@SCUBADubois @TELUS Yeah, sorry. I don't use Shaw or Telus for TV viewing, so my knowledge base is limited to how their tv boxes work. Not sure if you login into the Telus router and give your boxes a permanent address (Reserved) or not. Hopefully someone else in here reading these tweets can help

So annoying when you are offered a promotional rate, yet the company messes up the billing (which I sadly expected) and you have to repeatedly spend hours on the phone, trying to get the problem fixed. Looking at you, @telus. #Frustrating #TimeWasted 🇨🇦

@markiemoose You should pause all the devices on there, which would cause them to call Telus for support.
