@TELUSsupport @TELUS So, when did your "24/7 technical support" for home services become business hours only? Any chance you can update your website or does your incompetence incumber your ability to do so?

  • TheLifestyleDig LifestyleDigs (@TheLifestyleDig) reported

ANOTHER dropped signal @TELUS Optik TV. Do NOT sign up for this ****** service.

  • hawkygoalie Benson H (@hawkygoalie) reported

A @TELUSsupport business technician supposedly couldn’t reach me on my Telus mobility phone (no missed call) and didn’t bother to call the main business number. Worst of all, they cancelled both the appointment and the ticket for support. Start from square one.

You know how some banks are said to be “too big to fail”? I think @Telus is too big to provide good customer service.

I have a limited data plan on my Telus phone. Just received a text from @telus waiving overages for the next 2 weeks. I assume because I live close to where the tornado touched down in Barrie. I’m ok but thanks Telus. Worth a shout out to you.

  • Kraventhern Kraven (@Kraventhern) reported

@Bobbo80 What’s the deal? I did the ahs discount with telus. It not bad

  • elon_lord The Stimulus Pumper (@elon_lord) reported

@eric_periard @WholeMarsBlog Then don't lol Just find it ironic that you happily pay overpriced $100 CAD/month to Rogers/Telus/Bell for Phone service

@MrMerlotMusic Haven't heard of this one but will check it out, thank you. I figure I'm stuck with Telus or Shaw no matter what since everyone who isn't them is leasing their juice. This is really a Shaw problem
