Update to @Bell "amazing" DSL internet. Home line was ported out in January to @TELUS. bell system didn't realize this for 3 months. Cut our service today. Profile has to be rebuilt for dry loop. 1st thing I said to bell tech was "this is dry loop" save me @SpaceXStarlink

  • marrkstep Mark (@marrkstep) reported

@rocko_ca @CHEK_News @Shawhelp Not working on telus either hmmmm

  • atnguyen Anh Nguyen, CMP (@atnguyen) reported

@KatieKern @TELUS Thanks! 🙏 We've just determined that finalizing our divorce agreement was easier than dealing with @TELUS to separate our phone numbers. 70 minutes in, 4th customer service rep.

  • MarcRondeau The Ides of Marc (@MarcRondeau) reported

Rogers is spending big money to advertise how we will benefit from them buying Shaw. Between that and Bell being generally awful they have accomplished the impossible by making Telus look kind of like the moral choice. Very impressive!

@TELUSsupport Cellular. My family and a few friends in the area are also saying theyve been having issues with telus reception constantly dropping for the past week.

  • maarcamilaa Camila (@maarcamilaa) reported

So I assumed I was the only one who would lose signal right when the train stops at 29th ave cause I’m with freedom but apparently it happens to other people too ???? Fido Telus etc ??? LOL WHYYY

  • Cory_Boehm Cory Boehm (@Cory_Boehm) reported

@ltribe @jfmezei Not sure that is accurate. People used to say it was MTS keeping prices low in MB. Reality is the limited Network coverage from Telus forced Telus to be the value leader.

  • MNavarroGenie Marco Navarro-Genie (@MNavarroGenie) reported

Waiting now on @TELUS for 15 mins just to get transferred to a third person that might help me. It has become worse than phoning a federal government department.

  • Ronstellation Ron “Freshly Squeezed” Chamberlain (@Ronstellation) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport You need a better technical support system, I’ve been with you guys 1 month and I’ve had to call 6 times and my issue is still not resolved since I get transferred because your representatives can’t do anything and then I have to talk to an automated system

@JaneMoneypenny @KTinnovate @Bell_Support In the end Bell technically rents their lines to Rogers and Telus because Bell is the only one who set down lines across Canada. In the end we just pay to all of them, you just have to decide the devil you choose for the next 2years.
