@ErikGretland @TELUS I have the same problem with Telus, they have charged me too much. I got some money back, but why should they overcharge me in the first place. I think Canada is very poor protecting us against these telecommunication companies. Too expensive to have a line in Canada.

@PierB @jon_dewitt_ts Yep! Telus, and Rogers the duopoly of carriers in Canada both have awful SPAs that basically only work if you hard refresh every page. But there's more… I keep a **** list handy. And yes I trace them too because of course I do. No need to framework shame: its very popular.

@TELUS are you actively calling customers attempting to upgrade to iPhone 14? call from 18665582273, when I said no thank you, I'm not looking to upgrade right now, I got an immediate hang up, no "thank you", no "have a good evening" ? your outsourcing hurts your reputation.

  • CeilidhMK Ceilidh MacKinnon (@CeilidhMK) reported

My phone barely worked at my house before the hurricane because I have like no service here but ever since it just doesn’t work at all…I’m with Telus which I didn’t think was affected but maybe it was…even in town it’s crappy.
