    Communications companies, if you wanna lose a customer fast, maybe don't gaslight them with some crap about inflation when they ask for a minor price adjustment: you guys did just fine in the pandemic. Also doubly true if that customer isn't on contract. Bye, Telus!

    @TELUSsupport Hi, I recently switched to Virgin mobile from Public mobile. I had excellent experience with Public mobile, I received much better plan with Virgin mobile. I hope would be offered a winback deal for me to come back to Telus to exp. the best customer service.

    I will be cancelling your service soon and Move with other providers who are helpful like @TELUS. With your worst customer support and your hunger to just take money from customers even during financial crisis is loosing you a customer and I willnever recommend rogers to anyone
