    So let me get this right,. If you are a 25 year customer of Telus you get screwed on rates. But if you have never been with them or left Telus they will give you an amazing deal to come back. That makes great sense @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    @TELUS Hey #Telus, had the displeasure of dealing with you less than sub part customer service regarding my dissatisfaction and lack of solution to remedy a issue I had with my mobile service. I paid for a service that was not provided to me as stated in my contract.

    @dr_w83 Never is. I'm with Koodo which is part of Telus so pretty much get the same coverage but it's more self serve.

    Wow Telus loyalty sucks. When can't do a deal they offer to buy back customers to someone with long term 25 years, person pretty much says yea feel free to go to other companies then. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    @TELUSBusiness Moved my Bussiness Mobility from other co to Telus and with in 6 months moved back since here no one give S... about customers But one thing they will penalize you for your mistake as per there Definition but never take care of you

    @VMCcare Dear tech support: in Riondel BC, we assumed that Virgin’s LTE coverage would be identical to Telus’, ie: connecting to the same AP infrastructure. However, since switching to Virgin we noticed reduced LTE connectivity in Riondel. Is Virgin not using Telus APs here?
