    @TELUS They didn't. I called and they told me there was an issue with tower. No timeline on a fix. No solution offered to me. I escalated the call. They said sorry nothing I can do. Offered 5$ discount.

    @SwodyQc Some customers in Ontario, Quebec and Eastern Canada may be unable to complete calls to Telus and Koodo customers. Our technical teams are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport is Pik TV always a choppy mess? it clips every 4-8 seconds. makes it almost unwatchable. really glad this was tossed into my service for free ‘cause if I was paying for it… hoo boy, I’d be fuming.

    @TELUSsupport I am still overcharged for $72.35 for the month of November/2022, the right monthly is $76.98 and I had paid it, always overpaid Telus Home Service by $.02 and rightfully I should have a credit balance of under $4.00! Internet for Good for Seniors!
