    Telus needs to simplify their offerings. How much energy and time do they spend making all these complicated packages that are difficult to decipher and that require customers to phone in? A very customer-unfriendly approach.

    Never answer. Unknown caller can go to voicemail. If they get past the screening which means they've had to press a number before you can get through to my phone. The Telus thing I don't even know what my number is but once you're one of my contacts and you've done that, then you can get onto my phone. But I still don't answer it if I'm not sure. If I don't know who the person is unknown, I definitely never answer. I usually use voicemail. Go to voicemail. I don't know what who or what you are

    @MPelletierCIO Try phoning Telus Why would anybody invest in a phone company that doesn't answer its phones. Customer services hasn't improved since the AGT days

    @christyclarkbc @grok before Christy Clark left office, she made sure the local telecom company Telus could not be named on Bc place. Here she is seen supporting bell on her jersey, a company from the east coast. What was the reason why she favours an east coast company? Revenue to help support taxpayer funded buildings would be good no?

    @PsudoMike Seems like a big bath. Telus just bought back Telus digital after spinning it out. New ceo taking a big write down so big bonuses and results later on. Lower expectations, outperform.

    @RichardLBennett Data centres are everywhere. How do you think Telus, Rogers , Bell, all operate? Let alone any internet service provider. How are you possibly able to get out of bed knowing that the internet is operating every day? By the way, you're using data centres right now posting on X.
