Friggin' ADT by Telus...been on hold for 70 minutes with tech support...never waited more than 5 minutes before Telus bought them...

@Mediaglutton @TELUSsupport Telus has the most abominable service. I used to use Telus mobile, phone, and internet. I cancelled all three on different occasions because of awful experiences with their support. And the kicker is they keep coming to my door claiming their support problems are fixed. NOT!!

@Bell when are you going to get with the times and enable universal RCS text messaging for Android? Telus and Rogers both have it. You only have it for Samsung phones so both users must have Samsung. It's basically useless to only support one type of phone. I know you can do it!

@1InsaneAtheist @BachEnthusiast I am paying $70 LESS, for 2 ppl than I did 6 months ago, it’s ridiculous for Freedom mobile, to be MORE expensive than Telus! Garbage service, with freedom, (only good is they are in Ttc subway)
