Between 4-5pm today I had 12 calls to our land line from an unrecognized number. The first two I answered and a robotic voice said “Dear Customer” so I hung up. Didnt answer the other 10. Reviewing the missed call list & all from a 604-540-…. number, all different. @TELUS #wth

@TRexMD780 Well I gotta say the cell service sucks here. I’m constantly blown away with how many dropped calls I get (Telus) it’s flat how is it so terrible? Edmonton should have way more sky scrapers. But also Ontario is incredibly flat so I don’t understand why they’d be surprised here.

@TheJenRollins @TELUS 4) stop accusing ME & send me the 📞 (which I received the 2nd time). I’ve NEVER IN MY LIFE had such heinously bad service from any company & they are forever banned from my home in any capacity. I can still hear this agent swearing at me & calling me a thief & hanging up on me

@TELUS It's baffling that you offer huge incentives to attract new customers for your home services but won't offer anything to your existing customers to keep them. Great customer service!

Bill C 11 isn't gonna make China over night but it's another stepping stone towards something like that. It isn't a bill thats meant to protect & help the people it's made for our corporate overlords like Roger's & Telus in attempts to restrict & Nickle & dime us more. #BillC11

@JoshuaKnaak @Raiikoh1 I think they're referring to the Telus health program that is currently getting sued by the government for violating the protection of medicare act. It's a subscription access to doctor service that costs between $3500 and $5000 a year.
