    @TAKUMlCULT LOL im also on telus network. do you have wifi boosters?? telus sent them to all their customers at one point for free! not sure why. but now that i think about it i WAS experiencing slow af internet at that exact time 🧐🤔. but havent had internet problems since setting them up

    Phone scammers using phone numbers in my local block (which means they're probably using mine too). @TELUS *profit* last year: $348 million. Wait time for a customer service agent is ONE HOUR. "We sell phone services, but we don't believe in using phones ourselves."

    @TELUSsupport Someone from the tech team called to solve my problem, said they would look into it and call me back, but then they didn’t call back. Why does Telus try so hard to get rid of customers?

    @Koodo - Any outage or anything? No info from Telus nor Koodo - cannot send/receive text messages nor make calls - and all that still after lots of troubleshooting (reboot, re-sim, perfect conditions and antenna, etc etc) Can't schedule callback, can't make/receive calls!

    @TELUSsupport disney+ is not working on Telus, please fix. I get a message I get a message I am traveling in a different region and the service is not available. Tried on vpn and it works fine.

    I'll be switching to Telus mobile service. Offered me a better deal than #bell. @bell didn't get back to me to match the offer when they said they would, and my PM to them on Twitter didn't get a response. Telus SIM card is in the mail.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS an employee of your promised me a deal based on my strata unit. Well I signed up and it’s $58 more than what we estimated including tax. He also refused to give me anything in writing, so all I have are texts. Help?

    @cruise_peter Ohh that makes sense. I didn't know there was an option beyond the smartphone type. Interesting. My dr office has been trying really hard to get ppl to sign up for online accounts and I put my foot down. I don't trust Telus Babylon either. I've had enough of it all. _enough_

    @KevinCTV I hope the media rips him a new one. Like yay new hospital (probably funded by Telus or Loblaws) but HOW DOES THAT HELP NOW? Hospitals take time to build........ The UCP are living in a fantasy world........ or are being intentionally criminally negligent
