    @TELUS your sales person came to my door offering faster internet speed if I signed up for home security service. I said I’d like to think about it. He said…book an appt and you can call to cancel. I called twice to cancel, spent over 2hrs on the phone - just rec’d a $650 bill

    @geostylegeo Amazing how add a note has disappeared the continuation of the thread ,that tells you they are upselling cause it does not work and you have told them to fix their equipment or remove it 3 times..still dealing in bullshit. & how it only works the day before the tech arrives telus

    lmao Telus tech support not allowing PureFibre service to be activated at my sister's townhouse unit because they couldn't find the address in their system. Threatening going to Shaw changed their minds but no progress was made after 2 wks Fantastic job guys. Off to Shaw they go

    Telus: services not working again. Max who is the escalation manager was supposed to follow up a week ago but hasn’t. I have left e messages abs no returned call. How long do you expect me to go without service???????????????
