Telus stinks!!!! No free centre over for preseason and can’t find it on YouTube. Why do I pay so much for ****** service? @TELUSsupport @TELUS

  • hellodumbdum futureisbleek (@hellodumbdum) reported

@TELUSNews @TELUS @googlecloud Stay away from Telus garbage service

  • sbirdsell Sean Birdsell (@sbirdsell) reported

One agent just told me to "ignore further calls from Telus today" because other's would keep contacting me not knowing he was working on a quote. Another said once the sales query was in it's just a "free for all" of agents to contact the customer.

  • TrishaBourque Patricia Bourque (@TrishaBourque) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture When do you think cell service will be back?

  • corymurnaghan Murnco (@corymurnaghan) reported

@WinterSoldierr @TELUS @koodo As usual trying to get a proper response from Bell support is terrible. At the end of it.

  • dedrie77 Dee (not the one you know) (@dedrie77) reported

@DeltaBCDad It was a hold experience with Telus that pushed me to their subsidiary, Koodo. They don't even offer telephone customer support, but it's way cheaper, and I realized that Telus no longer did either.

  • norman_beaton Norman beaton (@norman_beaton) reported

@TELUS with all these "upgrades" you'd think service would be better. Not driving to work early Saturday morning during Hurricane Fiona as I'm a Healthcare worker and "no service" Or "not registered on a network " is pretty scary. And now this Monday and still poor service.🤬

  • RichHlywka Rich Hlywka (@RichHlywka) reported

@TELUSsupport #telus #AXIA #Monopoly Why is it that when you buy Axia you tell me my 1 gig available service (AXIA) is now only 50 Mbps(Telus)? Why would you buy the competition to only lower my available internet? This seems highly unethical.

  • McbethDoug Doug McBeth (@McbethDoug) reported

@TicketmasterCA the app keeps saying unstable internet try again but nothing happens. I cleared the cache and used home internet as well as mobile data (Telus) Any suggestions?
