@RogersHelps We don't mind receiving the calls, but when we say "no, I'm not interested" we shouldn't then be harassed by your employees or your contractors. I literally had a Telus agent try to get me to sign up and after I said I work for Shaw they laughed and said no problem

@MercurialMoose Yup. Most likely. Which sucks. The yo-yo of Shaw Sucks-go to Telus. Telus Sucks-Go to Shaw has always been the Albertan Way. Rogers thinks it can disrupt that like this? Not likely.

Telus has the absolute WORST customer service. Seriously go to hell, one person more useless than the other, especially their managers.

@TELUS @koodo Your sales guy called. When I asked him if this was a sales call, he hung up. You’ve been trying to reach me everyday for the last week, just to hang up? Hilarious.

@CNN CNN is included in a Network TV news bundle for almost, if not, all providers. That means in order to get ONE of the following: MSNBC, HLN, GLOBAL or CTV then you were FORCED to have CNN. (Using @Telus TV as an example). Launching an exclusive app really shined that mirror for ya

@AvoidAmazon @TELUS @CCTS_CPRST I agree CRTC isn’t looking out for consumers but compared to Rogers, at least Telus does more charity work. Still doesn’t help with bill affordability though however.

I haven't received my payment since 6 months. No appropriate response from Telus support team. Tried creating multiple tickets but they are closing it. If it is not resolved in 48 hours I'm gonna file petition in Indian labour law court. @TELUSsupport @TELUS @LabourMinistry (1/1)

@KristinAnneH @priyabates They are all the same. Koodo, (Telus subsidiary) is better. No frills = cheaper plans and no one to sell you stuff. The catch: If you need support, it’s harder to get a hold of someone and billing and services is on you to figure out. @JaymeEtc has been w/ Koodo for years.

@KatelynTigchel2 I can’t watch with my Telus login from Vancouver to watch the game on Sportsnet here. It sucks.
