@Swedish_Dman Telus' service is good. Have been with them for quite a few years now. But honestly, it really just boils down to whether or not you're with Bell. If not, you're already ahead of the curve.
@TELUSsupport I’ve spent two hours in a store, and several hours on hold in the last 3 days trying to convert to Telus EPP, still not totally resolved and I don’t think I should have to pay a fee. Why can’t Telus call centers help me? You just keep hanging up.
Switching to Telus for a $50 for 20g plan. Although Rogers has always been expensive, their service has been solid. Hope I don't regret the move.

@TELUSsupport Telus support is a joke. Unusually high call volumes. That seems to be the norm.
@chelseysinden @Rogers Ive come to conclusion all phone company’s are shady and have absolutely no customer service skills and customer satisfaction obviously isn’t in their vocabulary. I was on the phone with @TELUS for an hour and a half today and they did **** alll for me.
