    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I don’t understand what customer service you guys provide these days I have booked a phone with plan yesterday and haven’t got any email for confirmation and when I called in today they mentioned that deal is no more? Like seriously?

    @Schtaunkhauser And this kind of **** is legal. Something is wrong with our telecom legislation that scammers are free to use it until they actually snag a sucker. But unless somebody actually bites, it remains legal. What a waste of telecom resources! But do Bell, Telus, etc. still get paid?😎

    I think the reason a telus service guy keeps you on the phone for 2 hours is so they can charge you for the minutes.
