  • endzonechamp Mike Brimblecombe (@endzonechamp) reported

@1loriking Yeah switch to the company that NEVER has your cell phone paid off,NOT I switched to Freedom, after being with Telus 12 years.

  • Zokambaa Zokambaa (@Zokambaa) reported

@calgaryherald Shaw's customer service has been constantly getting worse, so it makes sense that Rogers wants them now that it is awful... Rogers is the worst provider for customer service out there... so terrible even for business customers too... looks like I may be transitioning to Telus

  • srperry Steve Perry (@srperry) reported

Shaw and Rogers, two companies with stellar customer service. /s That's why I use Telus. #yyc

  • HowardITWC Howard Solomon (@HowardITWC) reported

@lynngr @peternowak This is the problem the CRTC and the government face: If Rogers can swallow Shaw, why shouldn't Bell take Telus? Bell will demand equal treatment

  • mattirving_1 Matthew Irving #BLM (@mattirving_1) reported

@ButYouAreVast @christoaivalis This now leaves with only Rogers, Bell [ew!], and Telus as the major cable, internet & phone service providers. I could also see this leading to a potential shutdown of Citytv.

  • WildeBari Jim Wilde (@WildeBari) reported

@MikeNickelYEG @AndrewKnack Sidewalks are pretty bad southside here in Ermineskin as well. I've sprained my ankle on some of these cracks. And it is worse since Telus installed fiber optics a couple years ago.

  • AmbulentLight paul is not paranoid (@AmbulentLight) reported

@Whalerman12 @natnewswatch Unless you're with Bell or Telus or a subsiduary, there's a good chance you actually are. Because "independent" companies resell service from the big guys, that's how it works.

  • mvbenter Mike Benter (@mvbenter) reported

@RyanM_Shuswap @AlbertaLeonidas @jcw1906 Back office, marketing, customer svc, for starters. As for Freedom they will let Bell or Telus have them who will phase them out. It's happened before in Canadian mobile as cos will do anything to get rid of disruptors

  • cindyreddeer Cindy Coubrough (@cindyreddeer) reported

@adolwyn Well, that might make it an easier decision to drop @ShawInfo when I move into my Mom's house, she has @TELUS. I'll be sad, I've been a Shaw customer since the '90s.

  • lynngr Lynn Greiner (@lynngr) reported

@HowardITWC @peternowak From a customer PoV, Bell + Telus = disaster. Dumped Bell years ago for severe lack of customer service/focus. Telus is great that way.
