Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport @ADT Having an issue with your alarm. Spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get a service repair person to deal with it, 5 people have hung up on them, and this last person has us on for 45 minutes, telling us to buy a battery ourselves. SEND HELP

@TELUSsupport @TELUS has this issue for 8ths! Told the matter has been escalated but tech team is stumped by the billing problem. Pay they say yet no bill shows in my account. I have no guarantee that payments will also not disappear into a black hole. Surely you can do better than this!

Wow…thanks for responding. In SE Calgary. Almost half of my company is experiencing same problems plus about 10 other people with Telus phones in my personal life. All have the same problem….dropping almost every call and ‘choppy robot voice’ I know you are aware of it

@TELUS be ashamed!!! You are now charging your customers who pay with cc a 1.5% fee ( plus tax of course) I’m sure the cc transaction fees weren’t already priced into your charges 🙄🙄 . The big 3 have already monopolized the industry and their greed shows every day. WORST SRVCE!
