@harrietglynn I think that’s my reaction. I have had neck/arm problems for 1.5 years seriously, but had 5 vehicle accidents so my body’s been a mess for years. I did a 54-minute routine Monday and it was amazing. Woke pain free next morning. Doing that one again tomorrow. ($5 on Telus Optik)

@HallieCBC None of the phones in our home (Telus, Fido) got the alert. Yet I *did* get an amber alert for a missing child on the far end of Quebec last night. Also troubling: the alerts never go to “non phone” cellular devices. So an iPad/table on cellular data never gets an alert.
