    @richardzussman Thank you for correcting my info. I read somewhere else of great outrage that Telus was contracted w/o a tendering process. (Likely from same source: “Why is BC so slow to have online registration?”)

    At 4:13pm Monday April 5th, our fibre went down at multiple locations. Getting reports Bell, Vigin, Telus Koodoo phones have no service. DSL is also down.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Thanks telus for the worst customer service, I have ever received! Lost revenue because I relied in your internet service!

    @sydenhamkennedy Also hearing from @Telus customers that they're still having issues. A reply sent to me from an @Bell customer indicated they hoped to have this fully resolved by just before 8:30pm.

    Telus or Verizon are not responsible if someone cold calls you at 3am and plays “never gonna give you up” but YouTube is if someone uploads that.
