    @ElkeBabiuk @MgS_2011 @suepeac The dr they're pushing runs app for medication switching so likely linked to pharma, but suspect this more about legalization of **** and our poor kids trope appeal to parents to use app. I use to like telus, but this health data stuff is creeping me out big.

    @MarkKafka @TELUSsupport @TELUS Been 3 mths of intermittent TV and Internet connectivity after 1.5 months of major acc't issues, none of which were attended to properly. After waiting over 1+ hours every time I've attempted a call to Cus.Serv. when I don't give up I get someone in the Philippines who can't help

    @Telus and other Canadian service providers, can you not do anything about SCAM calls? The “Service Canada Legal Department” is in full-swing again A) there’s no such entity and B) a government department would never contact you this way and make threats.

    @TELUS @byfield55 @FriendlyFuture We have been waiting for 6 weeks and dozens of attempts and hours on hold to get a response on a contract we did not accept. It seems impossible to resolve any issue by the channels provided.

    I canceled my Shaw subscription because Telus assured me that things would be solved in a 10-15 days. But now, it has moved to spring. Oh BTW, I am with TELUS mobility for the last 6 years and even then I got such a treatment. God knows what would you do to a new customer.

    @ShawInfo As a long-term customer, I got over-charged after cancellation plus a threatening letter to pass it to a collection agency. Your custom service is as bad as Telus 20 years ago. People, if Shaw was good before, try not to deal with them now.
