Just got a phone call from Telus telling me I am a loyal customer and they want to make sure and getting the best service for my money so I told them if you want to make sure I get the best service for the money don't charge the credit card fee so they hanged up @TELUSsupport

Canceled my @TELUS iPhone 14 pre-order that I had placed on sept 9th .. instead they tried to cancel one of my other lines …. @TELUSsupport y’all crazy … I think it’s time to find another company if y’all can’t follow simple instructions an almost cancel a whole other line

@Telus also doesn’t allow #eSim transfer from one #iPhone to another, they don’t support the feature, while carriers around the globe support it, and for the convenience of customers. They really want you to buy another QR code and spend $10 . 2/2.

For anyone with @TELUS and dealing with their BS. Check your service agreement. point 6 states "The Services are provided to you subject to payment of all applicable service rates and any additional charges identified to you at the time you applied for the Services...." #Telus
