@Shawhelp Well another day another stupid dropped connection. Happened last night and tonight. Normally it’s every two days. This is unacceptable. I think it’s time to say buh bye to Shaw @telus make us a deal

  • paulawhite45 Paula Bennett (@paulawhite45) reported from Didsbury, Alberta

@Shawhelp We’ve screen shots of every conversation with them. It’s every 24- 48 hours. We will be speaking to @TELUS to bring us service since it’s obvious Shaw can’t nor do they care.

  • chinookag Craig Shand (@chinookag) reported from Mountain View County, Alberta

@LukeRadau @TELUS I've got a booster too. Weird part is when my hub fails my cell phone still has good functional internet service. Thought they both worked off same cell signal.

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BCounterview Here for a better BC. (@BCounterview) reported

@arthister and clearly the health system is on the brink here in BC - and the Health Ministry is being obtuse about numbers needing surgery etc. We are in deep trouble and all @BCNDPCaucus is doing is pushing people to Telus Health.

  • asmallteapot ellen teapot 🇨🇦🏳️‍⚧️ (@asmallteapot) reported

@Cadeyrnn Historically, all three are provided by the same company. That’s already changing, e.g. the Bell and Telus cellular network “alliance”. Other countries have so-called “local loop unbundling” – every service provider (layer 2) gets access to every physical network (layer 1).

  • DougAlder Doug Alder, 🇨🇦💉💉💉 (@DougAlder) reported

@DrSpockets Wow - I pay Telus $236/mo for 150Mbps up/down fiber internet and my OptikTV with a lot of packages.

  • lexomatic Alexis Gee (@lexomatic) reported

I don't think you understand how bad this IS and LOOKS #cafreeland there is ZERO choice Bell or Rogers or Telus. They all are overpriced. My prices will likely double.

  • stockyrds Stockyrds (@stockyrds) reported

@Quea_Ali Generally i dont have any issues with bell atleast its fast and clear. Used rogers it always sucked and telus sells its phone numbers and gets spam calls

  • kinsonalley Allyssia (@kinsonalley) reported

Is anyone else in Ontario having issues Telus and text messages not going through? Or is it just me?

  • albertaclassic Natalie McCormick (@albertaclassic) reported

@Quea_Ali What’s bell? Is that different then Rogers? I’m with Telus my dgtr has Rogers & likes them I suppose, my son at first had bell, the. F’ing worst fricking experience ever.

  • rootcauseteam What's The Real Cause? (@rootcauseteam) reported

@MichaelJonesETC @CBCAlerts Yes, two services which helped keep Rogers, Telus and Bell prices down. No longer. Oh well, now easier for Trudy's internet censorship to "monitor" us.

  • Bulliwyfthetank Bulliwyf the Tank (@Bulliwyfthetank) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Fibre junction box 2014A in Secord Edmonton was left wide open and unsecured. Dunno if someone messed around with it or a lazy tech didn’t lock up. Also, there is no way to easily report this other than this - that sucks. Do better

  • _shrimbegin 😼 (@_shrimbegin) reported
