@TELUSsupport @Tsukiyomon Don't come to telus! Especially if you are in a rural area. They advertise fast, reliable internet but consistently throttle their speeds down to 4 Mbps in the evenings. It's completely unusable. They are criminals

What ******** is wrong with Telus today? Can’t play games. Can’t talk to team. Can’t even watch tv without it cutting out every 5 seconds. This is garbage & I’m almost going to DEMAND they let me out of my contract no penalty. After all, we aren’t getting service. @TELUSsupport

Sadly my #Telus PVR stopped working. After trying many reboots I phoned @TELUSsupport and got outstanding service. After much remote diagnostics, she concluded the device need to be replaced at their cost. I’m pleased.

@TELUS so a nonprofit called the Kettle is routinely emailing members about the TELUS for good $9.99 internet program, and you don’t have any way of people with disabilities to actually apply for this online. Why advertise a service you’re not actively prepared to provide???

@RogersHelps No internet on cellular. Can’t afford this, as all my business is online. Fix it, or I’m switching my whole business to Telus. This is the major outage number 4 this year. Unacceptable!
