@TELUS customer service is horrible. My wife's phone was drooping calls all of a sudden. They said it was a device issue. She then bought a new phone and the same thing started happening again. They were unable to provide any support/resolution. She had to switch providers.

@bridgetschill @CDNLivingston We were telus few years back at work. It was horrible. Dropped calls constantly

  • jprascal JPR (jprascal) ❤️#BLM🥰😎 (@jprascal) reported

@mcglovin36 Price. Seems to be considerably higher than Telus and the general idea I’m tossing around is .= service for slightly better pricing and collecting maximum points in a single place. Sask Tel service is top notch imo, strictly pricing and points.

The telus app ******* sucks. Literally useless. Anytime I need assistance from telus I have to phone or go in. And I don't like anywhere near one and I work all day everyday so I can't phone...

"Although Bell and Telus offered to help, Rogers quickly determined that it would not be able to transfer its customers to its rivals’ networks because certain elements of the Rogers network, such as its centralized user database, were inaccessible as a result of the outage."
