  • yegelection AB Consensus Politics "YES WE CAN" (@yegelection) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Telus are corporate criminals with all their hidden charges. CRTC should have cracked down on Telco's years ago, as Canadians are being fleeced.

@opinionated75 @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS It’s so annoying though isn’t it? Every year when my Xfinity contract ends I get a bill showing it’s going up But if you’re willing to sit on the phone for an hour they can mysteriously figure out a way to put it back down to almost what it was.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Omg I complain about 65.00! Haha... there are these Plume pods I have in my house because for whatever reason I also have internet issues. These helped tremendously. I think they are 5. or 10. a month for 2. I keep 1 in the kitchen for outside.

  • greenken8 Ken Green (@greenken8) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Definitely call and tell them you want to cancel, they will offer a better deal

  • imaginet Bob Bunting (@imaginet) reported

@richardzussman Never received it. Two phones. One Telus one Virgin mobile. Both in, charged and good signal. We are in Tsawwassen.

  • horny_antifa Horny & Vaccinated ANTIFA Secretary (@horny_antifa) reported

@Wherd_KMsT @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS The little inserts that they sent with the bill will usually also tell you what kind of outages trigger credits on your bill. Here I don’t think it’s so much length of outage as frequency, but that info is usually in your mail.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I won't tell you story then. Por maybe I should. I pay 910 pesos a month for 100Mb service, a bunch of tv channels and free voip to just about everywhere in the world. When I have an internet problem the longest I have had to wait is 12 hours for a tech to come and replace equip
