    Part 3. Like why blame something when it’s actually ur guys issue. I can google “high ping Telus” and I see a lot of people having this issue and no fix or help... it just saddens me, that your guys website offers no more ping no more lag and it’s just crap...

    Hey @TELUS you’re the worst!!!!! We’ve been with you for 6 years (&honestly had pretty crappy service during that time). Now we’re moving out of province we are being hit with a HUGE cancellation fee. We were told there was the possibility you could waive it. But you won’t!!!

    The CRTC has sold the interests of Canadians down the river. But rather than get mad at @Bell Canada, @Telus and @Rogers for reaming us, we're going with Starlink. If we're going to pay a high price for internet, it might as well be the best.

    @TekSavvyBuzz Bell, Rogers and Telus have made very little efforts to provide a broadband solution to the rural communities. They do not deserve this break until such a time that they have a proper service in the rural communities.

    @TELUSsupport 1/ May 26 around 1345 - had no internet. Unplugged the router, no luck. Called Telus, they said no outage, did some troubleshooting, conclusion was router is failing. Agent was able to book a technician to drop off a new router for May 27 9 to 11am.
