@c1aireify When I’ve called customer service for help with something unrelated, & they start talking about Babylon, I’ve told them to stop talking or I’ll cancel all Telus services. They told me they have to give the pitch. I said I don’t care, stop giving it or I’ll cancel. They stopped.😡

@brockscrocs From what I've read, it sure seems like it. People using Telus wifi can switch to their phone on a different provider & have no issues. Mine hasn't been working on my phone or laptop & both use Telus. Until now.

@z3ttaiRy0uwuiki Apparently it was a specifically western-Canadian Telus specific issue. Seems to work now though.

  • jspackma Norma Jane (@jspackma) reported

@cougsta i believe it was a problem with telus and twitter servers. folks on shaw didn’t have problems. trying to get any info from @TELUSsupport was hopeless.

  • jcmackinn jcmackinn (@jcmackinn) reported

@miket136 No it was down in certain areas. A Telus specific issue imread on google. Victoria, Calgary Edmonton etc. On and off. On and off

  • JoelTeeling Joel Teeling (@JoelTeeling) reported

My @TELUS internet isn’t working (which isn’t uncommon) and when I call technical support, it’s closed. When I was with Shaw, they offered 24 support, not to mention, my service was rarely down. I regret ever switching my internet to TELUS.
