Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport there are 7 of your phones here sitting in our office. This was your mistake! We are not taking time out of our day to fix your mess. Send someone immediately to our office and pick up these phones by end of the week or I'll donate to a local charity!!

@koodo How about the fact that I was denied making a payment to Koodo by your customer support? I was told I am not aloud because of security updates. So me and my wife will be finding a new provider and never again deal with anyone connected to TELUS

@fitay59 @Rustybe96849965 @masthahh True. Telus is spending $9B in Alberta upgrading their fibre-optic network to PureFibre. They wrought havoc on my block for a month. When Hubby asked: “Who needs all this bandwidth?” They replied: “Gamers.” 🤔🤔🤔
