So update on my @TELUS / @Asurion issue. 21 days from my report that my "New" phone didn't work, I got my replacement device. Also got information that in the protection plan contract it says 'Replacement device will be refurbished or new if none are available'. (1/5)

That is 100% NOT how #Telus sells it. The guy at the store TWICE told me it would be a NEW phone. And if they can't replace it with the same phone, it'll be the next model up. That's my issue, because I knew without a doubt as soon as I got the phone, it was refurbished. (2/5)

@rolling_enigma @atletiOttawa I asked my friend who is a big fan and he said “it’s being broadcast on Fubo, OneSoccer, and there is a Telus app/service I’m not familiar with that will have it too. But no regular broadcasting.”

Just paid my bill @TELUS. I can’t believe you’re passing credit card fees to consumers. It’s a bad look in a nation where we already pay some of the highest cell fees in the world. You’ve been able to afford to pay these fees before now; this is just corporate greed. #telus #visa

@TELUSsupport @TELUS this service is horrible on the phone you guys just keep transferring me from departments and no one know what is going on. I've had 3 different technicians all from the same department come out and they all said they can't do anything I've lost 3 days.

@ElCanaco @TELUS @CPLsoccer Fair enough, but not sure you're in a great position to complain about a service you don't pay for. It's not as though they owe you social media outtakes.

@raghu_venugopal The govt is pushing policies that waste resources. Read the fine print on web sites out up by for-profit businesses like Telus. On line docs are limited in what they can diagnose. How many people do they send to the ER with problems that could be dealt with by a family doc?
