    Friggin' ADT by Telus...been on hold for 70 minutes with tech support...never waited more than 5 minutes before Telus bought them...

    I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

    Have been back to @TELUS internet for ~1 wk & convinced they throttle you, unless you call multiple times. This is why I left them years ago & it's still happening. It's frankly, offensive to charge someone for Gigabit, promise 940 Mbps up/down & deliver 5 Mbps up/down.

    @brianlilley @BobBaileyPC Telus is pandering to it's customer base. I don't care for RT. I know what it is but then, I don't care for the Sun either. It's a question of taste and instead looking for unbiased news sources. They are becoming harder to find every day.

    @VMediaCSR I am a customer (TV & Internet) and I am imploring you follow the lead of the major TV carriers (rogers, bell, telus, shaw) and remove RT from your TV offering immediately.

    @ryawesome This was my experience with @Telus as well, almost 15 years ago. Incorrect bills for months on end that could not be resolved through awful service which was sometimes hostile. I haven’t done business with them since; I’ve been very happy with Shaw and Rogers.

    @Yabko1959 @TELUS Agree with this. Fox is a default channel on the basic Bell tv package - we so resent subsidizing indirectly the same and are looking at options to cancel. It should be removed all together for all the obvious reasons #Bell
