@LukeRadau @TELUS I've got a booster too. Weird part is when my hub fails my cell phone still has good functional internet service. Thought they both worked off same cell signal.

No excuse for this crap company to put people on hold for an hour to speak to their billing for their mistake. EVERY TIME. Then they are before the CRTC to ask to charge customers to pay by credit card. Prediction: @Telus bankruptcy in 5 years. They are clueless.

@brittlestar Ave you ever had to deal with Telus or Loblaws I'm in my 7th decade on this rock and I can say that Telus are 1 of a very few companies that I will never deal with as their business model is IMHO 1 of Bullying their "customers"

@TELUS how bad would you like my mobility account

  • Photorrhorne Rick Horne (@Photorrhorne) reported

Just heard that @TELUS has applied to start charging a 1.5% fee on any customer who pays for service by using a credit card. Given the high cellular/data/tv fees we already pay this extra charge is outrageous.

  • JLK8277 Jen 🇨🇦 (@JLK8277) reported

Is there a @TELUS outage? My 5G don’t work. Using wifi atm..

  • i_thompson14 Ian the NHL non-fan (@i_thompson14) reported

@RedToryFan @CBCToronto In BC, Telus is charging people thousands of dollars for a service that will allow them to access a family doctor, which more and more people don’t have. How, exactly, is adding more bureaucracy (insurance paperwork, etc) going to improve what ought to be a public good?

  • 905customer Customer (@905customer) reported

@TELUS Anybody else feel your Device Care plan is just a way to rob your customers? I have this plan and @Asurion is unable to do anything via @mobileklinik ...3 days of the black screen and countless hours getting the worst service. My only option "offered" is to pay $400+ !!!!!

  • loq1179 Lorill Quast (@loq1179) reported

Dear @TELUSsupport @TELUS getting really tired of seeing commercials about how much better my internet would be if I switched to your awesome fiber optic network when there are still apparently no plans to put fiber optic cable in my neighbourhood.

  • RealBCThinkTank BC Think Tank 🤔: Polio Chapter (@RealBCThinkTank) reported

In an interview with CTV Monday, Dix said the issue was under review. In an email, Telus Health denied it is breaking any rules.

  • seanfordyce Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported

Now consumer affairs. Interesting site. So far Telus reviews on those sites are really bad. Guess others equally infuriated by @TELUSsupport behaviour. Funny this company used to have a decent reputation before they decided customer service was optional.
