@plcaseley Bell, Telus, and Rogers, the big three, all individually own the subsidiary companies Virgin, Koodo, and Fido. In places like PEI, Bell owns most (if not all) of the cell towers, so other companies have to go through them for service.

@ExtraLars @TELUS @TELUSsupport What did you break now? Something I can fix to save you time on the phone?

  • MikhailKlassen Mikhail Klassen (@MikhailKlassen) reported

@maxschirm There is a surprising amount of user friction when it comes to checking voicemail. Having to listen to voicemail metadata before getting to the actual message is awful. Some telcos offer transcription and an email. @TELUS let's get on that.

@entwistled so you cut off peoples phones they use for work and school and have been a loyal customer since young and have been working through this pandemic since 2020... this is how you run a company? #telus @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • peoplets12 peoplets12 (@peoplets12) reported

On hold with TELUS Mobility going on 60 minutes to ask a question about a vacation package that is not on the website. Stop telling me my call is important, it’s a lie. @TELUSsupport I feel bad for your agents. I’m pissed off just having to wait this long. @TELUS you suck.

  • fredblord Frédéric Bakhach-Lord (@fredblord) reported

@tristandamours Ultimately the solution could be pretty simple : more Cable companies need to include OneSoccer in their list of available channels, just like Telus does.

  • maxschirm Maximilien Schirm (@maxschirm) reported

@MikhailKlassen @TELUS Yeah, but don’t they charge for that service??

  • BigforkMontana 𝚁𝚞𝚝𝚑 𝙵𝚕𝚎𝚝𝚝 (@BigforkMontana) reported

@ExtraLars @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus is an AWESOME company we love them but unfortunately it sometimes takes me a long time to get through to tech support
