  • keepontruckin78 Jas In 🇨🇦 Gettr: @JasinCanada (@keepontruckin78) reported

@TELUSsupport 25-50Mbit/s is insulting, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. Why should disabled Canadians have to be treated like second class citizens when the rest of Canada is at or above 750Mbit/s? Why does #Telus fail to fund Disabled Canadians for affordable HIGH SPEED internet?

🧵 Got an email from @TELUS today informing me my bill is increasing by $5/mo with no explanation why. I call in and am informed that because I don’t have a contract with them (I’ve been with them for 10+yrs) they need to increase my bill to “guarantee my service” /1

Who decided to put the “Yahoo” sign in such a poor position? Trash can, light pole & tree all in the way. If it had been placed on the other side of the Telus CC entrance it would be much more accessible for snap

So I am kind of over Shaw’s internet issues - wondering how Telus is, it’s been about 10 years since I was with Telus in any fashion. (St. Albert, Alberta area)

  • netrvnner NETRVNNER (@netrvnner) reported

@rentomega @sjcalgary @RachelNotley We already have a private/public system and it causes headaches for everyone involved. For example, private organizations generally go with Telus Health, which would be fine except AHS doesn't use Telus as their ISP causing all sorts of unnecessary network issues.

  • mitchell_ricky Ricky Mitchell 🇨🇦 (@mitchell_ricky) reported from Strathcona County, Alberta

Got a letter saying my Vivint security service is changing to Telus since Telus bought Vivint Canada out. Hmmmm

  • Atesitinho23 Andres Diaz Rozas (@Atesitinho23) reported

And the award for “worst online shopping experience” goes to… @TELUSsupport @TELUS… made a purchase online and then they told me it was “out of stock” and told me to buy it again without the promotion I had before.

  • BrianShawCV Brian Shaw (@BrianShawCV) reported

@TELUS Perhaps use some of the savings and profit to put in a service that works on the East Coast of Vancouver Island. Specifically the Comox Valley to Nanaimo.
