    My dad & I went to @TELUS to renew one of the phone contracts - but after an hour of dealing with rude, unhelpful store associates, we left without renewing. We still haven’t decided whether we will or not, but we’ve been clients for a decade & we are so disappointed now.

    @TELUS the video quality of NHL Centre Ice through Telus cable is terrible. I’d argue it isn’t even in HD. What a waste of money.

    @ryawesome Thanks for reminding me I'll have to pay a cancellation fee to Telus at the end of the month, after being forced to sign a two-year contract when I started service.

    @donniecameron63 No it's not about number of subscribers. That's only required by BELL to put in the tower. We'll never have a 10k people, Bell needs to be kicked to the curb and government needs to act NOW, and put in towers. They can sell Rogers, Bell and Telus the tower use.
