TELUS found that proactive AI outreach (before the customer calls to cancel) had sentiment scores 34% higher than reactive deflection. **3. Revenue at risk per interaction** — Tag calls by customer segment. A 3-year enterprise contract holder calling about billing deserves a different AI routing decision than a trial user with a password reset.

  As a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).

  @icenineleafs @araghougassian how is the reception and is there ability for wifi calling? My daughter was on Freedom last year, but had poor reception at her school, and in other places she frequents (she's a rep hockey player, lots of arenas), where Telus has been great. It's a bit more money ($37/mth) tho

  @EricLDaugh What does iran even sell? Who ******** is he talking to, and why is he being so vague? You mentioned 60 entities. who are they? What is the exact reason that they are being sanctioned. Someone should sanction telus for trading 12,000 jobs to an egyptian wage gap for 1.3b profit
