@TELUS you will never get my business back. Abominable.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS They left my senior mom without a landline phone for 9 months because someone hit the box in her alley and they couldn’t be bothered to repair it. One day I was on hold for 4 hours to get through to a service agent. 🤬

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Today I spent over 50 minutes on the phone just to add ONE channel to my TV package. It’s 2026. We have AI agents, autonomous vehicles, and instant digital banking. Yet a basic account change still requires nearly an hour with customer service. This isn’t a technology problem—it’s a customer experience problem. Do better. #TelecomMonopoly #LackOfCompetition Cc: @CRTCeng

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Telus customer service is brutal. As soon as I hear the thick accent of the foreign call center person I know I’m going to be frustrated. They are going a similar direction as Tim Hortons. Would not recommend.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS The rest are as bad. Freedom has the best plans, decent pricing and coverage, but horrendous support.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS I cut the cord about a year ago. Was a mobile customer for 20 years. Couldn’t take them anymore. The overseas service or lack there of, the reception was terrible, wouldn’t work with me on pricing. Very happy with the change. @Starlink next year when contract is up.

The BC government is investing 63 million to provide high-speed internet to 4,000 rural homes? It is planning to go through Telus which uses Starlink for in-flight services on Westjet. Why doesn't government directly contract Starlink to provide those 4,000 homes the most reliable internet service on the planet for a fraction of the cost? No logic. We need to change that. 63 million is nuts!
