@peternowak @Rogers @Bell Big fan of landlines but the pricing is definitely harsh. Moved from Telus to Shaw to save a lot of money overall (cable, internet, landline). Did not hurt that Telus remains one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my lifetime.

@telusmobility I believe there is a scam going around using your business. Somebody calling saying they are giving away plans and phones for 40% off. He asked what service provider I am with. I said not Telus. Then he hung up. I don’t think Telus customer service would do this.

We start each time by verifying my identity. As I'm by router or laptop through this and my wallet is in a different place, I did the stairs lots for my identity. 7/I was @Telus most verified new customer today. An award I gave myself!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport been two months since I got the service and I’m still not able to select the channels I want for my #Pik5 not on your website nor on your app. #HELP! Have terrible channels that I didn’t choose #BadCustomerService

@SaskTel When can we expect to see eSIM support for devices other than the Apple Watch? If you are able to issue eSIM for an Apple watch I don't see the technical reason why I can't get one for my Pixel Watch. Is this an unspoken exclusively deal? Should I move to @TELUS

@ryck_nancy Trudeau was going to lower our cell phone bills. The latest for Telus is to charge the customer for placing his/her costs on a credit card.

We've been with @Bell #Shaw #Primus @Virgin and now @Telus in the last decade. None provided a simple and problem-free beginning. Usually hours wasted on hold to get something fixed. We need more competition. This was another hell experience and it isn't done. 20/Six hours gone

@RogersHelps @rogershelp - Internet unstable for the past 72 hours in the Warden/Finch area. This is outrageous. Called support twice and they told me there is NO ETA. People are working from home and I'm forced to use my Telus phone as a hotspot. UNACCEPTABLE
