    @TELUS worst service experience! Switched from shaw and have regretted it since! Have had nothing but problems with my internet,TV & security and when you call in for service, you get put on hold for an hour just to have some "tech" ask you to unplug and plug in your router.

  • RainyFnx Rainy (@RainyFnx) reported

    @Dety0 1 ping, 900 download and 900 upload on Telus fiber. Sucks cause im moving next week to a house that doesn’t have fiber and I will be getting 75 download and 75 upload and worst pinf@

  • BrodericCT Broderic (@BrodericCT) reported

    @TELUS I've been on hold for an hour and half after being placed into "priority queue" while trying to sign up for a new plan, is this normal? What should I do here? Not exactly enticing me to sign up for a new plan if this is what customer service is going to be like

  • TakaakiMasuda1 Taka🖖🇨🇦 (@TakaakiMasuda1) reported

    @Bland_Dull_Dont No most definitely it is not. But with a slow vaccination plan which they also blamed Telus (for what?) and easing off restrictions on religious gatherings indoors as well as allowing non-essential travels in and out of this province while Covid variants were shown popping up

  • JRosadiuk Justin Rosadiuk (@JRosadiuk) reported

    @fromthegoatbarn If “the competition” is a @TELUS smart hub, you can expect great service for about 3 days before you get this speed consistently. Same rates advertised as well.

  • nathangnthr Nate (@nathangnthr) reported

    @TELUS is ******* dog ****. Glad I pay $130 for NO SERVICE

  • terrykhoyt1 Bubble Tey (@terrykhoyt1) reported

    @RaeGun2k Mobile? I've been having geographic (downtown specific, okay elsewhere on peninsula) problems with telus. Turning off 5G autoconnect seemed to fix it, although Telus doesn't have 5G coverage in Halifax yet 🤷

  • AVibrantDreamer Vibrant Dreamer (@AVibrantDreamer) reported

    @Myfirstmillion3 I am against this takeover. I own Bell and Telus but not Rogers or Shaw at this point. This merge will screw Canadians even more and make them pay higher than what they already do. Yes, good for investors but bad for millions.

  • joannealisonfox Joanne Fox (@joannealisonfox) reported

    @TELUSsupport followed the steps on the Telus site, and installed the SpeedTest app - which shows download at only 1.7Mbps. This is not enough to support Zoom teaching that I need to do this evening.

  • LittleMissRoRo Robi Wan Kenobi (@LittleMissRoRo) reported

    After an hour being on hold, Kelly from Fraserhealth told me their internet is down and they can’t book an appt for my mom to get a vaccine. #fraserhealth that outsourced #telus for help and still can’t get their **** together.
