@ehdubzzz @Fidomobile Too bad they use Rogers cell towers, so it's basically the same thing my guy. Go Telus or Virgin

Martin Menzies (@menzies_charles) reported
@tamalama67 Shaw Roger Telus they all have worse service than any tel-tech company in the US and a lot worse than in Thailand. I get minimal cell bars at my place now but in Thailand I got cell service on top of their highest mountain never had a dead signal or dropped call.

Canada lives in an oligopoly for telecommunications, with 90% of service coming from only 3 providers: Rogers, Bell, and Telus. With more competition, less people would be forced to use the Rogers Network, preventing a single outage from affecting so many Canadians.

Over-educated Twit 🇺🇦 (@BooRadTweets) reported
That said, I do question the aftermath of Bell or Telus being down. Would it really have had the same outcomes? So, I do believe Rogers is the largest of the evil fish.

@JackieBee_16 We definitely need more competition, one more reason why allowing Rogers to buy Shaw is a terrible idea. That said, I also have Telus for Internet/TV, but my mobile plan has been with Koodo (still Telus, but cheaper) for the past decade and I have been very satisfied with both.

Everyone thinks switching from Rogers to Bell or Telus will teach Rogers a lesson and fix this problem They don’t realize it just makes it worse Putting more market share and power into just 2 companies now #rogersoutage #RogersOutage2022

@IndignantMaple @maxfawcett What ******** are you arguing for? Do you honestly think I invented a story about my folk's landline? What purpose could that possibly serve? Roger's, Telus and Bell are paying me to shill for cell phones because they aren't popular enough?
