@TELUS thanks for the last couple years of awful customer service! Always great to have your bill tripled when they tell you it's going to be comparable to your previous bill! #telusloyalty said I should be thankful....

@LoewenMrB @MondoAlberta Every time my power goes out after a storm, the Shaw box down the street needs to be reset. This can take hours. Working from home, when we are reliant on Internet. My Telus immediately came back on after power was restored. Not Shaw. They have to physically reset it. Stupidity.

I hope Telus goes bankrupt. They call me the day I’m moving to tell me “we can’t provide services until Nov 8.” What ******** am I supposed to do for 2 weeks with no internet? Worst part is they knew it needed to be postponed a week ago. They just didn’t say anything.

@TELUS - what's happening with your network in Caledon, Ontario (southfields area)? It has been almost dead since the @HydroOne power outage on Saturday, Oct 22. Power is back but the your network is almost dead, both wireless and wifi. Same with other Telus customers in the area

@safetybitchab @MondoAlberta Telus is worse. 69 "essential" channels. which includes five fundamentalist preachers, Standard definition copies of several major networks, mandarin, shopping, fox, etc etc. If you want news, you pay extra, if you want sports you pay extra and so on and so on. Telus SUCKS

@eissyrc It seems like this is a federal issue. Alberta Health Services & Telus are actively blocking people from accessing services, putting business above health. I'd make a complaint to the CRTC & on the federal level.

In Canada, why can’t I choose a cellular service not owned by Blackrock or Vanguard? Telus, Rogers, Koodo, Fido, Freedom, all are owned by Blackrock or Vanguard! I don’t want their service! Why are they going into the medical industry. Frequencies can make you sick or can heal

@TELUSsupport I am upset with Telus charging 1.5% service charge for credit card use! Are they that insolvent?

@InkHallows I do side hustle work for a company called Telus International as an internet safety evaluator. It’s only part time, but I do it at home and don’t have to talk to anyone. It’s $14/hr, 20 hrs a week so I bring in about $1000/month. Maybe that could help?
