Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LSKinYYC Larry Kozy (@LSKinYYC) reported

@zephryus47 @TELUS He never was capable of accurately explaining the difference. I asked to be transferred to loyalty or I’d drop their “service”.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

Two Telus Health medical service providers and Telus itself are showing up in new data breach class actions. The breach is from 2020 I think. Not sure if this is new or old info being recycled.

  • TrackRose TrackRose (@TrackRose) reported

@TELUS @telusmobility @TELUSsupport just called now to cancel my 23 year old mobility account. You are closed. Contact me tomorrow

  • FerrolEl Dom Custodio -x. 🇨🇦 (@FerrolEl) reported

@TELUSsupport Your services suck! Over the last 3 months I’ve been rebooting my modem every second day. My home alarm from Telus was a mess this am. I deserve better service than this. It’s summer & if your technicians are working continuously I can only imagine the state in winter. #Telus

  • zephryus47 Carol (@zephryus47) reported

@LSKinYYC @TELUS I hear you, its only going to get worse if the Shaw rogers deal goes ahead. There is already not enough competition in Canada. I see the ads for US service and there is no comparison to what we have to pay for a similar service.

Worst job in the world? Maybe the @telus loyalty person who is only allowed to talk to you about your landline.

  • Kenruszell icicles! popcicles! test! (@Kenruszell) reported

"speak with agent" after every prompt until a person picked up the phone and explained what had occurred. She was nice and asked why I had to create the service call as was I with my responses because, after all, it's not her fault Telus has grown into a bloated /5

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@askmewhatdeezis @LFalasca @FreedomMobile If you're talking about the outage, that I can understand. One removes the key (sim) to the network from the slot, and then you *can* call 9-1-1, since it'll connect to any available working network, that being bell or telus in that case.

  • pegcityrunner PegCityMama (@pegcityrunner) reported

@ScottBilleck I was at an outdoor event, Telus network phones received 3+ alerts in rapid succession, Rogers phones got one about 45 minutes after Telus, and Bell didn't get anything.

  • Kenruszell icicles! popcicles! test! (@Kenruszell) reported

Land line has been down since this Sunday. Called @TELUSsupport and troubleshooted their little white Nokia box. Confirmed it's pooched and needs to be replaced. Tech informed me that Telus will charge me $150 if they send someone and they find it's our fault but /1
