    Nice he throws me back to the 1-800 number totally useless Telus tech support always wasting my time till i lose my mind Trust me worked with computers for over 25 years, this is totally unacceptable training levels for a tech support agent BESIDES the language barrier

    @TELUSsupport all I want to know why is there so much double strandedd in telus's sales in need to talk to a manager if they exist because my business are suffering because of it so please help and don't ousy ne away when I have my hand out reaching out

    I love how companies just hire Minorities for tech support jobs and have them read off cue cards The guy cant even update a MAC address, if you’re in tech support and cant do that you’re not very technical if even certified at all. Telus tech support is terrible for this

    @Shawhelp Can someone pls explain why on a daily basis does my TV reception freeze? Is it a) signal problem coming into my home b) problem with my 5-year old wifi modem c) time to switch to Telus fibre as they call daily wanting me to switch?? I have internet 600. Daily issues!

    @TSComic I pay for 50mbps. I was down to 8mbps. I rebooted the router, and now.. I'm at 2mpbs. It shouldn't happen. Can't convince TELUS of that. So tiring.
