    @TELUSsupport hi, sorry to bother you again, but I’m unable to log into My Telus account at all since Aug 2. When I try to reset my password or use the Login Link email feature, Telus doesn’t send me the emails for either. And yes, my email entered is correct. What is happening?

    I think only @koodo @TELUS has the confidence to upgrade a customer from their Basic plan to Premium plan without customer’s explicit request or customer’s knowledge. A thing called ‘Customer experience’ got no meaning 🙁 @CRTCeng

    Hey #yyc #Alberta - do you want to be lied to consistently? Have your home internet suddenly cut-off or throttled?? Then #Telus is the service for you!! This once great company as AGT - is no longer, now PATHETIC sub, sub par - 3rd world customer service @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    @MPelletierCIO @BNNBloomberg Telus should worry less about selling non-core assets and more about minimal, basic customer service. As a client I'm appalled, they never answer the phone. Farming your customer service out to third world countries is pathetic, Telus deserves to keep imploding.
