@TELUS I must say since we switch to FIDO we have had better service even before there was problems with the tower in Saanich near Mount Douglas. You’re right hand doesn’t know what your left hand is doing and then he won’t even aware there was a tower problem

@Shawhelp Can someone pls explain why on a daily basis does my TV reception freeze? Is it a) signal problem coming into my home b) problem with my 5-year old wifi modem c) time to switch to Telus fibre as they call daily wanting me to switch?? I have internet 600. Daily issues!

@TELUS Absolutely the worst customer service. We have been unable to get service in our area since February because of problems with the tower. We switched recently to FIDO which is absolutely perfect but you guys have charged me a penalty for leaving

@TELUS We were unable to make phone calls or to be understood for months and months after many phone calls to Telus. We’ve been told by several Telus support and at the Telus store at hillside mall in Victoria that you were not bound to provide service.
