    @KMacTWN We have had so much rain it took out a telus communications transformer along with shaw communications all internet,tv,and phine services have been down for hours...glad i have a cell phone in case of emergency

    Everyone needs to think about this. Corporations like Telus, Bell, Shaw, The Banks, Insurance companies etc. Make billions in profit each year Yet, they request donations from the public to help underprivileged areas Why are we donating and why aren't they using their profits?

    @Mark_Goldberg @mebuell The very first bit of information provided in the article - the market leaders - left out the 2 most dominant market leaders (Bell, Telus)! The real issue is ISED doesn’t have the budget required to connect everyone and there is no incentive to invest in rural without monopolies.

    I did and it’s useless. No definitive status. That’s why I called the webstore support line only to get told that it’s been pending all this time and they can’t figure out exactly when it’ll ship. Why is @TELUS actively selling products on its website with a “5-7 business day”

    @telus can’t think of a time of getting worse customer service. Cutting off my home services a month early and having to spend 5 hours on the phone to get it restored was not appreciated.
