@IRPlawyer We had a Telus technician come into our place… thankfully he saw me in the hallway and said exactly what we was doing and thankfully it was done in my entrance. He knocked/came in/said hello/did his thing/said he was done and left. Never saw him.

It wasn’t until she told me that I called them and canceled it. How horrible they are. I’ll never use them EVER
