    Hey, @TELUS and/or @TELUSsupport - it looks like service is down basically all across Western Canada. Do you think that maybe you might want to make a post on social media to actually say that, so your support people don't have to keep answering everyone one at a time?

    Dear @TELUSsupport @TELUS Last April, Telus told me my area - North Langley/Walnut Grove - wasn’t connected to the PureFibre network, but would be by December. Happy New Year... nothing. Literally everywhere surrounding us has it. Please fix this. Take our money!
