@SadBillAckman @Rogers This is just a bonus for Rogers customers in Nova Scotia. The coverage here is pathetic with massive zones with no coverage, where Bell and Telus have full coverage. Half the customers probably didn't even notice there was a network failure.

@telusmobility just wanted to say…, I have been a customer of Telus since the MIKE network began . I believe it was called clear net then and it was 1996. Thank you for being reliable and served my company well!

  • DaniAlexMusic Dani Alexandria (@DaniAlexMusic) reported

@thevivafrei @theJagmeetSingh @PierrePoilievre Fido is owned by Rogers and Telus uses Bell towers I don’t know about the others lack of competition is an issue here and also just the sheer amount of things operated by 1 company

  • RodMGB Rod Bradshaw (@RodMGB) reported

@marypdallas Telus doesn't work at our house due to hills and tower locations. We have a telus hub but it uses a different frequency we are told, and some days it is frustrating as well. Use T mobile in US and way lot better plans and service.

@sameo416 If it's anything like Telus, routine tech support has been outsourced to another country. Telus updated the firmware in my router remotely, causing conflicts in my 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz transceivers. I had to suggest what went wrong to my tech support person in the Philippines.

  • Azngangbuzta Wilson Wong (@Azngangbuzta) reported

@SneakerTalkCA That's insane. We've been back online this morning. Bell and Telus should really beat up on Rogers while their down.

  • adrenaline_x Adrenaline_x (@adrenaline_x) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers That's literally the cost per day you spend on their service. IF Celluar/Internet is mission critical of you or your business you should have redundancy.. If you carrier is Rogers, your Home internet should be Bell/Telus. Outages happen and you should be prepared for it.

@gibsonsgolfer @TELUS @TELUSsupport Thanks Bob, I’ll give them a call. Telus customer for 25 years should count for something!

  • BCarterConsults Bob Carter (@BCarterConsults) reported

@CTVNews My Fido signal in Port Perry is still completely out. We have a different ISP which is the only connection we have right now. My wife is on Telus - a good thing!

  • JockCartier **** Cartier (@JockCartier) reported

@czelkov @CFL You should try dealing with Shaw They were so bad, Telus seemed alright
