.@telus I am considering becoming a mobility customer, please tell me what the difference is between “Promotional discount” and “Easy Payment Bonus Discount”? Are both of these charged back to me if I upgrade my phone early?? #telus #wirelesscanada #mobility

  • therealjaypo Jason Powell (@therealjaypo) reported

Bell, Rogers, and Telus have never had any problems extracting from me the exorbitant amounts of money us Canadians pay for pedestrian amounts of cellular data, but Freedom had to be a **** about it.

  • mediamorphis Dwayne Winseck (@mediamorphis) reported

Natale points to churn as evidence of competition. Perhaps a bit of that but also with sheer customer frustration with Bell, Rogers & Telus. If this 4-to-3 merger b/w Rogers & Shaw goes ahead, that frustration will have one less important rival to go to 21/

.@telus I am considering becoming a mobility customer, please tell me what the difference is between “Promotional discount”, “Easy Payment Bonus Discount”, and “Bring-It-Back Bonus”. Are all of these needing to be paid back if I upgrade my phone early?? #telus #wireless #mobility

  • mwest_ Mike West (@mwest_) reported

@Bryson_M @BenKlass To me, the only thing this merger tells us is that Bell-Telus network sharing (which is very “efficient” for lack of a better word) was too hard to compete with.

  • tyscona Tyson Turner (@tyscona) reported

@slimschadey161 @TELUS @ShawDirect I am too after my recent experience where after being displaced for a few months because of a house fire they refused to even pause my value plan, despite me being a long time customer and, you know, losing a bunch of possessions and having my life messed up from a fire.

  • Al_leithi whattodo (@Al_leithi) reported

@TELUS Just I want one reason why charging me for location I don’t have any more?! I had called Telus never get the right person to speak to 😔

  • slimschadey161 slimschadey16 (@slimschadey161) reported

@tyscona @TELUS @ShawDirect That sucks. For me just ****** service, internet dropping or having to reboot. Had enough

  • slimschadey161 slimschadey16 (@slimschadey161) reported

Switching over to @TELUS for my inter web and TV from @ShawDirect. Better service and price

  • Kevin_Sole Kevin Sole (@Kevin_Sole) reported

Oh good, here comes another round of TELUS's "we're gonna slow down your internet so you think you have to upgrade to get the speeds you're actually paying for" schtick. How exciting.
