There is an engineering meeting for the greenline at the city hall tomorrow and a career fair for calgary transit at telus convention. I’m trying to gather up courage to show up. I also know i will make up alot of excuses to cancel. Idk what to do i just feel i have too.

I cancelled my @Telus services to be effective mid month. I got a text that the new tenant can't even setup their Telus because didn't even cancel my account! they billed me for the entire month too! Now I'm 600km away and spending an hour+ on hold waiting to talk to a human wtf!

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport I've been on hold for 45 minutes. I received a SMS saying I'll be on a priority list as I waited over an hour last time I called. This is my third call, and I've waited over 3 hours to talk to someone!!!! Why is it so difficult just to talk to support?

Whatever happened to $5 a day roaming? I'm heading way down south for a few days, and @Telus is now charging $15 a day. That'll be an extra $105 on my bill if I use it while I'm there. Guess I'll be turning my roaming OFF when I leave here...
