  @TELUSsupport I am desperately trying to help you guys salvage your reputation here. But I get crickets? As an update, just got another 8 spams just today. Telus used to only allow 'maybe' that many a year. Is Telus now unable to forward spam reports to Google for followup?

  Have to get comm wires moved on our house. Shaw - by chat, appt done in minutes. Telus? 3 hours on hold, chat doesn't work, get human on chat that give you the same no you were on hold with. Find tech number. Turns out it's the same no. Took the entire day to get an appt set up.

  @momfromearth @davehodge20 @WhitecapsFC You think Telus is any better? They sent my job to India in 2019 and then announced higher stock dividends the next quarter. This problem is systemic.

  @wild_rosey @Bell_LetsTalk Koodo, they are the Telus network but half the price. Call and ask what they can offer you to switch. They might give deals or phones. They mail your sim card, easy

  My experiences with Bell have been mostly bad and we have TekSavvy internet and TV, TELUS for phone. But Bell still owns most of the best content like TSN, CTV, Crave and can do whatever they want there with no real risk of losing customers.

  So glad we are not with Telus anymore. Waiting that long for support is ridiculous. Shaw has so many ways of contact - chat, Twitter, phone - and I've never experienced waits like what Telus did today.

  @TELUS your phone support techs are useless. Trying to bully me I to paying my owing + yesterday's bill to get my service back. I have an entire month to pay yesterday's bill.

  @MargaretGobert @hangarhockey @Bell Cell-went to Telus, internet and phone for my businesses went to Westman Cable (western Manitoba co-op). Service and prices far better. I live rural so Shaw Direct has been my provider since 1998 and I’m satisfied with service.

  I just new wifi and it sucks more than the old one! Is it just me or does Telus and Shaw have stupid internet connections!
