    @TELUS hanging up on a customer who has been on hold for over 2 hours is not customer service. I’ve been a customer since before you were called Telus. That ends tomorrow.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport has to be the absolute worst tech support ever. They read from a script rather than listen to the problem you’re having. Wasted 4 hours over two days on the phone with them, they said they’d call me back and never did and promblem still not solved. What next?

    I'm having problems with my cable again. 1 of which is every time I use my land line my cable cuts out! WTAF is going on Telus? A technician is coming this morning around the same time as my doctor's phone appointment! FML!

    @ErikGretland @TELUS I have the same problem with Telus, they have charged me too much. I got some money back, but why should they overcharge me in the first place. I think Canada is very poor protecting us against these telecommunication companies. Too expensive to have a line in Canada.

    @TELUSsupport I am livid! Every month I’m charged for “3 way calling” & I NEVER use it! I’m the only one accessing my phone! I’ve been phoning Telus every month to have incorrect fee reimbursed! Please rectify this issue. Thank you! @CRTCHearings #FAIL #TELUS
