It's weird too because can see about 20 neighbors ALL with Telus internet. This REALLY sucks and I hope doesn't take 2+ weeks 😢

The frustrating thing is that she didn't want to change anything but Telus is switching boxes, so they force her to upgrade. She told the agent that she's 84 and doesn't understand tech and they told her she'd have to pay to have someone help
