Want to cancel any kind of service from @TELUS??It’s a run around. Don’t let them know you’re canceling and ask for the call back… they go straight to your voicemail without your phone actually ringing. They put you on hold for hours and say to call a different number….

@RobertChaulk @Bell After husband died & I went in to close family plan , (with Telus), I was looking for a cheaper option & was told Kodoo was the same network as Telus. $53/month, adequate data for me, no issues in 2 years.

that post 6 am coffee, interrupted until 7 am due to a power failure... stuff later course, with the failure we have @telus changing my IP *again* because they are not smart enough to keep the old one, causing major problems with secure logins.. asshats
