@TELUS umm, what the heck's going on with your service in New Westminster? It's been cutting in/out for past 90 mins... something to do with that fibre upgrade?

  • CURTMAH 馬德豪 (@CURTMAH) reported

@TELUS internet outage in central Calgary! 1 hour wait? 4 hours no service what gives???

  • chrissie60ca Chris Leclerc (@chrissie60ca) reported

@DanielleDavids_ Are you with Telus? They have a service called Call Control that works really well for stopping most spam calls.

  • Melissa1526 Melissa Mitchell (@Melissa1526) reported

@TELUS I have had nothing but terrible customer service the last few weeks. Your agents were rude and unhelpful. I have a problem with my bill and the best Ive gotten is, “I’m not taking your word for it. You should have done more if that was true.” I am switching companies today

@ShawnKing @TELUS @TELUSsupport Yup sucks! I've learned that all companies make mistakes; you have to keep on top of all your accounts constantly. Visa never gets my balance owing correct from one month to the next perhaps because I'm always paying back more than they expect each month haha!

  • ShawnKing Shawn King (@ShawnKing) reported

OMG @Telus, WTF are you screwing with my bank account!? You took money out on Nov 29 (which bounced because YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE!), Dec 3 (which went through), and Dec 9 - WHICH ALSO ******* BOUNCED!! I can’t believe I have to deal with this bullshit company AGAIN! cc @TELUSsupport

  • WestBench Where's Poindexter? (@WestBench) reported

I thought #Telus was supposed to be filtering out phishing calls. Got one from "Visa" today. Caller number/name unavailable. No means to report on Telus Support. #crtc #cdnpoli

@VancouverSun @TELUS Yes, which is why they get millions in gov’t subsidies, spend that money on ads like this & lobbying to continue to operate as part of the worst National Cartel, have unlimited power to treat customers like garbage and make their own rules. Cell service = necessity not luxury.

The customer is the only one who can be penalised irrespective of who is not able to deliver on service guarantee. Here’s a summary of all discussions with Vivint move team with dates and case numbers. Please save yourself and go with Telus instead…

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

Every week @TELUS calls my phone and asks for my husband and every week I tell them to call his number and every week they apologize and say ok and every week they forget and every week I hang up on them because every week I still don’t want their crappy internet service.
