    Really hating our @TELUS internet. Spoken to @TELUSsupport twice in less then 24 hours and our internet is still **** and no one comes to check till Thursday. Why the hell are we paying for internet if it’s not working. Cable is hardly working. Can’t wait to switch providers!

    So the #Telus solution to over billing me by double for 2 months, is to not pay me back and offer lock me into a similar contract with punitive exit fees for 2 years? We desperately to break up these monopolies in Canada.

    @lraitt The only contracts the telcos/ISPs are doing is for Internet service - and you don't have to sign one of those. Going one year term / month-to-month is still a thing. In my experience here in AB, Telus is more competitive than Shaw. Much more.
