Fat & Furious (@Monthon92467113) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Called the customer service of my bank yesterday. Some trailer trash answered the phone, I hanged up right away. I called again, another trailer trash answered the phone again, I hanged up again. Called third time, a filipina answered the phone. And I was like, thank God.

Tahir Hameed (@thameed89) reported@TELUS Worst service ever, don’t try to use it.
-
Jim McLellan (@jimmclellan23) reported@nogoodboyo_yvr @TELUS TELUS is so poorly run. They couldn’t organize how to get out of a paper bag without 4-6 “deep dives”. Trust me I spent 15 years there. So running a football club would never be sustainable

Adrian Wade (@DrAdrianPWade) reported@MelissaLMRogers Rogers increased our company's bill several times. They wanted even more once the sixth year we had been with them ran out, so we switched to Telus. After a few Telus fibre installation and billing hiccups were sorted, we now have a superior service from Telus at lower cost.

Carmen K (@kristyC00) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Labor is cheaper in India! Telus phones me every other day. I refuse to answer because I don't understand a damn word they say.
-
Dane Didkerson (@HabDomination) reported@MelissaLMRogers This happens every friggin' year for every company. I just called Telus. I spoke to individuals in 3 different countries for an issue. None in Canada. Thanks Telus.

cd frombc (@Cdfrombc69) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Somebody called me about my past due account which I paid earlier in the day and then what I brought up that I'd like to cancel my account she said her thickest Indian accent oh I can't hear you sir and goodbye ******* ****

NPQ 🇨🇦 (@npenz76) reported@telus you really need to either hire better door to door salesman or just stop the practice all together. They are rude, misogynist, refuse to listen and don’t under the words “not interested” and “no”. You’re a massive company, find a less intrusive way to get new customers.

Artur Kusi🅰️k (@ArturKusiaktbk) reported@UnLuckyStuey Firstnet is a premium service. Last price I saw was 20 dollars for connection. The use case is to bring the world firstnet type capability. Canada is going to use it for their first responders on PSBN network with TELUS and Bell. The bears miss the forest from the trees.

Ungovernable. Speaker of truths. (@NothinToSeeHere) reportedThis boondoggle of govt waste is not about Telus, it’s about horribly run govt programs that don’t solve problems or produce positive outcomes.
