@TonyRouge Download the app on your tv or phone and try to log in. Call telus for help if you have too. It will only take 15 mins to do. You might miss the 1st period but thats ok. Good luck!!

@kendraslugoski @TELUS @Bell_Support The Hamptons and Windermere are 2 of the worst areas I've experienced! Not just the cell service but home services as well! My cable box constantly freezes and restarts all on its own

I tell the agent my two challenges - the @TELUS Connect app is not working and the security camera needs to be removed. 6/Four different agents started with "I am the person who can fix all of this for you."

And as a result, you paying absurd prices for your cellphone plans? Clearly you know that Canada has worst dollar to value of cell service in world? It's bad for consumers

@crystalcrichard I’ve switched over all 4 plans to Rogers because of this and could never be happier. I was a Telus customer for over 10 Years. Amazing how easy it is to lose customers because of greed. @TELUS I’m finding that the networks are better and couldn’t be happier!

@casualmomsense @TELUS Problem is the people on the phone are just going off a script and don't actually do installs (sometimes you can get a tech that's working from home that day for whatever reason but that's rare)

First, @TELUS Connect app issue. My account was not showing properly on their end. Hence, it wasn't working for me! After five agents I got to one who had to get me to remove the cover from new internet box. Cover wouldn't budge, until the entire unit came off. 8/This was 1:29min
