I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Kabirsagoo_ Kabir Sagoo (@Kabirsagoo_) reported

I wonder if @TELUS will help me leave rogers

  • jgvanides Jim Vanides (@jgvanides) reported

@RogersHelps - More details: We are AT&T customers who roam while visiting Montreal. Whenever the Telus signal was stronger, our phone would switch to Telus and work. During a one-brand outage, customers need to be able to manually choose which signal to connect to!!

  • Gypsymouse GypsyMouse (@Gypsymouse) reported

@CBCAlerts As a Shaw customer I’m girding my ***** to change to Telus. When Rogers takes over Shaw I want to be far away. I’m not saying Telus is any better but…maybe?!

  • prettyakua5 prettyakua🤍 (@prettyakua5) reported

@TELUS why is my service not working?

  • MarkWendling Mark Wendling (@MarkWendling) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport So is it normal for your crews or your sub contractors to cut your competitors lines while installing your new fiber cables? It would be worth training your employees to at least acknowledge that is what they did and apologize. I will never go with Telus.

  • Gypsymouse GypsyMouse (@Gypsymouse) reported

@theteapixie @CBCAlerts I just know I’m switching from Shaw to Telus before Rogers eats Shaw up. Lord, I don’t want to but I don’t see any way I’ll stay with Shaw given this and Rogers’ abysmal Customer Service récord.

  • Dusk357A Dusk/Dawn ☮ (@Dusk357A) reported

@CFLNumber1Fan @Tinabanshee I need & use most of my services from Telus. We have a love/hate relationship. I recently called them on a day off & spent about 2 hours convincing them to reverse the $20 increase or I was just going to start canceling my TV pkgs, did cancel 1. I have Netflix, Prime & You Tube.

  • Hanajimaismycat Krista 🇨🇦 (@Hanajimaismycat) reported

@nationalpost I’d be frustrated too if all my plans to privatize healthcare, while blaming the PM, we’re called out. In BC they’re letting Telus offer pay for service programs that are undermining our public healthcare system.

  • RandyInbBlock Randy Cap (@RandyInbBlock) reported

@RogersHelps No problem. It took me an hour to switch to Telus the day after, plus I used the opportunity to locking for 2 years with a new phone. Thanks Rogers.

  • cdnbeer Cody Lobreau - BeerCrank.ca (@cdnbeer) reported from Brandon, Manitoba

@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for 17 yrs and I'll be switching to Bell or Telus once my contract is up. TWO outages in just over a year?! That's not reliable at all, also if 5G is supposed to be the "next great thing", the latency is always over 100ms, that's bad service in modern times
