    @AyahuascaDreams And again, the issue isn’t the phone. It’s the SIM card. We popped out the SIM card and replaced it with another one and it was able to connect to the Telus network. They just couldn’t let me keep it, though.

    @TELUS my security system is down because you guys cant get a tech out for 2 days. Small business should not rely on Telus unless you want to get robbed

    I've been waiting in a @Telus store for almost an hour because they won't issue the lady in front of me her $120 credit via cheque. 🙈 The rep in-store has handled this tremendously for how brutal their support seems to be.

    @TELUS I hope your happy with telling a customer of 13 years that you can’t do anything for them after 2 trips to your stores, being forced to purchas SIM cards for no reason, no loaner phones available. Your staff at the call centres are rude, unhelpful and shows you don’t care
