  • rdumaresque Reggie D. (@rdumaresque) reported

@TELUS had me wait on the phone for an hour last night because I got a roaming charge and I haven’t been outside the country. Transferred me to the wrong department only to tell me that I would have to call back again after my next bill for them to fix their mistake.

  • epurc42 🙃 (@epurc42) reported

@TELUS extremely disappointed in the customer service (if you can even call it that) that I just received speaking to some one regarding my deceased parent's account. Unhelpful and zero compassion.

  • ve6mad Max (@ve6mad) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS This was good when we had to connect with family to get them out. Shame you can’t help Ukrainians coming here with internet/phone services 🙁

  • swill7 Sheryl Williamson (@swill7) reported

@TELUS Had one of your reps come to the door. Wasn’t interested, he didn’t want to leave. Closed the door & he took it upon himself to walk down the side of the house. Got real rude when I asked him about it. Not cool. 😡

  • symphorik casey. (@symphorik) reported

You know what sucks, is @TELUS told me not to worry about November to December’s Bill for either Internet or Mobility because I was a flood victim… but they didn’t cover it. #FeelsBadMan #Telus been on catch up ever since.

  • VIMichaelKelly 🏒 Michael Kelly (@VIMichaelKelly) reported

Police estimate $2.5 million dollars in theft to date, due to phone scams in BC alone. The telcos in Canada have to do a better job at blocking scam calls from their networks. Rogers, Telus, Bell and Shaw all making huge profits have to fix this. @CRTCHearings

  • tohvoigt Torsten H Voigt (@tohvoigt) reported

@keanbirch @theyoungjoo At least when it comes to mobile plans I feel my plan in the USA was free compared to what we pay for Telus. And the service is, for most part, substandard.

  • peternowak Peter Nowak (@peternowak) reported

These carriers would basically rent network space from Bell, Rogers and Telus at regulated rates and then sell services to customers as Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). New competition would mean more choice, lower prices. 3/12

  • VentiMoula Moula Venti (@VentiMoula) reported

@telus need internet support can only zoom call in one room of house

  • MattyPlumz Trey’s Diamonds (41-25-5) (@MattyPlumz) reported

@TELUSsupport You would think that people have lives and not time to sit on hold and wait for you guys to respond so they can complain. How about Telus does something pro active and come test the area yourselves. There are more than enough people that complain already. Our area is horrid
