Internet been bugging all week at home. Screwing up the video schedule. Sorry y’all hope to be back soon. Live stream overdue when this problem is solved. Thanks a lot @TELUS

  • MattMisner Oilers1166 (@MattMisner) reported

@TELUS it's outages like these that make me start to believe the bell commercials where they claim to have a "superior network" going to spend another full day at work with no internet...

  • KenHemmerling Ken Hemmerling (@KenHemmerling) reported

@EPCOR A @TELUS technician was just here without a bucket truck or the ability to fix the fiber drop to my house. God I wish Telus support was as good as EPCORs. Man, that would be nice.

trying to link my @telus optik box to my @madebygoogle but it isnt working… can anyone help?

  • colinhumber Colin Humber (@colinhumber) reported

@TELUSsupport My new house has some old security panels from Voxcom and Protectron, both of which I believe were acquired by Telus. There is no current active subscription with the panels. Am I able to remove the old system from the walls without any issues?

  • chris_wardman Chris Wardman (@chris_wardman) reported from Denman Island, British Columbia

Good work @TELUS ! “Due to a system issue on October 28th, 2021, the Unlimited Internet usage add-on has been removed from accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.”

  • cvs821 cvs82 (@cvs821) reported

@TELUS how does someone pay their last bill, no access to my Telus from their phone as I have moved to a different provider. Also calling to Telus leaves me on hold for over 30 minutes per call, without any one to help with the payment! No calls during non business hrs! Argh 😖

  • GordieLogan Fully Vaxed Gordie Logan (@GordieLogan) reported from Langford, British Columbia

Oh @TELUS, as a 30yr+ customer, I’ve never been so frustrated. I just had my appt for tomorrow cancelled. All because fiber hasn’t been run to the house yet. This is after an appt last week was cancelled for the same reason. Plz note, I made last weeks appt a month ago.

  • OrriG Orri Greaves (@OrriG) reported

@TELUS makes copious amounts of money because they make it impossible to cancel services. I moved and it took 5 minutes to cancel my @bchydro services.

  • MikeJenkinson Mike Jenkinson (@MikeJenkinson) reported

Hey, @Telus - I'm unable to send iMessages using cell network in Edmonton (two different iPhones). Only works when connected to wifi. Is there a network issue here?
