    @TELUSsupport I normally deal with loyalty dept. been with Telus for a solid 20 years. Looking to end my optik TV service, but retain PureFibreX 2.5 GB internet service. not sure who to contact. Please let me know. Also have mobility. only thing to terminate is optik

    I was like listen i play to much games and your game had so much potential lmao Im the reason “Karen” exist. I got a brand new iPhone plus during release because i karened my *** to the head of Telus and had a phone call with him Got the phone for 600$ marked down from 1300$😱

    @TELUSsupport we got 3 new phones with this company I just got off from a phone call with Telus costumer service I have spent over 24 hrs in total trying to set up our new phones Each time they messed up so badly and we had to keep calling back and wait again onhold for hours (1)
