    @LukeRadau @TELUS I've got a booster too. Weird part is when my hub fails my cell phone still has good functional internet service. Thought they both worked off same cell signal.

    @adolwyn Had a visit from a very eager Telus sales guy on Thursday, despite my assertion that the service I was receiving from Shaw was excellent, and theirs was unlikely to actually be better, he convinced me with $90 cheaper for the same level of service, including paying my Netflix.

    @as_per_danielle @BigNasty6oh4 I have had the exact opposite experience. Everything that I have gotten from Telus has been superior. Faster, more reliable, better picture quality, better (much better) interface, better service….

    @KLWN73 @JCElliott13 @telusmobility We are having Telus Wi-Fi issues and hubby called and spoke to a tech. This has been ongoing so he asked about getting a credit. Guy transfers him to the business help desk, then he got transferred to telus mobility and finally to a billing service clerk. #incompetent

    It's pretty bad that after numerous times I've told @TELUS to stop calling me, I had to block their number and report them as a telemarketer a few minutes ago... 🙄

    @SAWARESEVEN pretty sure thats every Canadian isp since the start of covid with league servers. Had it happen to me with Shaw and now telus and both have high ping when i use to get around 50-55 before the pandemic now im near 80 to100. (never moved houses etc either)

    @TELUS Unfortunately promises of free calls stayed promises. Was billed and charged for calls to Ukraine. Promised the fix by Telus reps for over a month. Nothing happened. Completely disappointed!

    I think it’s time to say goodbye to @TELUS and go with someone else lol. I get no offers or promotions & I’ve been with them at least 11 years. I’m also not about to start paying $150 a month for a damn phone 🥴

    @jaykaypee14 @Bell_MTS These responses from the company you're leaving are the worst. We had a similar experience with moving from AAA Alarms to Telus/ADT. The last minute "we care and value your business" after you've been telling them the issues you're having with their service is beyond insulting.

    Never, ever upgrade your ADT alarm system to the new @Telus alarm & camera package. The new sensors have failed repeatedly & the bureaucracy is incapable of canceling our old account, which has generated multiple threatening letters. An amateur hour shitshow. @TELUSsupport
