Living the Vanisle Life 🇨🇦🇨 (@IHateCold1234) reported@GotokujiLou @Francois_Houle @PierrePoilievre Yes. Even Telus employees in Calgary don’t like calling the Telus help line. My stepson works for Telus there.

don't chew with your mouth open (@kFaNsUpAfLy) reported@TELUS Awesome, it took several tech support agents not knowing how to ssolve the issue before I found one who said I wasn't the first person having the issue and knew the fix

Nugget Capital Partners (NCP) (@NuggetCapital) reported@BDEPardell When I look at $T.TO I just dont' see it as cheap, not on a historical basis or to peers. So i guess it comes down to whether they can monnetize the Telus Health and in what amount. 5% yield is not going to entice Canadian dividend dogs. Pipelines were over 8% when rallied.

Philip Elder (@MPECSInc) reportedYes. I watched a client, who became a friend and then helped us start our business in 2003, get decimated by TELUS when they started cutting off the residuals to privately owned stores. They finally just gave up because the "new" make the sale structure with no residuals was insane. I'm sorry to say it, but I _KNEW_ that's where the BPOS then O365 then M365 then Azure residual/remuneration structures would go. All of those big signing bonuses in the beginning are gone now. Large hosting houses were decimated selling M365 a shell of their former selves good people out the door. Why? The answer is obvious, and known by us, but for over libations. ;-) This particular Cloud First IT Company is doing what any company like it needs to do to survive: SELL SELL SELL! Most Cloud First customers, not clients, have no interest in the managed support fees. They'll happily open a ticket and strangle the neck of the Cloud First IT Company when M365, AWS, G00g Cloud, or other goes offline. What an ugly position to be in. :-( Thanks, but no thanks.

Eric Von Schäfer (@schafer_von) reported@BluelineBardown @Rogers Already had swapped to Telus because I can't ******* stand Shaw->Rogers tech support when their internet breaks because their service quality is horrible.
-
Murray Newton (@workingag34) reportedSo if any business owners in customer service industry out there want to have a successful business just call Roger’s or Telus customer service and do the exact opposite of them I guarantee you will be a successful business. Beyond frustrating .

Sorry Eh 🇨🇦 🐜 (@cdnsorryeh) reported@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2
