    @TELUS why do we have cheap hotel wifi at home when we are paying for your premium gold plated wiring - why when we spend over an hour in line on the phone you just tell us to turn our modem off every time - is your service plan to make people NOT want to call in? #badwifi

    Useless @Telus support. I called, 1 hour wait. They call me back, tell me to press 1 to connect w/agent, ringing tone, 4.28 min later, disconnected at your end. Why call back if agent not available?

    .@TELUS @TELUSsupport my 5 month old modem stopped working/can’t be fixed over the phone and no one coming today to fix it. This service sucks so much. I wish I’d gone with @shaw
