@TELUSsupport hey Telus ..why do I get notifications that you've turned off service randomly. Then comes back and then off again. At least once a month users are plagued with this!

@telus @TELUSsupport Hey. Telus people. How do I either -make you quit calling me 3x a week for no reason -cancel all my services with you, citing the obsessive phone calls as a reason? I don't want additional offers, o don't want deals, I want to be left alone by you.

@Shawhelp when I told them my problem has been not resolved for 6 months, they said not our problem you have to pay, they don't give a sh, and they don't care about the customer. Don't go with them telus is the best.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport my fibre bill with taxes is $16 higher than what it is supposed to. Also I’m also $150 short on my bill credits as what was agreed on, on my original service agreement

@TELUSsupport I called multiple times to telus customer service to get service at my address. Every time they said they will create ticket and follow up on same day. Noone called ever for ticket. Spent hours on call every time same answer. It's waste of time with telus services.

  • MayersKeith Keith Mayers (@MayersKeith) reported

@TELUS straighten out the support process for malfunctioning devices. Waited at the Telus store for an hour to be told my ipad has to be taken to Apple directly. Service in the digital age should be better than this.

  • mattyg12 Matt Garrow (@mattyg12) reported

@TELUS Just received my 2nd horrendous example of customer service from Telus in the last week. Installer was a no show last week. Re-booked. Today's installer called today after 11 and said he'd be there in 30. No show again! Just brutal and disruptive.

@CTVNewsVI @Telus has already invested significant assistance to support transients and, by extension, the voting block's bad policies. The "let's love the unhoused" line is not true. Rather, it's about pressure. A partnership with @TogetherVic is a very poor business decision. Wait!
