    @_harmonyxo @Fidomobile @TELUS Over an hour on hold. Constant needing to call to deal with broken promises, now a new plan to gouge customers with credit card processing fee. Bell and Rogers are awful. Find a small company, lowest price you can.

    I was quoted a price for security system and told them I'm actually stepping out the door to go on holidays for 2 weeks and they said "no problem, call us when you get back and you have our quote" So I called @TELUS @ADT and they said "noooo, sorry, we can't do that" Red flag 😡

    I have to pay telus $150/hour if I don’t cancel my appointment in time so I hope telus has to pay me $150 for being an hour late

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport please get your head out of your asses. Funding honey bee exploitation is not "caring for the environment" it is part of the problem!! We are losing native species' becuase of it and a "critical part of the global economy"? So was slavery. Just stop.

    @brittlestar Have you ever had to deal with Telus or Loblaws I'm in my 7th decade on this rock and I can say that Telus are 1 of a very few companies that I will never deal with as their business model is IMHO 1 of Bullying their "customers"

    @BigBadJuan It's gotta be a trap. We have: 1) Telus attempting to be an even bigger cockbag than they already are. 2) A #CRTC employee that is actually working 3) No 404's in a tariff file 4) A consumer issue. Someone is playing.
