Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Steve_Smith_AB Steve Smith (@Steve_Smith_AB) reported

@wallamitt Telus Sourcing Solutions took over Calgary AHS’s Human Resources and OH&S depts about 15 years ago. Their office was in Burnaby and services outsourced offshore. Service was awful, as is everything Telus. I’m sure if that agreement is still in place. Lots of grift afoot.

It appears it's time for my bi-weekly complaint to @TELUS I'm back on high speed... Internet is still "sticking" on *everything*. Have to keep turning Airplane Mode on and off to clear it. Do you have any suggestions??!

  • cyprichmedia Cyprich Media (@cyprichmedia) reported

    1) Dear @TELUS, your company @koodo is ignoring my requests to resolve their continued, unethical billing of my wife's phone which she hasn't used in over a year. She is permanently disabled and can't use the phone and Koodo won't let me cancel her phone ...

@SandyPembroke I live on the other side of the Bay. We tried Rodgers, coverage was awful. Telus coverage was sketchy here as well. Currently we have Bell, no issues with coverage. We have friends with Koodoo, Eastlink and Virgin everyone is pleased with their service, no coverage issues.

@SandyPembroke @lisaolie Hey, I don't have Bell, Rogers, Telus or any carrier in most of Halifax Rural. At one time, I had dual sims and my GPS to mark possible 8 foot strips on the #7. I have CAA and have had to walk to a signal to call them. #Bell shows a false coverage map, then sells to other 2

For the record, I tweeted that on my @TELUS network phone because @rogers is down everywhere in my house. AGAIN.

  • Babylon_Beaver Babylon Beaver (@Babylon_Beaver) reported

@Eric_OTooleMP For better reception, twist your vaxxed arm in the direction most open. Should help with the microchip getting a better signal. Also, Telus sells boosters you can attach to your arm.

@mssinenomine Telus and Shaw offer this already, so I wouldn't be surprised if this were opposed since there is "no problem to solve". US I don't remember having the free hotspots like Vancouver has
