    @Braden_Newell 1) Telus is lying about the rate they are charging 2) Telus avoided all talk of Quebec like the plague where they are not applying this fee. They know their words wouldn't go down well. 2) The CRTC ignored procedure & ignored all talk of Quebec by ignoring procedure.

    @PierB @jon_dewitt_ts Yep! Telus, and Rogers the duopoly of carriers in Canada both have awful SPAs that basically only work if you hard refresh every page. But there's more… I keep a **** list handy. And yes I trace them too because of course I do. No need to framework shame: its very popular.

    @TELUS Kind of ironic. I switched to Telus in the spring and service has crashed repeatedly during important zoom meetings. In fact Telus has been worse than the previous provider.

    @icbc Unbelievable.. the upgrades that you did overnight with @TELUS should have been done on a Saturday night, if there were problems you had all of Sunday to fix it. But you took the chance during the week. Don’t want to bother @icbc employees on long weekend. #ICBC #POLICYCENTRE

    @TELUS I never had a company harder to deal with than Telus! It was so bad that I cancelled my contract and switched to Shaw their customer service is 100% better!

    @Telus why isn't my data working??? How can your technical department keep tellong me "there's great signal, everything is fine" but I can't access the internet. Every. Day.

    @TELUS are you actively calling customers attempting to upgrade to iPhone 14? call from 18665582273, when I said no thank you, I'm not looking to upgrade right now, I got an immediate hang up, no "thank you", no "have a good evening" ? your outsourcing hurts your reputation.
