@bropranolol @DrJayDrNo Years ago, Telus terminated pager support on Vancouver Island to free up the frequency. We had a hell of a time getting clinical staff switched over to cell in time. Also, pager coverage was wider than cell coverage at the time.

@mortgagejake @TELUS Sounds like what I used to pay. They may have cheaper plans if you ask? In any event, I switched to Freedom and my bill was cut by at least 50%. Their network is fine for me but may not be suitable for those with greater mobility needs.
