@BrowntoBure I left Fido (Rogers owned) and have gone with Lucky Mobile (Bell owned). I brought my own phone and have had no problems whatsoever. Kudo is owned by Telus btw.

@koodo I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am now actively looking for a non-telus carrier. What's worse is I've recommended Koodo to friends and family, and they are complaining to me about you. You are not treating your customers the way they deserve.

@TELUSsupport @koodo I got callback from Koodo that I want to cancel my account but didn't get the confirmation email then a call from Telus but I didn't say hello first then finally agent said something then hanged up. Next then my LTE services for all 3 numbers can't work!

@ABBestphotos @TELUS I think you’re lucky. We have terrible service from Telus. Got rid of internet because it uses a “hub” connected to cell towers. Cell service is abysmal. (@TELUSsupport says looking in to it now) Copper land lines not maintained, cables even above laid ground in a field verge! 🤯

@DanAlbas When I went to cancel my land line (which had a base charge of 40 bucks/month), Telus cut that down to 2 bucks/month. My mobile cost is about 30% lower than last year and I got a 25% reduction in my internet/TV service. So, yeah ... way better off.

@DanAlbas Only because I switched 2 phones to Public Mobile 4G....down about 50% from Telus but uses Telus infrastructure !!

@TELUS Your telemarketing has harassed me several times per month despite numerous requests to remove me from your call list. If you can annoy me this much and I'm not a customer, I can't even imagine what it would be like to be in a contract with you.

@Averyflash @typronyk The Telus Health MyCare app worked well when discussing a health issue when I couldn’t get to a doctor. The pandemic exposed many vulnerabilities in our existing health system. If we don’t learn/improve, that’s our fault.
