@JaneMoneypenny @KTinnovate @Bell_Support In the end Bell technically rents their lines to Rogers and Telus because Bell is the only one who set down lines across Canada. In the end we just pay to all of them, you just have to decide the devil you choose for the next 2years.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport You need a better technical support system, I’ve been with you guys 1 month and I’ve had to call 6 times and my issue is still not resolved since I get transferred because your representatives can’t do anything and then I have to talk to an automated system

Rogers is spending big money to advertise how we will benefit from them buying Shaw. Between that and Bell being generally awful they have accomplished the impossible by making Telus look kind of like the moral choice. Very impressive!

Trying to avoid monitoring service fees. Alarm Force and ADT got wrapped up into Telus. Rogers sells their own system. Nest Secure discontinued. Simplisafe seems to not work in Canada without services. Ring only works with Ring/Amazon products.

2) They never called her and they keep increasing the bill each month for a phone she isn't using. This is one of your companies @Telus and they are taking advantage of a disabled woman who can't even speak now because of her stroke and can barely hold a phone. @Koodo

2 weeks later, the new @RogersBiz SIM arrives ... with the wrong number. Wish I could port my old # to it, like our family did last year when we left Rogers for @Telus. At this stage, probably easier to just tell my work to start using my new number? #fail 🤪
