I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

@BuddJacket @BigNasty6oh4 My .02 I hated Telus, then loved Shaw until something went wrong. Fact is outsourcing call centres and being a returning customer results in a lease exp when you need them. It’s just big business unfortunately

@TommyMofo19 @BigNasty6oh4 I prefer Shaw (now Rogers) but when I movies in with my wife in delta, Shaw wasn’t an option. TELUS isn’t terrible but I do find that I need to unplug by router/PVR about once every couple of months.

I’m no expert, but the problem doesn’t seem to be with Galen Weston; the problem doesn’t seem to be with Telus, Rogers, Bell. The problem seems to be with Canada’s regulators, who have a counterintuitive outlook when it comes to protecting competition in a supposed free market

@BigNasty6oh4 I made the switch from Shaw to Telus 10 years ago and i have been happy with them. I have saved a lot of money and had no major problems with Telus and that includes all services and hardware. Also Rogers just bought Shaw so they might be upping their prices.
