@JulieRohrYEG @Shaybeerta @ShawInfo I have had problems when a neighbour is on the same Shaw or Telus channel as my router. Shaw would know how to fix that remotely by accessing your router .

@Arrrgh2001 @TELUSsupport Just got a $100.00 credit on my telus account because of my migration ***********. Fight for compensation if you are a victim of Telus incompetence and negligence! Pass the word. I will help you with that.

@Victoria59L @Bell @Rogers you’re lake huron right? our cottage has embarrassingly bad service for us on bell/telus towers up there. thinking of getting a wifi repeater just to have internet at all since the cell reception is borderline non-existent in the kincardine area

@pearlsonally @Rogers @RogersHelps U won’t get any iPhones for free lmao don’t get ur hopes up on that one. Rogers never once called me to lower anything, I’m not having an issues with bell as I stated and they are still calling me to lower my bill and give me promos. Telus and bell share the same LTE network.

@koodo I received the utmost worst customer service from a Koodo/ @TELUS location now even 15 minutes ago. This young man was obnoxious, condescending, and outright rude to me. On top of that his mask was hanging below his nose.

@JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo 4/ The list displayed in Netspot, under the ssid heading, is a good indication if dominant neighborhood provider is shaw, telus, or another vendor. Another way to confirm if the signal coming into your home is poor is to connect to the ISP device with an ethernet cable.

I have never been so pissed off with a service provider. 5 hours and counting (plus being hung up on once) for internet help. Sitting on hold again. Peace out @TELUS , I’ve had a lot of time to look at different providers today.

@ChristaBorg @breadwitchery I personally love and hate Telus. I've never had major issues but when I have, they fix it right away and discount my bill so I'm not going to complain. But their ethics are... 🙃

The best account closing experiences: Twitter, Spotify, Canadian Tire card, and Telus. The worst? Amazon, Ancestry, Fido, Costco (WTF do they need a death certificate for?) and Ticketmaster.

(1) Contact your service provider (e.g. Telus) to see what protection services they have available to their customers, and can be added to your account. Be sure to understand how these services work and how they will better protect you from scams.
