Considering the poor level of service in Ottawa @TELUS @TELUSsupport and the fact that we are in day 3 without power - you can stop with the data usage warnings.

I'm disappointed in @telus. I reported a phone line down on the sidewalk. I received a text message that they will come to check it out, but if the problem is not caused by Telus I will have to pay $150. All I wanted to do was the right thing. #signofthetimes #customerservice ?

@TELUS So much for amazing customer service, scheduled a call-back for 6pm CST and when I called back at 6:15pm I was notified the sales team is closed for the day.

@TELUS instead of making the future friendly, why don't you fix and make your TV remotes and programs better. No wonder you give free stuff away and give deals. No way does your system make sense

grats to my mum who managed to pull a karen-level move without being rude at all. she talked politely non-stop to a telus agent to get us out of the bullshit $300 cancellation fee and it worked. it's really hard to do since that company is weaselly as ****, I'm too nice

@WimmerAnnemarie @DianeMariePosts You aren't. Also, note that I know two couples who chose to give up their cellphones and keep a Telus landline only. Where we live if the power goes out & you are on Shaw you have no phone service but if you are on Telus you still have phone service.
