    @cyberlander_ @TELUS No, I use shaw at home for internet. This is for our business lines and internet where the problems are occurring. They fcked up our transition from copper to fibre optic, which they asked for, and now I'm dealing with their incompetence.

    @smith_noreen @sarobertson_ His only work experience is a service rep for Telus. He only knows to call his manager - and unfortunately - he is the manager. Dude is lost.

    @HotStoveD I just went through the same problem a few weeks ago. Phone agents were even less helpful and unwilling to retain my business. Decided to finally switch to Telus. Unfortunately, they have been just slightly better so far. The telecommunications monopoly in 🇨🇦 is a huge problem.

    @RSHFarms @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have TELUS and it’s terrible. I had a guy at my farm and he was with Roger’s and is no better than mine.

    @Murphysmom67 Telus ALWAYS SENDS Everything to Collections, TELUS never honors their own contracts, provide ****** service, claim you never return equipment when you have, all their call centers are OVER SEAS. @TELUS is NOT FOR CANADIANS.

    RN I switched from Telus to Cogeco. I was told I didnt need a new SIM card bc Cogeco runs on Telus lines. Telus just disconnected me from the network. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps
