Michele (@muffins135) reported@TELUSsupport Telus should really be giving customers a credit on their bill as the customer had to install the new digital boxes. That was a service that a technician used to do. Plus, I now have to get these boxes to Canada Post. $50 credit would be great. Thanks.

Adam Henry, CFP (@adamhenrycfp) reportedThings are expensive right now. An easy way to save some money is switching your phone plan to Public Mobile. It runs on the Telus network, so service feels the exact same. My wife and I made the switch a couple months ago. Took 10 minutes. Saving literally $120/month.

Shahrooz Fermani 🇨🇦 (@SFermani1996) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Stop paying your wireless service towards the big three (Rogers, Bell, Telus) They overcharge, and they also have the right to increase their subscription prices at anytime. I am paying $50 a month to Freedom Mobile for Unlimited Canada-US Talk, Text, with Bonus Data applied.

Mr. Green (@PerspectiveMg) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Telus is the first problem, always Freedom Mobile or Public Mobile(Telus subbrand - if live outside freedom subscriber zone)

Eve (@utopianluvr) reported@RogersHelps @Iam_viktoh1 This is the problem when our country is an oligarchy. Rogers, Telus all the same crappy service.
-
Brenden Smith (@Moosetastrophe) reported@TELUS The problem with that, is I don't live there. I can't do anything even if you "help". I have to set my own up, today, and if the same thing happens, you'll know.

phantom (@rebellion__scum) reportedsweet Jesus @RogersHelps do something about the amount of spam texts on ur network! Ported from Telus a month ago never or rarely had any, since coming to Rogers that’s spiked to 30+ a day
-
Dtw🇨🇦 (@DerekWilliams82) reported@DailyHiveVan If Telus can take our water for a data centre then I don’t give a **** about washing my car or watering my plants/lawn. If the city and province is going to sell out our water and not give a **** then why should I.
-
Mortoshi (@HDergler) reported@wongkarwasian most Canadian service providers collude to increase the level of service beyond what the average consumer needs so that can charge upward of $100 a month for something that should be extremely basic telus wants like $110 a month for 500mbps internet for instance, but most people would still be ok with 100mbps or less I'm many cases

Derek Cockroft (@derekcockroft) reported@RodAVanier So even worse. The CTRC (run by Roger’s and Telus) is now making the competitive environment in Canada worse. Who ******* wants this? It’s not good for consumer choice, it’s not good for trade relations, and it creates uncertainty for content providers in Canada. **** THE CTRC
