telus is loathe to spend $ on much but virtue signalling PR campaigns.
