@TELUS I’ve had 6 fake robo calls today! That’s just today. You and your fellow communications giants are doing a piss poor job of fixing this issue. You CAN fix it! Do it before the public demands more regulation, or would you prefer that?

  • ShadowOfLight1 🍁 ѕhαdσω σf líght (@ShadowOfLight1) reported

@PaulDoroshenko Unfortunately, have never had success with Shaw and our clients. Everyone of them that have Shaw have had issues one way or another whereas Telus clients (including myself), have had relatively few issues. Shaw simply doesn't value customer's time and money. PERIOD.

  • LeslieL8 Leslie Lewis (@LeslieL8) reported

@Tara_Madden While my husband was ill we lived in a very nice retirement home. The home switched from Shaw to Telus while we were there. Four months later the residents, most of them quite mentally capable, were having trouble getting their TVs to show them what they wanted. Change is hard

@SirBenfro I had the same day yesterday. On hold for 2 hours with Telus to try and resolve same issue that happens every month. Got another promise it is resolved. Hmmm heard that one for 6 months.

  • its_skellie Mister Cracker if you’re nasty (@its_skellie) reported

@reneritchie I live near-ish to Pearson, this could explain why my Telus service has dramatically become trash since I switched from my XsMax to my 13 Pro Max 🙃🤔

  • angiemacoretta angieee (@angiemacoretta) reported

Telus service ******* sucks right now

  • mmusleh6 #blacklivesmatter maneuver🌈 (@mmusleh6) reported

@chipfranklin Oh yeah, and Bell, Telus, Rogers, but living in western Canada we are forced to go with them, and being Canadian worst internet for one of the highest rates in the world😤😤😤

  • Bonzhai1 Bonzhai (@Bonzhai1) reported

Hey, Telus, what is happening with the internet connection? It has been really slow for the past few days. @TELUSSupport

  • theoneraxus Raxus (@theoneraxus) reported

@TELUSsupport Good day. I'm a koodo subscriber and recently got a Telus account with the intention of transferring my number to Telus, I'm encountering an error. It says number not eligible to be ported in your province. The agents I talked to said this wouldn't be a problem.

  • General_Rob_ General Ro6ert (@General_Rob_) reported

Called Telus about my wifi issues and I was told to have everything on the boosters instead of the modem so we’ll find out tomorrow if that actually fixed anything.
