@TELUS not sure why my parents switched to you considering it takes you over a week to send somebody over to assist us or that your wifi overall sucks but man i'm about to get my own seperate wifi provider at this point

  • Hrbngr_of_btfl Gen_Grevious ∞ (@Hrbngr_of_btfl) reported

Sitting right beside the internet and still a slow af connection.. Seriously, why am I paying 112$ a month for this? @Telus #LowerInternetCosts

  • CHRYHIRCHUK Cameron Hryhirchuk (@CHRYHIRCHUK) reported

@TELUSsupport As I wait for my Callback, another coincidental call comes from Telus TRYING TO GIVE ME A SPECIAL OFFER ON A TABLET! MY EXACT PROBLEM THAT IM TRYING TO SOLVE IS BECAUSE OF A DEAL LIKE THIS 3 YEARS AGO! There’s more priority to sell me a tablet than fix my problem I’ve waited over

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

@TELUSsupport I don't need assistance. Telus Mobility service is unreliable here in my block. A $5 increase with no change in service does not seem appropriate.

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

@TELUSsupport What's with the $5 a month increase in rates? Only three months or so back you rolled back my rate $15 after your techs agreed that Telus cell service in my block was pretty much unusable. It's not as if the $5 reflects an improvement in service.

@ExtraLars @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus is an AWESOME company we love them but unfortunately it sometimes takes me a long time to get through to tech support

  • t88415213 Tracey Taylor (@t88415213) reported

@Kim26664026 @TELUS My husband just spent 35 minutes on hold with Telus customer support only to have them hang up #TELUSsucks

  • Hrbngr_of_btfl Gen_Grevious ∞ (@Hrbngr_of_btfl) reported

I’m so sick of slow and terrible @telus internet connections, I’m ready to switch.. Will be nice to get it for cheaper for a bit too.. Barely have a connection 15 feet away..

@plcaseley Bell, Telus, and Rogers, the big three, all individually own the subsidiary companies Virgin, Koodo, and Fido. In places like PEI, Bell owns most (if not all) of the cell towers, so other companies have to go through them for service.
