    @TELUSsupport So Mia says there was a technical problem on Oct 5, 2021 that resulted in my cancellation request for the TV plan not getting cancelled. So does no one on the IT team @TELUS check on cancellations when there are technical problems?

    5G is practically a non-issue at this point. Future networks will be affected by a yea or nay. Also potentially past networks. Huawei has sold plenty of earlier-generation gear to Telus and Bell. Can it stay? Or do they have to tear it out and replace it for deprecated networks?

    Waiting now for Mia to solve the mess. Why do I have to spend my time fixing the problems at @TELUS @TELUSsupport should investigate what went wrong here. I would like to make a formal complaint.

    @TELUS look serious problem with your Telus security hardware as it's causing me to not sleep at night. A circuit supresses the output of a radio receiver if the signal strength falls below a certain level. Squelch. That is what is going on in my area.
