    @McMudder71 @TELUS Been with Telus for 18 years. Just switched the wife and MIL to Koodo. There service is great and its 57 a month for 1 63 a month for the other. Taxes in its half the Telus cost. My contract is up in May. I'll be jumping ship then.

    So @telus and @adt send something off to collections a week after it has been paid. And it could take up to 5 days to be emailed an account statement, by their "correspondence team". It seems Telus sucks at the communications part of being a telecommunications company.

    @reporteremma Telus, Bell, and Rogers played these games in Windsor, Ontario (where I formerly lived) for years. The only solution I found was them adding a note / rule on my account that I wasn’t liable for roaming in Michigan. But it’s annoying having to call to back out charges. Frustrating

    Are you Canadian? Do you use #Telus ? Do you like @oneplus ? Bad news your new Nord 10 5G won't work. And so far with about 5 hrs of tech support with Telus and One plus. I have come to the same conclusion. It is neither Telus or one plus problem. But there's a problem

    @reporteremma @TELUS @CapitalDailyVic There is a beach in gordon head where this is an issue. Just notify them and they will reverse it (in my experience).

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport no different than other companies. After being on hold for 1.5 hours , I’m disconnected by the agent who is supposed to help me! Whatever happened to customer service
