    @Shawhelp We’ve screen shots of every conversation with them. It’s every 24- 48 hours. We will be speaking to @TELUS to bring us service since it’s obvious Shaw can’t nor do they care.

    @LukeRadau @TELUS I've got a booster too. Weird part is when my hub fails my cell phone still has good functional internet service. Thought they both worked off same cell signal.

    @TELUS I’ve been a small business customer since 2014. I Had a billing issue,contacted customer service and was literally yelled at and spoke over multiple times by the CS agent,despite me continually ensuring I was polite in my conversing I am appalled with how I was treated!

    So My Internets Going To Be Shut Down Soon… When I Signed Up At @TELUS I triple Checked That It Would Come Out Of The Same Account As My Phone Bill He Said Yes Well Guess Who Has A Surprise $300+ Bill. 😤🤬 #TelusProblems

    @IRPlawyer It's hateful. The one I get through Telus is so terrible I'm thinking of cancelling. The one online is a tiny bit better but it always malfunctions. Great content. Terrible execution.
