@mourning_star85 @CTVMontreal My Pixel 3xl had great reception with Telus and Rogers...I switched to Vidéotron this past September and suddenly I get 3/5 bars when I'm outside my house in a suburb of Montreal? I get "emergency calls only" when I'm in the basement? They're delusional to think this isn't them.

@lynesworld I went with Koodo ( owned by Telus) several years after many issues with Bell. Price was only one factor. With Koodo, if you pay your bill on time, you never hear from them, save for a few text messages to upgrade if you choose ( but you can unsubscribe if it choose).

So I guess the folks @TELUSsupport are really behind. My scheduled appointment for yesterday has come and gone and all I’m hearing is crickets. Calls to Telus Support get lost in the phone system ether. Hoping contact via Twitter DM will be better... HᏜ℘℘Ꮍ Holidays!
