@CrunchyCarpets So sorry to hear that. :( we feel fortunate our doc always fits us in if it’s urgent. And if it’s something unrelated to other issues we hit the local clinic or telus Babylon!

@MakingLaurie The routers included in your service are not very good. Not sure if any provider has better ones. But if your problem is the service into your house, every provider is going to be reselling either Telus or Shaw service, and you should probably try one of the Telus-based ones.

@TELUSsupport I am trying to log into a couple of apps that require Telus sign in, but our account is in my husbands name and the system will not let us link the cable account to myTelus account. How can we fix this?

@TELUSsupport spent three hours waiting for an agent in the chat yesterday and no one helped. I eventually was able to talk to someone to discuss a broken phone and very little support provided.I am surprised that as a long standing customer telus would not help.

Why is @TELUSsupport charging over $80 in tax to order a phone online when I can order the EXACT SAME PHONE with more colour options from @Bell_Support and not be charged any tax? And I’m already a Telus customer! 😡

@Shawhelp @jsjones8 Maybe come up with a better more reliable product so you don’t have to send these lame DM requests that never solve anything. I left you guys for Telus who is arguable worse depending on the day. #INeed2DeleteMySocialMedia

@kailnotkait @ShawInfo The fibre optics they use is unreal man. Shaws connection isn’t port forwarded to each individual house. Instead their transformer is on a shared network with your neighbors that’s why it’s so slow. Telus’s infrastructure allows personal connection with each house, I agree bro

@Sportsnet what is up with your 4K? The game is constantly skipping, makes it frustrating to watch, my other channels thru telus are working just fine, telus is not the issue #pleaserepair

@MakingLaurie We use Shaw (we tried Telus a few years ago and it was beyond awful). My tech husband always recommends paying for your own router if you rely on wifi. We also have a mesh booster because our router is in the basement.
