@JimJohannsson @PierrePoilievre I mean having them here with store fronts etc. I hear what you mean. Still only real options are Rogers bell telus. We need to open up. If Canada failed to be considered by Verizon... there's a problem.

@itworldca Yesterday, I was in a remote place where only #Rogers & #Fido networks were active, others like @TELUS was hardly working. It's disappointing situations coz I was unable to assist my family friends with my 30 GB data whereas I was informed that #Telus network works via Rogers.

@TELUSsupport But your text message service still confirms I have an appointment, even though other systems at Telus have canceled my appointment

  • bukelacktavose Buke (@bukelacktavose) reported

@TELUS Nobody has Optik TV anymore because you raised your lowest tier internet service to $85/month with a 200 gb data cap.

@Eastlink has to easily be the worst internet I’ve ever had … lived in the city for 4 years had Telus never had a single issue .. moved North and eastlink goes down at least once a week for hours at a time and I pay for this crap. Can’t imagine doing online schooling here 🤯

  • YardPlots Yard Plots Landscape (@YardPlots) reported

@TELUSsupport Then you cancel my install with zero people from Telus contacting me

  • GeraldWaterous Gerald Waterous (@GeraldWaterous) reported

@RogersBiz How about getting your OWN towers up hwy 5? So i don't always have to remember to reboot my phone to get data on "Rogers Extended Service" (ie, Telus towers) This has been the case with 2 different phones.

  • canadapogg Towhomitmayconcern (@canadapogg) reported

@Telus @TELUSsupport @ADT Why is it I get calls from Telus almost daily to try to sell me additional services but I can't get assistance after 40 minutes on hold? Stop calling me in the evenings and please answer my call now when I need support with ADT!

@TELUSsupport hi Telus did you ever think that people who are having trouble with their phone might not be able to call you? Your callback agent hung up because he/she couldn't hear anything. 604-867-9151 phone line melted, help
