@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport I use Lightspeed and have been paying about $40/month for years, as a very heavy internet user. Not sure how the service is because I've almost never needed it. I replaced a modem once and they were fine. Streaming is fine but YouTube uploads are kinda slow. I'm happy with them.

  • s_hallzy Shelby Hall (@s_hallzy) reported

@raepettifer It was absolutely not my fault and it was so frustrating that I just didn’t wanna ever have to deal with it so I returned it. Nobody from either Telus or London Drugs seemed to care about my terrible experience 🙄

  • Polkameister Bill Brasky (@Polkameister) reported

@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport Shaw. Hands down. Not saying they are super awesome but not super horrible like a Telus who literally no longer care about customer service or loyalty.

@TELUSsupport O keep getting text and calls for a Telus callback but I never requested this. Is this a scam that you are aware of??

  • stevefleck Steve Fleck (@stevefleck) reported

@adelespaf @TELUS I used to get this "legacy" discount when I pushed for it from being a Customer since the Clearnet days!

  • sapphkat Kat Ling (@sapphkat) reported

@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport I’ve never had any issue with Telus but I NEVER call them. I only tag them through Twitter. Way more responsive!!

  • CindyPr24232198 Cindy Pratt (@CindyPr24232198) reported

@TELUSsupport Yeah right Telus support 🍭

  • MDrelichman Mauricio Drelichman (@MDrelichman) reported

@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport It really depends on the area you live in. I had been with Telus for 15 years until their customer disservice completely screwed me - when I was actually trying to upgrade my service and give them more money. Have been a very happy Shaw customer for 5 years now.

  • moneyman11_c C (@moneyman11_c) reported

@TELUS Just got a text telling me that I was getting a callback. 2 minutes later I got a call. Problem is I have never requested a callback. Is this a scam?

  • LesliBoldt Lesli Boldt (@LesliBoldt) reported

@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have Telus - it’s fine unless I don’t need help, in which case we have a hours of phone calls and a showcase showdown with the loyalty department that usually results in a bill credit.
