@Gaohmee Some context: my Shaw internet wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it for over a week, and when they did send someone THEY couldn’t fix it AND damaged my property so I ended up just cancelling and switching to Telus that day.

the after dinner stuff thing... hey @telus @TELUSsupport .. WHY do you keep changing my IP? Really screws up my secure server logins, and its a ROYAL PITA to fix it all the time... STOP doing this!

The customer service at my @TELUS has been impressive but holy hells, I’m beyond frustrated with this process. Had to exchange my phone in store and the one I want isn’t here. What a headache. @TELUSsupport

@douglj @RogersHelps Totally down L3Z area too. This is exactly why I don’t have the same provider for mobile and internet. Tethering to my data package with Telus mobile. Hoping it comes back up soon - work from home and kiddo doing remote school...

@erin_dunderdale Kinda corny. Was trying to set up email on a iPhone that had a previous user. No passwords were available. Telus couldn't help, IT dept couldn't help, staff at work either. I was fiddling with it & got it. Feeling pretty proud for an old gal!

@TELUS your south Edmonton common store just refused service to my mother-in-law. She has a medical reason to not wear a mask. You are not allowed to ask her her reason under Canadian privacy laws and are not allowed to refuse service under discrimination laws. Fire them all.
