@heylaineys Oh that sucks, does only Telus service this smaller city?

  • justjennni jenni (@justjennni) reported

@DemonBisssh666 Telus was awful for me. I’ve switched to @ParkPowerLtd for internet. It’s amazing and significantly less money!

  • NorthZenArcher Fred Matthews (@NorthZenArcher) reported

@TELUS when are you going to stop teaching your customer service representatives to be dishonest? On July 28th, 2022 I went into the Telus store in Lloydminister, AB and purchased a Smart Camera to install to keep surveillance on my back yard where I park my vehicle and to watch

  • wallyworld98 Walter Rau (@wallyworld98) reported

@bhtoys @TELUSsupport Bell is no better than Telus that’s for sure. They all want your money but customer service sucks donkey ***** big time.

  • YYCtj1 Mr. Canuck🇨🇦 🇺🇦 (@YYCtj1) reported

@FreedomMobile Don’t be fooled. This plan is cheap because the Freedom network is awful. Poor coverage/dropped calls are the norm. They occupy a bad end of the frequency bandwidth which Telus and Rogers and Bell would never want to bid on.

  • NorthZenArcher Fred Matthews (@NorthZenArcher) reported

on my cell phone because I had to use data to do my work and received nothing. When I was talking to Customer Loyalty, I asked to speak to a manager and was repeatedly stalled even after indicating that I am on the verge of cancelling all of my Telus services.

  • OperatorDX Davidoff (@OperatorDX) reported

@RogersHelps Oh I did contact tech support. They opened a ticket, took 4 days to only close it and say there is no issue meanwhile I was still getting dropped calls and interruptions. Had enough and switched my whole family to Telus.

  • TELUSsupport TELUS Support (@TELUSsupport) reported

@kehlp Hi! To avoid roaming notifications or charges, you can set up the Network Mode to Manual > TELUS, from the settings of the phone.

  • DFortais Teddy (@DFortais) reported

@michael_byers @adriandix You are spreading false information. This is a private service through Telus which has nothing to do with the BC Govt.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

In its submission, Telus also raises the issue that the Proposed Policy Direction exceeds powers under Section 8 which are limited to broad policy matters. McCarthy Tétrault, Bell and now Telus raise this and I agree. #CRTC
