    @Shawhelp We’ve screen shots of every conversation with them. It’s every 24- 48 hours. We will be speaking to @TELUS to bring us service since it’s obvious Shaw can’t nor do they care.

    @LukeRadau @TELUS I've got a booster too. Weird part is when my hub fails my cell phone still has good functional internet service. Thought they both worked off same cell signal.

    @Shawhelp Well another day another stupid dropped connection. Happened last night and tonight. Normally it’s every two days. This is unacceptable. I think it’s time to say buh bye to Shaw @telus make us a deal

    @AZLOCDL @RogersHelps Same dude... I live in Surrey, BC and I was getting on wireless on Rogers 5G network 400 down and like 25 up and its like not even 100mbps for the past three weeks..... This is crap service!!! Is telus like this??

    Hey @TELUS I just want to say your customer service is the absolute worst!Bunch of rip off artists!! I’ve been with you for over 20 years and it disgusts me how I’ve been treated!! And btw, your buy it back program is a scam, and a rip off! You’ll be lucky if I stay with you!

    @deanneachong @TELUS 40 minutes in on call, asked if they'd solve the problem & call me back. Still waiting. Next step, call @CRTCeng try for resolution Meanwhile, phoning for info on other options. This is all unpaid time.

    I'm not even a @Telus customer yet and I already can't stand the company. 1. WORST IVR on the planet. 2. All "offshore" customer service. (Hope you like the sound of roosters crowing) 3. 1 hour+ waiting times to get through. All I am trying to do is switch from @Rogers!

    Interesting. -Told @TELUS loyalty dept is now called Cancellation Dept -a free service, Unlimited text & call Canada&US was cancelled w/o notice. -When we added new a $5 service onto 1 of 3 phones on our corp account, they charged $5/phone -40 min on phone, not resolved. Ideas?

    Had enough of @TELUS and their inability to take notes on accounts and make it possible to get what I talk about over the phone in a store. What company should I move to? 20 years of service I am done with them.

    @Kamscan The camera system I had on my home, through Telus, had very poor resolution, had to go onto Amazon to find better cameras that allowed clear concise pictures.
