    @TheTyee Fair enough if they (Telus) are breaching MSP regulations, but Telus has offered access to primary care where there are no GPS. Removing this service will cause delays in care

    8 hours on hold with @TELUSBusiness trying to fix a problem they can’t seem to fix. I loved working with @TELUS for the last 15+ years, but after waiting for the escalation team to call me back for several days now, can’t imagine they are capable of working with me much longer.

    @shazmamithani The problem is HealthLink always scares the crap out if you and suggest a person needs to go to the ER. As does telus online Drs. It’s not worth it, may as well go and get in line cause that’s their answer 💯 of the time. CYA at its best

    @Ryan_r_Williams @TELUS on top of having the highest rates now wants to charge me for using my credit card. They will be losing my mobile, TV, internet and home alarm service for that gem of a decision. I have been loyal, but they saw didn’t see it that way.$$$

    @dirtsleep @Ryan_r_Williams Your manner of offering information is arrogant & insulting. Loyalty usually does next to nothing. Fido is owned by Rogers: the worst. Koodo is owned by Telus. Do you have to buy your own phone? which many people can't do? Virgin is U.S. Please don't work in customer service.

    Dear TELUS: I understand that you see home cable as a 'want' and therefore not a necessity for your customers, but I strongly believe that to even cut off our internet as well as our home phone, therefore leaving us without anything to use in case of a medical emergency, is WRONG

    @TELUS It has been a week since I took a new mobile connection with Telus. My inbound transfer porting request failed. I have been trying to connect to a customer care agent for the last 3 days just to get a status update. The wait is insane. Automated chat is of zero help!
