ANYWAY last one in the thread, here's an idea for one that doesn't insult your customers nor lie: "Please consider the environment printing this bill; Telus offers quick and easy online payment that can help you save trees and time. See < >" Boom. How hard is that?

Julie Ali (@JulieYAli) reported@TELUS So here is the thing. When I write to Brian J. Porter the CEO of @scotiabank I cc him on every communication until my problem is resolved. He has never asked me to stop cc'ing him. Maybe he is a CEO who actually cares about customers.

brainbah (@brainbah1) reported@TELUS how about you put more cell towers in my area. You sell a service but don't provide the basic requirements of a cell phone in many areas. I had to buy a $700 booster and a 25 foot pole for it to get service.

Julie Ali (@JulieYAli) reported@TELUS So what was the reason for the failure to cancel my TV plan October 5, 2021? I can't figure out her explanation. This is the explanation: "It did not cancel it initially because it was set for a future cancellation date, and it got stuck in our system".
