@PeterVogel @TELUSsupport It’s bad in my area too! Can’t use my phone. Constant dropped calls and no data. Telus needs more cell towers!

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

@TELUSsupport What's with the $5 a month increase in rates? Only three months or so back you rolled back my rate $15 after your techs agreed that Telus cell service in my block was pretty much unusable. It's not as if the $5 reflects an improvement in service.

Know what sucks? When your Telus internet bill goes up $60, so you boot up the My Telus app to slash/reduce the tv channels you get to save money, but your previously mentioned expensive internet keeps dropping like always and you keep getting error messages and change nothing.

  • KassindaRose Dunduns and Drampas ✨🏰🐲✨ (@KassindaRose) reported

@plcaseley Bell, Telus, and Rogers, the big three, all individually own the subsidiary companies Virgin, Koodo, and Fido. In places like PEI, Bell owns most (if not all) of the cell towers, so other companies have to go through them for service.

  • TELUSNews TELUS News (@TELUSNews) reported

In Q4, @TELUS' total mobile and fixed customer growth of 272,000 led the industry, and represented their best fourth quarter on record. The performance was driven by leading customer loyalty results and superior product and service offerings.

My friend tells me to switch to #freedommobile to save some moneyI just looked at plans. 25GB on a special deal is 60. It’s a bonus deal for the 25. 40GB is 80…. Why would I switch from @TELUS when I’m getting like 20 for 80 or could switch to 40 for $90. Way better service
