Out of curiosity, I clicked on "OFFERS" to see what they have for a customer of 3+ years. How nice of TELUS to save me $10 bucks for a phone repair. Outside of that, no special offers for me. (I don't deserve them anyway).

  • DeceitinDrugs Everyone has something to learn from somebody. (@DeceitinDrugs) reported

@DanAlbas $85 inc. Dataplan on a newer phone or option of a real cheap phone, zero down and $35 month/no data by Telus. That's 1020 or $420 annually. If a household has 2 phones that's $2000 or $840 annually per household Cheaper hey! That's just for mobility.

@AnjaKaradeglija The CRTC has never been there protect Canadians. Ever since CRTC was established it has been actively helping Bell Canada, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, Cogeco, etc. to gouge Canadian consumers. In Canada there is no effective consumer protection for Canadians.

Money making scheme unravelled! @TELUS has our router in a cabinet and we have a horrible internet signal! Now they say they will charge 150$ to move the router which should NOT have been in the cabinet to begin with! #telussucks #telusisshit

  • raughy Leah MacFarlane (@raughy) reported

…me and hubbs taken the pm off for this, have spent already 2+hours on the phone with you to make this happen, @Telus is charging me more for slower service, broken PVR, and now canceled install to fix, @TELUSsupport is saying it was US WHO CANCELLED IT?..

  • raughy Leah MacFarlane (@raughy) reported

…and that someone from @TELUSsupport @telus who value my business (!!!) will be calling me to fix ASAP! Next morning 7:20…nothing. Crickets. This is what passes for #CustomerService ?

  • dtaks Dallas (@dtaks) reported

@DanAlbas No my bill hasn’t gone down bud service has by more then 50%. Telus could care less just keep saying have over capacity on towers it sucks

  • BillGoodall7 Bill Goodall (@BillGoodall7) reported

@Ticats @TELUS @McMasterSports I hope the league fails, I wasnt good enough to see you play live last year so I will never spend another dollar to support the CFL, Dont worry though you are not the only ones I will never support again.

  • noname_actual Lake Side Papa (@noname_actual) reported

@TELUSsupport Or just fixing the listings maybe? That seems like the right way to provide a service. Channel guides have been around since TV programs were black and white…. It’s either a OneSoccer or Telus issue. Asking a customer to find a solution is backwards to how customer service works

@wchoy74 @TELUS @shaw YES! Too many of these utility boxes in Stony Plain are in terrible condition!
