    Every month Telus charges for a service that’s not being used. Every month I call to get it removed. Every month it’s somehow on my bill @TELUS you guys can’t be this incompetent

    So @RogersHelps why did your call back feature call me back 3 HOURS LATER when it said it was an 18 minute wait and then when I ask to speak to someone it told me you’re closed and hung up ? This is why I’m going to Telus. They would never !

    @TELUSsupport Outage in PortCoquitlam area all Telus customers in Rowland street no internet! Why is Telus not doing anything about it! I am trying to contact someone all this morning!
