Telus used to only allow 'maybe' that many a year. Is Telus now unable to forward spam reports to Google for followup?

Telus? 3 hours on hold, chat doesn't work, get human on chat that give you the same no you were on hold with. Find tech number. Turns out it's the same no. Took the entire day to get an appt set up.

Service and prices far better. I live rural so Shaw Direct has been my provider since 1998 and I’m satisfied with service.
