@TELUSsupport @CraveCanada Hey guys - for whatever reason my Telus login on the Crave app isn’t working and I haven’t been cable to access programs for the past few days. Was working fine on Thursday.

  • Martell96 Carlos Martell (@Martell96) reported

Made the terrible mistake of signing up for @TELUS fibre. Not even 3 days with the service and already had 2 outages.

  • Georgia58445456 Georgia Louise Brown (@Georgia58445456) reported

Female cops. Is Telus going to send me a SIM card that works? Why didn't they use my existing SIM card? Is that usual? Why doesn't my furnace work although I just got it fixed? Is it foul play? Kenetic Energy is coming tomorrow at an undisclosed time. Did they cause the problem?

  • ricocasanova Ricardo Casanova (@ricocasanova) reported

@DrAmirPakdel Did you see that bell and Telus want the government to pay for them replacing huawei equipment? Sorry not government, taxpayers. They brag about their profit margins but are poor when their infrastructure needs upgrading or replacing.

Poor sales dude on the line: I'll uh...get back to you in a couple of weeks when it is available. Me: You do that, bro. But I can 100% guarantee you that there is no universe in which @TELUS is going to even be taking orders for fibre in the next two YEARS out here.

  • forktheucp Erin No’Toole (@forktheucp) reported

@Shoeprincss7 @TELUS Thank you! I’m super unimpressed with the service so far with telus. A solution would have been nice. Now we have to live between two homes for the time being. 🥺

  • whynotannie Annette (@whynotannie) reported

So for every hour I do not get service @TELUSsupport @TELUS @ADT I will send out tweets to my followers. BTW I have over 10,000 people who will receive these. So you may want to help me address a problem we have been working on since 2020.

  • whynotannie Annette (@whynotannie) reported

OK - So I purchased from ADT - who sold to Smart Home Security who sold to Telus, who sold my file to legacy systems and they still are unable to help me. Buyer beware - do not purchase anything from these companies. @TELUSsupport @TELUS

@WhiteLightKing @TELUS I use @TELUS Call Control. Haven't had a robo call since adding it ($0). My tip is that if you call a business and request the call back service (eg. Air Canada), you need to turn it off (*99) b/c the callback initially is a robo call which can't respond to the blocking prompt.

  • cakeis_not_alie Trevor Pott(◢◤); (@cakeis_not_alie) reported

Just got cold called by @TELUS asking me if I wanted to sign up for Fibre internet. I responded with enthusiasm after which the agent checked the address and then said "oh, it's not available there". I just...gods damn it, Telus. **** you. Don't get my hopes up like that. Damn.
