    @TELUSsupport I have Telus mobility with 20gb, yet it’s very slow even tho I’ve only used less than 5gb for the month. Why is my internet connection so slow? Help. I rely on this for my business

    Got a call from “telus” for a free phone. Seemed odd but I was a “loyal customer”. Then was told Fido was part of telus which is when weirder so when they asked me to confirm my name and pin I was like NOPE IM OUT. If it was legit, I guess bye free phone?

    @klassen65 Must be same service call dispatcher as Telus. Service call for dead phone line: -a full week til schedule date -sometime between 8-5 -i must wear a mask when serviceman arrives. Waited most of day then got info that the problem was fixed in a Telus box 20km away.

    @TELUS Is it the norm to have uncredentialled reps roaming neighbourhoods to talk about service when they’re “doing work in the area?” Young woman said she could pull up my bill, but had ZERO ID as a Telus employee/rep. I politely declined after pointing out the lack of ID.
