    @TELUS Poor poor customer service. I call to renew my home service contract I get transferred to mobile after 2 hr wait they transfer me to home service after 40 mins I get a recording that the office is closed. Poor poor service, should I go to Shaw? Bad!!

    @TELUSsupport I have been trying to get support from Telus since SEPTEMBER 12. I got ONE EMAIL then nothing. This is NOT HOW you should be treating your corporite clients.

    @TELUS currently on the line with Bell following up on a cancellation that Telus said they were sending on my behalf but never sent it. Now I have to pay another month of services. Is this normal practice Telus?

    @bowmancanada Not only that, many can't even choose which rates they can afford - Telus tells customers - oh that's a Shaw building so you can't choose Telus!!! WTF! How is that competitiveness; how do seniors and single parents afford basic internet & not even have access affordable rate?
