    @ezralevant One word: TELUS. TELUS has half of it’s 5G network now with Huawei garbage, and is threatening Canada with a major lawsuit if they ban it. Talking billions.

    @TELUS I have 5 phones all off contract, Shaw mobile is offering attractive plans, why should i stay with telus? 25 year customer. What do I get for my loyalty?

    @NicESpurling @TELUS I would talk to loyalty and retention, that department has the ability to do more than the customer service people. It is ridiculous that you have to go through this.

    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.
