@TELUSsupport @TELUS @TELUSsupport Just did the math, over the terms of the contract (started in 2003) this small business has paid approx $114,400 for phone service (not including long distance). Just requesting a price drop and your threatened with a $7700 exit fee. #telus #thefutureisnotfriendly

yo whoever recommended Telus as a cellphone provider bamboozled me. The last 48 hours have been the biggest pain in the *** and their customer support is 10x less helpful than bell 💀

@jasonpereira @ScottTerrioHMA my loyalty to rogers is really expectation that telus and bell are really just an exchange of different problems/complaints (if not the same) and therefore not worth the hassle of changing - i feel banking is the same, except for saskatchewan pension plan (which i am in)
