@HurleyOCHUCUPE Good thing we gave Telus shareholders $38 million in taxpayer funded CEWS. And $82 million to Rogers shareholders. And $122 million to Bell shareholders. Love it when governments side with corporate power. It’s not like anything bad will happen.

@JDotSinton @shazmamithani @cpsbc_ca Hey Jules it's unlikely any new FP physician will issue a 12 month prescription on first meeting regardless of your condition being stable because thyroid requires monitoring, usually 3/12 is max Rx. Nothing to do with Telus

  • estherflubb Carol W (@estherflubb) reported

Just had an automated phone call from @Telus about an engineers visit tomorrow where the options were not related to the premise that we would wear masks. I’m not sure if we are getting an technicians visit or getting remote help - which I know won’t solve the problem.

  • HHHSCares Haliburton Highlands Health Services (@HHHSCares) reported

Calls placed through other networks such as Rogers, TELUS, or NFTC are connecting. Work is being done with Bell to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and HHHS will provide an update when the issue is resolved.

@EfeoVI they came to fix it today and he told them they needed a box truck to fix it and they didnt bring one and now we have to wait ANOTHER day ): telus kinda stinks

  • natty2u Natty (@natty2u) reported

@TELUS your on hold wait times are ridiculous. 2 hours and counting is unacceptable. If you dont have the man power to accommodate your customer base then maybe your customer base needs to switch to another carrier until you hire enough staff. Might be time to switch again.

@TELUSsupport and the billing issue that was fixed last week has returned. For some reason Telus now thinks for the third time that I’m moving in June when I moved in May - they are trying to bill me for an address that I move from in May plus services at new address.

@TELUS I've written a long complaint to your Telus Business inbox regarding my wife's horrible experience getting a new phone delivered and subsequently being flagged as stolen. Cost me business and a whole lot of time with no apologies coming. I need to reach out to your bosses.
