@TELUS ’m then informed there’s essentially nothing they can do as I’m outside my 30 days of cancellation. Meaning I either have to pay for two lines or cancel my old phone number. What an absolute joke.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport #yyc so apparently you have door to door salespeople signing people up for packages and porting over phone numbers without the account holders consent. Your management is a joke and all they can do is tell me it’s my “complicated name” as the problem.

@TELUS Officially the worst customer experience in Canada. You added a TV contract I did not order, charged me for the 4 days it was active, & now ask me to return TV equipment I don't have!!! You can't update my contact info either & I'm a mobility client!!! Abusive! #Telus

@SassBot69 @RomeTimed @theJagmeetSingh Yeah. However, it wasn't just SaskTel and MTS that offered those prices. Rogers, Bell, and Telus matched. So that leaves 2 possibilities. Either they lost money on providing service there for that price (gouging the rest of us to make up for it) or it was still profitable.
