    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @KateMcKenna28 @TELUS Yeah it's been a pretty big nightmare ever since i signed on with their home security, it's unfortunate because the product works fine, it's always something on the customer service side that is screwed up.

    @telus how many hours do I have to spend trying to prove the ‘you’ problem with my internet isn’t a ‘me’ problem before you acknowledge maybe you can’t fix it? I’m at 5 of the last 48 and counting.

    Hey @TELUS! Thanks for agreeing to “consider” forgiving the $40 owing on my 78yo mom’s cellphone, which she hasn’t used for months & months because of Alzheimer’s and which you haven’t allowed me to cancel or suspend unless I brought her into your store during a pandemic. 1/3

    Telus cable is down. got a number for Quebec (?wtf telus, why wtf is going on) least with Shaw i could run into town and get immediate help I CANT DRIVE TO QUEBEC STUPID *** MOTHER *******

    @BarryKiefl @mediamorphis I'm seeing people in the telus-koodo forum stating they are no longer with Telus-koodo (for various reasons) get emails for outstanding bills & can't log into the telus-koodo account because it's terminated. Lots of ebilling/paper bill issues in that forum. Seen some like yours.
