    Wi-Fi was down completely for the past 24hrs. Just got offered another 3 days with no Wi-Fi, and that’s worth 100CAD credit in my Telus account🥶.

    @RobSomerville1 Telus is the near pits everywhere, especially for their customers. They are not an option for us in any way but I know some and when they come this way they are disgusted. Zero service, they don’t make agreements with other providers that seem obvious for cross country travel.

    @TELUS im hoping a live body will help me soon. If I just call to get the form it doesn’t help the other 109,999 British Columbians receiving disability assistance who might want to pay for this program.

    Sadly my #Telus PVR stopped working. After trying many reboots I phoned @TELUSsupport and got outstanding service. After much remote diagnostics, she concluded the device need to be replaced at their cost. I’m pleased.

    @TELUSsupport @Tsukiyomon Don't come to telus! Especially if you are in a rural area. They advertise fast, reliable internet but consistently throttle their speeds down to 4 Mbps in the evenings. It's completely unusable. They are criminals
