Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Blue_F_Phoenix Blue Forest Art (@Blue_F_Phoenix) reported

@MarkFedRecruits @Novusnow Not rare. Our internet connectivity is so poor but the building we are in had a contract with Novus. I’d switch to Telus if I could.

  • failb8 Jake (@failb8) reported

@SnappingNeuron Never have I explicitly argued for it, but I would rather have a company buy out the “competition” (they weren’t really competition to me anyway, barely have coverage where I live at this current time), building better 5G, leading to Bell + Telus expanding things like their 5G..

  • EdHDias Eduardo Lima (@EdHDias) reported

@TELUS Freedom Mobile has much better deals. And no bring it back ****. I switched from Fido to Freedom and Now I pay much less and got the iPhone for 50 dollars a month for 2 year.

  • MarkFedRecruits Mark Fedyshen (@MarkFedRecruits) reported

@Novusnow Maybe let’s not complain so much about a small (rare) outage with a local provider. These companies keep prices fair and after years with Telus and Shaw I have to say the service is comparable and the customer service is far better.

  • AadishBaba Aadish Gupta (@AadishBaba) reported

@TELUSsupport Have multiple accounts with Telus, and wanting to get another account, but it seems like your customer service/sales staff over the phone isn't too keen on acquiring more business. Will be taking my new business to @Eastlink instead.

  • KatNorris_ Kat Norris (@KatNorris_) reported

Are you serious #Telus? It's always at a good part that the signal cuts out.

  • sptaillefer sptaillefer (@sptaillefer) reported

@ianhanomansing @checkupcbc Healthy competition is not possible when telecom continues to be an oligarchy. It's bad enough as it is with only 4 major players: Bell, Telus, Rogers and Shaw. Allowing this number to reduce to 3 is absolutely the wrong way to go. Unless, that is, they are heavily regulated.

  • towhey Mark Towhey (@towhey) reported

    * @Koodo offers an incentive to switch from @PublicMobile. Both companies are owned by @TELUS. Gotta wonder if Telus simply shut down PublicMobile’s website functionality to drive customers to the higher cost Koodo. Any similar experiences?

  • InTheYYC EAP (@InTheYYC) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS yo, why does it take so long for you guys to get back to me? There doesn't seem to be wide outage but my Internet is down. Can you help or not?

  • techgeek88 Cale Nordstrom (@techgeek88) reported

@RenuBakshi i recently heard that Rogers plans to buy Shaw. I really don’t like that idea because I switched away from Rogers mobile service in 2011 to Telus for a reason. I’ve been a loyal Shaw customer since 2009 and have been mostly happy with their service.
