Barca (@biubiu12) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport And let’s add home internet and cable… i pay $85 for home internet with Telus…. My 2 years is almost done. Currently I think I have 250 something. They offer me about $90 a month and upgrade to 1Tb which I don’t need at all. However,Rogers doesn’t service my area, so I am stuck

Dexter.eth (@RishabG61584484) reported@canadiancailin You’re sitting in a small town in Canada, using Rogers, Fido, or Telus internet to search Wikipedia about an incident, then acting like you know better than your own government and elected representatives, while accusing others of fake outrage and crying.

Kerry Sauriol (@CrunchyCarpets) reportedDear @telus and @TELUSsupport please cancel our account with you. We have been trying since the new year. We have been on hold now for a very long time. Again. Your company is a nightmare now.
-
Daniel Stevenson (@D313131Daniel) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Hey a decade ago Canadians were offered American cell service in Canada, but Telus whipped up such a frenzy among Canadians it never happened.
-
Marilyn King Nowak (@MarilynYKing) reportedWe had a power failure whole a customer with Wisp. I tried to get things fixed through Koodo then Telus & my account got switched ... it was sabotaged & the provider actually took my account ... yes, bad things did happen. Somebody refused to hand it back not once ... a few times

David T.S. Fraser (@privacylawyer) reported@Eric_OTooleMP @MarkJCarney I actually don't have much issue with this confirmation of service demand. It's a yes or no question ... "Hey Telus, do you provide service to 416-555-1212?" Essentially, "if we were to send you a court order about 416-555-1212, are we barking up the wrong tree?"

MedHatRingCrew (@MedHatCrew1) reportedReally frustrating when @TELUSsupport @TELUS can’t give you a straight answer. “Services are possible down in your areas as Barhead Alberta is having an outage. You will get daily texts. Don’t fall back.” Don’t call back so just take my money but don’t call and ask why
-
Darla Waite 👀“EYES,WIDE OPEN! (@darla_waite) reported@MelissaLMRogers @BAB5K @TELUSsupport I pay 38. It’s with a company called fizz.. I never run out of data. I wouldn’t go back to Telus or any of them ever again.

Probably But Not Necessarily Ian Bell 🇨🇦 (@ianb) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Emancipate yourself from deep (mis)management by the provider by purchasing your own @Ubiquiti Unifi gateway. Gives you easy GUI access to your network, expandable, and cheap. Then, yes, cut the cord for CableTV. Services like phone/cable etc. are better delivered “over the top”.
