@for_vaughan @TELUSsupport There's a reason so many of my neighbours have switched from Telus to Rogers. The customer service is horrible, and their plans suck.

@garymasonglobe @TELUS Was client of Telus mobility for 40 years, dumped them after a month of talking to India on problems

My dealings with @Rogers & @Telus over the past couple months have made it blatantly obvious that we have a crisis in Canada when it comes to the telecommunications monopoly. Abysmal customer service from both companies. Changing service providers has made no difference.

.@TELUSsupport May: No dial tone (compensated). June: Broken *98 voicemail. Took 3 days 3 agents to fix.Denied compensation because "same issue within 30 days." A dead line is NOT voicemail. Stop parroting scripts and fix this logic. #Telus you only DM me after my posting here

@BCLionsDen @DarshanVancity @Rogers I've been with Telus forever. On jobsites out of town people recommend Rogers. Too many dead spots. Also cable and internet was horrible with Telus. Connection wasn't strong enough to watch TV with glitching out. Telus support is no help, they'll try to cover the problem.

@DWOMB Telus. They were having hardware problems with TSN this afternoon.

One could argue that the creation of Telus was the biggest betrayal the taxpayers and customers of Alberta Government Telephones and its BC counterparts ever. We got high prices, corporate greed, and bad service.

Ranking of the 3 worse Canadian cell phone companies, based strictly on consumer sentiment. 1. Rogers Wireless (Worst): Consistently generates the highest total volume of consumer grievances in the country. 2. TELUS Mobility: Experienced a staggering 78% spike in year-over-year complaints. 3. Bell Mobility: Rounds out the Big Three with 17% of all national complaints. The number one consumer complaint with these Canadian cell phone companies is incorrect billing and unexpected charges. "Almost" Criminal.😡 ------------------------------------ 🏅The Best: Freedom Mobile: Freedom is highly praised by consumers for aggressive pricing and a firm commitment to "no price hikes" contract guarantees.

@garymasonglobe @TELUS Takes forever to get service. Been waiting 4 weeks for a new remote. Called today & was told the order was still being processed and a $30 charge for the remote. Tech put in a new order saying 7 to 10 biz days. Local Telus store offered a new one for free.
