  • Dagmar__Gross Dagmar Gross (@Dagmar__Gross) reported

Turns out it was a very clever SCAM. The deal sounded too good to be true. And it was. They sent me a contract by email. Warning bells went off w/the language. I called Telus 1-866 customer service to verify. Thankfully before I gave out any ID or credit card information.

@TELUS when you’re a customer for 10 years and the representative tells you everything is working, only to find out he did nothing and the account remains in inactive status. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to get things sorted

@vb_jens Amazing report, really great work. Noticed assumed homogeneous mixing in footnotes.. wondering if movement/activity data might help reduce uncertainty - anonymized @TELUS data for instance

  • hotcheri Aquarian Pfizer Princess (@hotcheri) reported

They need to be hit with a class action lawsuit because they don't provide the services they say they do, not consistently and their customer service is 💩. I'm fed up enough to do it @telus @TELUSsupport

  • KingHippoh Henry Godwinn (@KingHippoh) reported

@jack_jbn @terry_truchan When they aren't able to give a complete diagnosis virtually, & they send you to a doctor in person or miss something because virtually its easier to miss, what does that do to our healthcare costs? Virtual care makes sense for some situations. Paying Telus more is plain stupid

@CarrotTop1023 Hey Tim, I had that issue earlier tonight with messages notifications. Not that this would likely contribute to why it’s happening, but curious what carrier you’re on? I’m on Telus here

.@Telus Once again, I'm reminded that I have to tell you that your throttled speeds are TOO BLOODY SLOW!! I've been trying for the last hour to stream a movie (at an amazing 360p!), and for the life of me, it's an impossible f**king task via your service!!...

  • JHeatherbell Julian Heatherbell (@JHeatherbell) reported

@divya Last time a Telus technician came to my house they just logged on to the router without asking me what the password was. They definitely do have a service login. Their router also silently creates an extra wifi network for their TV box to connect through. Very common stuff. =[

@howisthismylif @Graham37458307 @heidi12312345 Koodo = Telus. Fido = Rogers. If it's Rogers you're looking for then Fido will be same cell service.
