@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Same here. Horrible service.

@Wherd_KMsT @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS The little inserts that they sent with the bill will usually also tell you what kind of outages trigger credits on your bill. Here I don’t think it’s so much length of outage as frequency, but that info is usually in your mail.

@itootill @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Theft of time? I wonder if the CRTC has any control over this. Level of service?

@brettdrc @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I use Lightspeed. $70 for 300 down, 100 up.

@brettdrc @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I could easily reduce it $50 by dropping my home phone. With scam calls it’s way more trouble than it’s worth. Trouble to drop it when your doctor, dentist, pharmacist & others all have the number.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS The wait times are atrocious but speak to the loyalty dept via the cancellation queue as 1.5gb is only 155pm. If you're having connection issues speak to the tech support team and they can fix it. It will take time but you can expect a discount as an apology

@PaulDoroshenko @CanuckTraveler @TELUS Yes. And that is how they get you. They will keep you on hold forever. Be persistent & patient. Call Shaw and see what they will offer you to change. Then, call Telus & tell them you want to cancel as Shaw gave you a MUCH better offer. They'll move mountains but persistence pays.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I am with TELUS and I don’t pay nearly as much! Connectivity is super reliable. I am using another provider at my parents’ house, and their internet has been down for days!

@opinionated75 @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS It’s so annoying though isn’t it? Every year when my Xfinity contract ends I get a bill showing it’s going up But if you’re willing to sit on the phone for an hour they can mysteriously figure out a way to put it back down to almost what it was.
