@jodyvance @TELUS Yes! I've been meaning to call them about my poor wifi but dreading the possibility of two hours en phone with no resolution

Not to mention that @TELUSsupport called me back only to put me on hold to go find a technician. What is the point of making me enter all my info in the chat and waiting for a callback. This is a #customerservice fail Is support from @TELUS something I'll need a day off for?

@MelissaLMRogers @JasminLaine_ @TELUSsupport Public Mobile is owned by Telus and uses the same network but is much cheaper. If you own your phone it is a better option. $40 a month gets you a lot of data. They have family plans as well.

@jodyvance @TELUS Telus synonymous with poor service.

@UnkleHack69 The problem is that the Canadian market is extremely protectionist of Telus and Rogers. It's not even like telecommunications regulations are more strict in Canada and US telecoms just refuse to meet them because they're actually much more lenient than in the US.

@YakkStack Sorry, it finally worked after about 10 minutes. Might just be another Telus glitch in internet service.

  • everydamtime
Farting in Da Club (@everydamtime) reported

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport 35 a month public mobile for 75 gigs. Its telus network. No phone support though only through chat

@TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing PostIt notes would work better, but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Never use the top tier provider unless they're giving you some sort of sweet deal. Use second tier Rogers? Use Fido. Bell? Use Virgin Telus? Koodo Same network, lower rates

@BackstageInfamy @DimitrisSoudas You guys just love to make **** up. Inventing laws that don't exist. We're entitled to our % there is no debate and it's a huge % due to our young population. We've already paid for a study done by Telus and Lifelabs you can google it. @grok telus lifelabs alberta cpp exit study explain with links.
