@benheck we have 100mbps to even gigabit plus 4G HSPA+ in 95% of our service area, you also have a much larger amount of ISPs, we mainly have Bell, Rogers, & Telus, you have dozens, and no one wants to spend the money or work together, whereas Telus & Bell teamed up to upgrade the network

@TELUSsupport My plan is Talk&Text 100. It’s not included data but Telus charged me data so I contacted TELUS Support then they refund me the balance. Thank you for your help. I hope this weird thing won’t happen again. Thank you.

@ctvedmonton For my family a day at Telus World of Science and Ft. Edmonton Park is budgeted and a treat. Now I have to pay even more? Ridiculous. Cut the councilor wages. Taxing public parks? One of the few places low and middle income families enjoy without worrying is the wrong move

@TELUS I cancelled your service a year ago when I heard you were getting involved with Huawei towers in our country. Also, when I switched, I didn’t realize how badly I was getting ripped off. 13GB data for less $ than I was paying for 5GB from you. $22 for an extra GB if I overed. 🖕

@redjane The booster I bought amplifies the existing signal from cell phone towers owned by Bell, Rogers, Telus, etc. So it's a one time cost up front (about $600 incl. mount and HST) then you use whatever data is included on your cell phone plan.
