@TELUSsupport IMAGINE A COMPANY(TELUS/KOODO) SELLING A WARRANTY PHONE NOT FIXING THEIR WARRANTIED PHONE WHEN IT NEEDED REPAIR. THUS FORCING THE CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE THE SAME PHONE FROM APPLE FOR 846.37. IF THATS NOT BAD ENOUGH STILL CHARGING CUSTOMER THE TAB FOR THE BROKEN WARANTIED PRODUCT!

I’ve spoke to 3 different representatives at @TELUS in the past 8 days since having my cell service activated on May 10th 2022. This company has $200 of MY money and is refusing to issue me a refund. I completely regret my decision in choosing you. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

@CFJC_Today @cbcnewsbc A logging truck took out lines on Mamette Lake Road Monday & @TELUS won't restore phone lines until May 25 leaving many people incl. seniors with no home phone in an area without cell service. People should know this company doesn't care about customers!

@drdagly @jkenney 👏👏 absolutely. Never cared about AB imo and he will now be on the boards of oil and pipeline companies, Telus and/or the IDU. Destruction so extensive AB needs at least 8 years without cons to recover. What he did (others ALL COMPLICIT) will take years to fix - if it can be 😔
