    So it’s day three of trying to sort out my @TELUS account. Day 1 they change my plans as requested. Day two I find out they are charging me way more than promised. Day three they are to call me back at 9 am. It’s 10:30…Nothing. @TELUSsupport I’m a 20+ year customer. 😡

    @LanceStorm @TELUS @TELUSsupport My friend works for them and they're literally on strike right now just to get the benefits they were promised in their contracts. They have gone DOWN hill.

    @TELUS I have been a TELUS customer for years. I pay for sportsnet. I’m on vacation in the Caribbean, and want to stream the @NHLFlames game. Can you please not black me out for what i am paying for? I will cancel if this isn’t resolved.

    @ShamSavior @TELUSsupport i will be incredibly sad if the solution to unrelenting calls from telus is to... sign up for telus especially because i've literally tried multiple times and they keep canceling it on me!!! the last rep told me he had "hundreds of thousands of dollars of savings" to offer me

    @TELUS Eventually, yes. Three hours of being on the phone and still not getting any resolution. I changed my service from you in June after 20 years with your company, and the lack of respect and willingness to assist was unreal
