@bushcrafter79 Hahaha! Went down? It went up FFS. Telus just out of the blue tacked on another $5.00 because they can. Same phone, no contract, they just felt like stealing more money.

@DanAlbas Only bc I switched to a discount carrier. With #telus my bill constantly went up to pay for their 5G network I didn't ask for.

@DanAlbas Nope! They're throttling my data. I cannot get service, I pay for data, that won't connect. I'm fed up of this crappy Canadian phone service providers. We need more than Rogers, Bell and Telus. And we don't mean their little MVNOs like Chatr, Koodo that they own🙄 #IHateRogers

@TELUS We have been having the most frustrating experience with Telus. We have been trying to get our internet hooked up since November. We have had multiple people come out for service calls who were unable to get the job done. We have spent 20+ hours on the phone with Telus.

My friend tells me to switch to #freedommobile to save some moneyI just looked at plans. 25GB on a special deal is 60. It’s a bonus deal for the 25. 40GB is 80…. Why would I switch from @TELUS when I’m getting like 20 for 80 or could switch to 40 for $90. Way better service

@virtualizecr @TELUS Yes. 40k. And my ADSL modems consume more power than that, while only delivering me AT BEST 25Mbit down and 1.2Mbit up. Because @Telus. The problem here is 100% capitalism. We _HAVE_ better ways. But as a society we refuse to implement them because billionaires want more yachts.

@virtualizecr @TELUS It's not that Starlink is the best way to solve the problem. It's literally the stupidest, most unbelievably wasteful approach to the problem. But it's also literally the only hope most of us have, because companies like @Telus won't connect us, no matter how much we pay.
