@janmedo49 Pierre has no real world experience. None. The only real job he’s had was as a telephone customer service rep for Telus. That’s it! 😳 He’s not qualified to run Canada. Period.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport My telephone bill went up 30% from last month. Service has not improved, I'm receiving NO additional features for this extra cost. Great way to lose a long-time (35 year) client! Thankfully, other service providers offer competitive rates.

@TELUS I'm TIRED OF YOUR MARKETING CALLS !!! Do you guys even listen to what they do ??? They call you and don't let you pickup and they cancel the call ! OR the time the agent decide to remain and I could pickup, and I told them I am not interested, they just HANG UP ! No Thanks you or "I hope we can serve you better next time.." ! No ! Hangup to your face !!! And you guys wonder why Telus public opinion is dropping fast !!!

Worst marketing too from Telus. The cute little animals are old now. Main marketer for the Whitecaps and really lame promos nothing to interest fans. Everyone knows they have **** service. Phone network doesn't even work in South Surrey

@TELUS @TELUSsupport So you don’t have customer service people working there today? Waiting for my 5 minute call back from 7:30 this morning. Just tried to call a tech about my camera and got ads for 18 minutes. No people. Just ads. Waste of time.

@jaimepern we have Rogers and I have no complaints but a lot of neighbors report fairly frequent outages with their Telus but that might be just an issue with where we're situated

@jodyvance @TELUS 1-888-811-2323. Telus is awful, but I get best results by calling. And check your bill, too. Because that's often wrong.

Realizing they are exactly the same, who is slightly less awful for home internet/tv, Telus or Rogers? My Telus deal is up so I’m trying to decide what to do but I also need someone to tell me what to do.

@CKCapitalxx I know a big problem for ast/bell/telus in canada will be that everyone has a starlink mini for their car now that lives rurally. Already bought and less monthly than paying for a family of added sat service. It will hurt them a bit in the short term here.
