@TELUSsupport i am highly disappointed by the telus customer service, i have recently switched to telus and i have had an issue with my billing, the waiting to talk to an agent is really long and nobody picks up.
@TELUS what a disappointment TELUS is. Never will I ever wish to send any of my money their way. Probably the worst service provider in Canada

Dear TELUS: I understand that you see home cable as a 'want' and therefore not a necessity for your customers, but I strongly believe that to even cut off our internet as well as our home phone, therefore leaving us without anything to use in case of a medical emergency, is WRONG
