  @MrStache9 I ditched Telus over a year ago. My friends in Kitchener & my brother ditched Bell. Too expensive & ****** service. I haven’t had a land line for more than 10 years. I’m with Rogers now, for both home and cell service. Telus I was paying over $100 just for my cell. With Rogers I pay $25 for my cell. Cable wise, Rogers isn’t much cheaper but it is more reliable.

  Please share this around. @TELUS @TELUSsupport, explain how it’s acceptable that after months of trying to get my internet fixed, all I’ve ended up with is a much higher bill for the exact same poor service. My internet is still slow, constantly lagging, and barely usable.

  Never answer. Unknown caller can go to voicemail. If they get past the screening which means they've had to press a number before you can get through to my phone. The Telus thing I don't even know what my number is but once you're one of my contacts and you've done that, then you can get onto my phone. But I still don't answer it if I'm not sure. If I don't know who the person is unknown, I definitely never answer. I usually use voicemail. Go to voicemail. I don't know what who or what you are
