    @FringedCanuck @martianwyrdlord 100% agreed!! I actually had to sic the FEC on them for charging me for **** I never had! It took months and you could never talk with anybody that would/could do anything to stop it! **** Telus!

    So get this, Telus is using masking technology (AI) to hide the fact their Call Centre employees have accents coming from places such as India - so they are deceiving customers that they employee Canadians and are not - they are deceiving their entire customer base.

    @koodo @TELUSsupport I got a call yesterday from 1-844-372-1809, "TELUS" showed on Call Display. I said hello, caller thanked me for being a Koodo customer, then hung up. Was this a legit Koodo/Telus number, or was this a scammer? #koodo #telus

    @TELUS the level of disgust I feel over your handling of the lawsuit regarding 911 and Dean Switzer death was easily sufficient for me to terminate my account.

    @Paul__Walsh @TELUS @Rogers What banks do with forwarded smishing texts: feed them to threat-intel sharing groups like APWG and CAFC so the lookalike domain ends up on consumer blocklists. A free DNS-level iOS app installs that blocklist on the phone so the page never loads.

    @deliaflower1 You probably got someone in Pakistan. I had to get help from the BBB once before a Canadian Tech from Telus called me and fixed the problem.

    @VanIsleInvestor @BNNBloomberg @MobileSyrup Hey: I was as shocked by the numbers as you. I had no idea the TIXT side of the biz had ballooned in such a fashion. What the heck are they all doing, besides making it tougher to move your Telus service from one address to another?
