    @LilHurricaneo yup- 2-3 times a day it suddenly drops. We call the guy out and he confirms its not anything on our end and hints that Shaw might not be entirely honest (but I have friends who work for Telus and they say much the same about their service too ;) )

    @TheSpecialist4 @TELUS After receiving several calls from @TELUS with no voicemail, I called them back asking why they called. It was to sell me new services. I told them if I received another call like this I would cancel my services. I have not received another call from them.

    @LeslieL8 @PeterHRatcliffe Got an amazing offer from Telus via wife’s work. Was with Bell Mobility. Said “Match it” They said “No”. Switched. Bell called 2 days later “We want you back” (? 🙄) Said “Can you match or beat it NOW?” They said “No” Said “Bye 👋” I’m a 3-year happy Telus customer now.

    @Miss_vick_ Crappy customer service from Bell is the reason I switched to Telus years ago. Taken for granted as a customer. Unfortunately stuck with Bell for home phone and satellite as limited options in my area.

    @TELUSsupport I switched from Shaw to Telus just couple of months ago and since then my kids doesn’t like me anymore. The service is frequently down

    @TELUSsupport @entwistled anything you can do to expedite this issue Darren - your Telus phone customers can’t access our toll free numbers to process transactions because of a problem with your routing, but it works from their cell phones.
