@as_per_danielle @BigNasty6oh4 Lastly, the picture quality is better with Telus. I have several friends and family members that have Shaw and it isn’t as good a picture. Their internet connection goes up and down and will drop so low that we lose our FaceTime connection or it freezes up.

@TELUS Once Again 4 @NBA games and we only get 1? We don't care about formula 1 driving. I'm tired that when I turn on the tv I see the worst shows on every channel

@as_per_danielle @BigNasty6oh4 Disagree. I switched to SHAW a 2 years ago. Price was way better - hence the reason I left SHAW. But I’m my area at least, the reliability of the service doesn’t compare. I like the Telus Optik interface better too.

@adolwyn Had a visit from a very eager Telus sales guy on Thursday, despite my assertion that the service I was receiving from Shaw was excellent, and their was unlikely to actually be better, he convinced me with $90 cheaper for the same level of service, and they'd pay my Netflix.

@as_per_danielle @BigNasty6oh4 I have had the exact opposite experience. Everything that I have gotten from Telus has been superior. Faster, more reliable, better picture quality, better (much better) interface, better service….

@BigNasty6oh4 used to have telus 10 years ago, was fed up with their service, switched to shaw and everything is better, faster and cheaper

@TELUS @TELUSsupport again having lack of service in the Amherstburg area. When there are storms we have issues with coverage. Please look into these towers. Something needs fixing.
