    @TweetBigOrGoHom @virginmobilecan Telus would do the same. They’re all vultures. We were transfered overseas and even after showing them the employment contract, they wouldn’t release us and we had to pay 14 months of service that we never used.

    Gotta say, this is the third multi-hour outage of @novusnow in 12 months. Didn’t happen with Shaw. Fibre’s nice and all but not much use when this happens. Time to call TELUS.

    @TELUS why am I paying tax on free equipment?? Thats a new charge to my bill. Really? you want to give up my 7 years of business because now you are calling free equipment rentals taxable? since when? That was never divulged to me. I want a credit or am reporting it to @CRTCeng

    @DrJSilverman Jason, if you have wifi coverage in those black hole areas, Wifi calling might be the answer you are looking for. Both my Telus and Freedom numbers support Wifi calling.

    Help me switch phone plans. The @TELUS “Employee Plan” that I got set up with when I arrived in Ottawa is now $110 A MONTH. No idea how that is supposed to be an awesome corporate deal. And they text me INCESSANTLY now when the bill is due. I’m beyond fed up. #highwayrobbery
