    the story just goes on and on w/ 3 technician visits, 2 talks w/ tech support managers. it's two weeks later, i'm on hold with telus loyalty (1hr now) to cancel my service & i've had to tell this same story about a gazillion times.

    @MobileSyrup We're transferring our small business mobility account AWAY from Telus. We've had a nightmarish 15 months of added costs, Telus' errors, 4 account reps and have literally been told by Telus' reps that their priority is no longer the client and their internal policies show that.

    so i was transfered to a tier 2 tech. or so i thought. i asked this new person, are you a toer 2 tech? they said, well i'm a tier 1 manager. i'm getting frustrated now & all the horror stories of telus tech support are running through my head. i decided to bear down & see.

    i have a dr appt by phone today and TELUS phone service has been dead for hours on my end.....hhhhh nothing ive done for troubleshooting like rebooting or resetting settings has worked

    @TELUSsupport I'm sure you know this, but it's impossible to find any help on your webpage. All I want to do is buy 2 cell phones, and I want to see if there's a discount because I use Telus for internet. But wow...gong show.

    @readthepeak today highlighted rural connectivity issues through a sponsorship with @TELUS featuring a Telus + Alberta library’s program, which loans internet connectivity to local residents. 🤯 This would have been a great solution for when we had no internet for a few weeks.

    Need to vent. Am so tired of @TELUS and their poor customer service and reliability of tv and internet. Just spent another hour and a quarter on the line when promised I wouldn't be. Other providers are starting to look very good if things can be made to be reliable.

    someone make this make sense my internet is telus, but it runs off of the telus service towers, so it has a service bar on the router when the router had 3 bars a few weeks ago, i had 1100 ping on fortnite constantly my mom moved it back to where it was before

    @TELUS I just spent an hour in a queue to contact home services, to have the guy on the other end tell me it was the business line. This is the number I called 1-888-811-2323. Either your Google listing is broken or your phone service is broken.

    It doesn’t matter if it’s the first day in my billing cycle and my data is completely full or it’s the last day in my cycle and I’ve been out of high speed for a week, Telus is slow and patchy and ******* awful.
