    DONT GET TELUS. We have had Telus for years and it is horrible, we have upgraded WIFI several times and its never gotten better. So we decided to finally after years switch to a new internet company, @TELUS get ur **** together.

    @dluft27 @cmcalgary @TELUS We’ve had issues ever since they ‘upgraded’ to fibre optic. The wireless box keeps losing connection. Have replaced it, still having prob, not sure what else to do

    Looks like my @TELUS account has been compromised for the second time in a month. The support phone lines are closed, the online assistant doesn't work. What the hell is going on, @TELUSsupport? I think it's time I switch phone providers.

    Is anyone else is #yyc having @TELUS tv issues?Ours is freezing lots and most of our recordings are trash.We’ve already had 3 technicians out to “fix” the problem No one seems to know what’s going on,any help isappreciated @cmcalgary thinking it’s time to switch to a new provider

    @dluft27 @cmcalgary @TELUS What part of the city are you in? Many older neighbourhoods have very old infrastructure and isn't optimized for newer tech. Everything looks good on tech inspection, but it still doesn't work right.

    @PtashkaT @Bell_Support They have and if you call them they will tell you. They said a 3rd party cut a fiber line that fed directly into a cell tower. I have bell internet and a Telus phone and can't get service on my phone in some places. Same thing for my friend who has Rodgers
