    @TELUS my bill for your poor wifi has gone up but the problem has not been fixed. And now you want to come rip up my house to put in fiber optics? I shouldn't have to pay more for the same low quality of service. Refund me for the increase & stop the increases. #telus

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport cell service is non existent in Rosedale,BC couldn’t make an emergency call. Fix it, you can afford it.

    It makes me sad when customer service representatives think they need to constantly ask you to be patient with them without provocation. Why are people so rude to people that are trying to help them? Let's be a little kinder. Shout out to the incredibly helpful people at @TELUS

    Is there any company more difficult to get ahold of by phone than @TELUS , my cell phone provider, to discuss service and billing?

    @kim_siever My problem with Telus, Walmart et al asking for a donation is that the companies add up the $$$ donated & use their name with our money, not their money, to donate to charities. Walmart is deceitful with their "Giving Back To The Community & "Amount Given To Charity" signs.

    I have never used @TELUS wireless before. Just got a Telus phone and omg the reception is horrible. I cannot hear what people are saying most of the time. I am using a Rogers phone to get help from Telus, this is how bad. Anyone else has had Telus?

    Disappointed with a company like @TELUS !! Ripping customers !! Shocked to get a bill of 200 dollars for not even using the service !! When I called to discuss , I was told there is nothing that can be done !! It surprises me how companies like @TELUS allow all of this ?

    @TELUSsupport I have made calls to your customer service. With responses justifying the increases being due to expanding telus infrastructure. My service has remained constant. No notable improvements. Just an increase in bills.

    @TELUSsupport I recently moved my service over to Koodo and still have a credit on my Telus account . His do I get that refunded to me ?

    @telus. My guess is that you are going to wait it out in the hope my phone runs out of battery. It may happen. Great customer service. Again. Absolutely pathetic.
