    Third quater Operating revenues & other income for #Telus increased by 10% (to $4.7 billion) over the same period last year. They will be penalizing their poor customers by charging fees if bill is paid using credit card. When will the #greed stop?

    Great service after I got a direct line from @TELUSsupport this morning. Thank you very much @HPCanada & Telus Support for your wonderful & helpful staff. Both your automated support systems are horribly irritating (at least Telus provided a phone #) but your people were AWESOME

    @TELUSsupport Two line ported, two to go. Service gone downhill for telus/koodo over the years. A sim card cost $22? Like WTH. I'm glad, I'm moving to another provider.

    @TELUSsupport OMFG make me wait 2 hours on hold and then try and start a video chat without warning then then tell me you'll charge me $150 to come fix my line if it's "not a Telus issue" terrible!

    @TELUSsupport what has happened to Telus? You have been my home, cellular and business provider for Always- But your service is a nightmare. NIGHTMARE! Why why why can't you employee people in Canada or who are English our first Language?
