@CanucksIn4 @Shawhelp Way better. My internet and WiFi used to drop all the time with Shaw and they kept blaming me for it. I switched to Telus because they put in an extender and fixed the issue. Never going back. I game quite a bit and it's way better.

  • mikeinthevalley Mike in the Valley (@mikeinthevalley) reported

@telushealth @TELUS @annedrewa Hoping that reaching out this way can help fix an ongoing issue that sent my Mother in Law to emergency this afternoon. She has the Living Well companion and over the past few days it hasn't been working well.

  • TheMaybeJamie Jamie Whittaker (@TheMaybeJamie) reported

@DarrylRobert007 Shaw is cutting out, buddy has Telus no problem

  • mikeinthevalley Mike in the Valley (@mikeinthevalley) reported

One time it went off and signaled an emergency when she was sitting on the coach. The next time she tried to press it and it wouldn't connect to an emergency operator. Telus came out to try to fix it yesterday and this morning it was saying low battery & not working.

@Shawhelp You've been having problems with ALL channels since at least 3:00 PM today! I filed a complaint with the BBB because your customer service is atrocious! You've just pushed us over to Telus... that call is being made tomorrow. Good riddance.

  • BrowntoBure BrowntoBure (@BrowntoBure) reported

@CanucksIn4 @Shawhelp Their internet sucks I switched to Telus years ago. Still have Shaw tv though because Telus customer service is awful.

  • PeachyGGC Peachy (@PeachyGGC) reported

Dear @TELUS When will you be expanding your rural internet? Crazy that 45 minutes from the GTA and your service isn’t available! #CanadaneedsRuralInternet

  • MahoneyWolfPack Matt Mahoney (@MahoneyWolfPack) reported

@OilerfanYYC No issue with my Telus feed

  • IanSeggie Ian Seggie 🅙 (@IanSeggie) reported

My god, @Shawhelp has the worst customer service on the planet. Can't watch the #WorldJuniors, TV is black, and they don't employ human beings anymore. Guess the switch to @TELUS is going to happen sooner than we thought

  • CamMcCam McCam (@CamMcCam) reported

@Shawhelp Fix your feed good God. Trying to watch #WorldJuniors on TSN1 and it keeps freezing/cutting out. Browsed Twitter and found this is happening to Shaw customers only...not Telus users. Getting worse as the game goes on.
