    @RogersHelps This is a great reason to switch to Bell or Telus. Rogers infrastructure is horrible in terms of reliability, management and commitment to quality. What is this, the third time in 5 years Rogers has had a major outage? Telus and Bell at 0 in the same time frame.

    I imagine it'd be hard to take it serious when you"re playing for a team that hired Elmer Fudd as the manager. Or for an owner that f'd so bad that all their customers and the big banks are reconsidering using them as their service provider. Ironic Bell & Telus were just fine.

    I’ve had the same account with @TELUS for over 20 years and in that time I have experienced a single 6 hour outage for which they refunded me half my bill that month. @Rogers you charge a fortune for **** service. I hate you and the fact that I have no other option for internet

    Ehhhh @TELUS ......get yer network **** figured out.........half time cant even send message to iphone user....get it done!!!!!!!

    @cohenmacinnis @INTERAC I would suggest they use Telus next time, at least their network outages are extremely rare and localized and include backups in case anything happens. Telus was fine for me yesterday.

    @BodenschatzRyan Rogers Bell & Telus need to have emergency contingency plans. Any corporation I worked for did.

    @David_Moscrop That's the problem right there PROFITS Profits over infrastructure The big 3 (Bell/Rogers/Telus) don't worry about infrastructure until there is a problem Whatever it costs to fix, you can bet your *** there will be fee increases next year to pay for it Customers always pay

    @IanKing Doesn't help that the CRTC senior ranks are stacked with former Bell/Rogers/Telus execs and they all too often act like they still work for their old employers and not the public service.

    @lockedo10171327 @SpiggyMoon Well, it's not Bell, Rogers or Telus, is it? I also had absolutely no issues yesterday. Phone and internet worked fine.
