    @TELUSsupport 4 weeks now and no support. Been told to clear my cache 8 times like that supposed to get my SIM to start working. 100% avoid Telus at all costs.

    @koodo I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am now actively looking for a non-telus carrier. What's worse is I've recommended Koodo to friends and family, and they are complaining to me about you. You are not treating your customers the way they deserve.

    @RogersHelps The only way Rogers can fix my issues is to replace my Telus sim card. Sadly, Rogers is $190/month more for my 6 phones for similar plans.

    @DanAlbas Only because I switched 2 phones to Public Mobile 4G....down about 50% from Telus but uses Telus infrastructure !!

    @TELUS Make bring-it-back free and i will gladly give it back to recycle. Else the phone aint going anywhere till i throw it in garbage after it stops working having paid bring-it-back fee.

    @BrowntoBure I left Fido (Rogers owned) and have gone with Lucky Mobile (Bell owned). I brought my own phone and have had no problems whatsoever. Kudo is owned by Telus btw.

    @telusmobility really be out here taking 10 dollars more a month when I already pay 150 goddamn dollars for two phone lines. REALLY TELUS? ARE YOU REALLY HURTING THAT BAD?

    @MdApplewhaite @steve_izen @adriandix However it’s done, it would be nice to differentiate between what I call “robo-doc” appointments (like we often see from Telus Health) and “real” care. My worry is if we just e.g. double 0100, those doing **** care now will keep doing it but be paid double.

    @DanAlbas Mine went down 50% in 2019 went I moved away from the Bell/Telus/Rogers hell and and moved to a smaller provider.
