    @TELUSsupport A new customer here. We have been waiting over 6 hours for the technician to install our new Telus services. It is supposed to be a 7 hour installation. I would be appreciate if someone could telephone or DM to give an up to date time estimate. Thank you.

    @edmontonjournal @TELUS This is stupid. Vast portions of the economy do not need any internet at all. Do roads get paved from home? Food grown? Buildings built? Stop shilling for more govt handouts

    Seriously, the worst place to buy a new phone is @TELUS stores. I went because I thought I needed the setting up done yet the clerk spent half an hour on the phone upgrading my package - she must have made a shitload of commission on the $5 plan bump and because of that... 1/2

    @daverich72 Not sure if to laugh or cry at Telus technical support line via Phillipines. 2 1/2 hrs on phone for what started as landline phone problem, to being told technician call in am. to me having to call again am.. a 30 min wait & qqq20+ min on phone just to get an Appt.
