@TELUS HOW ABOUT SOMEONE TO FIX THE INCONVENIENCE THAT YOU GUYS PROVIDE??? NO ONE SHOWED UP FOR OUR SCHEDULED PHONE LINE INSTALLATION LAST FRIDAY AND NO ONE EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CONTACT US. WE TRIED TO CONTACT BUT EVERY OTHER AGENT THAT WILL ANSWER HAS NO SOLUTION.

Bell, Rogers, and Telus have never had any problems extracting from me the exorbitant amounts of money us Canadians pay for pedestrian amounts of cellular data, but Freedom had to be a **** about it.

Oh How I love @TELUS NOT. A complete cluster with the tech support for our tv. Gliching, then telus cancel account, now no sound and other boxes domt work..

Seriously, never support @Telus internet.....it took them SEVEN MONTHS to install my internet at my current place and the service is spotty as all hell. Its a joke.
