@RyanBoughen @Mortgagedoddyyc and I were just on the phone - both on Telus Mobility - and neither one of us can make or receive calls. Maybe the US shot down a Telus Mobility balloon by mistake. ;)

We been having connection issues most of the day today. My company uses Telus for all our employees. Lots of problems with dropped calls or just not connecting at all. @TELUSsupport

@Telus Nicolas from Account Management has just advised me to subscribe to a different mobile carrier and he has also stated that there is no other path of escalation - really, Telus? Oh, and now he hung up on me. Is this great customer service?
