@TELUS why are you advertising deals current customers are not allowed to have. For example I've never had TV with you before I'm getting it now but told despite being a customer for years I can't have the promos advertised as I'm already a customer for internet.

Internet down calls @TELUS @TELUSsupport a couple of hours on hold and begging a technician to be sent today after explaining to them I need it back up for work. Huge file need to be sent today. Response nightmare service. New customer and never again
