    @mattdagley @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus sent a communication to me that they were covering data. We have 7 phones all on Telus and the only issues we had were the early connectivity issues most providers had. Has been smooth otherwise (we have a small business acct)

    So, Telus (Koodo) sent me a text mid hurricane about an "important message..." with a link for more information. Have not had service for over 48 hrs, and was only recently able to load that link (via a friend's wifi) telling me they're going to waive additional data fees. 🙃

    Any cell phone service in Ontario that has good reception and no bullshit fees like @TELUS does? The amount we pay compared to other is disgusting with subpar service #cellphone #bills

    @TELUS I am serious if I can’t get through in less than an hour to place an order that I simply can’t do in the app. It will be the very last straw and I will cancel my service altogether. I am done after over 14 years as a customer
