Recently learned that Rogers has the biggest cellular coverage in Ontario. It’s insane… Meanwhile I have TELUS and my cellular goes to 0 bars of service if I attempt to go through Norfolk County and Haldimond County. 🥲🥲

  • RobinsonErgo Dan Robinson (@RobinsonErgo) reported

@telus @TELUSsupport @LedcorGroup your team just vacuum truck cleaned wiring conduit in front of my house. Killed our internet/phone. “Can’t be us”. “Not our problem”.

@bchydro We are leaving on a BC road trip in my Niro EV next week. In case of Telus outage will I be able to charge at BCHydro chargers with the RFID card?

  • nrusse Nate Russell (@nrusse) reported

@TELUSsupport There is a public awareness issue here: a telecom as big as Telus shouldn’t model that it’s ok to send door to door agents (whose legitimacy cannot easily be verified) sensitive PI via text messages/random Gmail.

  • amandajfollett Amanda Follett Hosgood (@amandajfollett) reported

In their brief response, Telus said 911 was “not affected.” That’s true, but only if you could get a call out — made somewhat easier by an emergency feature that bumps calls from Telus phones over to other available networks. But it was certainly not a guarantee.

And when I called Telus to find out about an offer they sent me by email, my fantastic CSR improved my home phone, TV, and internet plans substantially. CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!! My weekend is all set, thanks so much. 3/3
