@AncientActivist @Bell Yes they can but they choose to put their company before their customers. @telus called the day of our installation and narrowed the window to 2hrs. Shoddy service.

@sooyaspicy I wouldn't know. I'm in Canada, which means Bell, Rogers, or Telus (which each have their own issues.)

The service from #telus is unreal. TV has been freezing for serval months. Every time I call #Telus service all they say is unplug your optik TV box, have been doing this over 6 months. Would you not think that maybe it is something else. Not happy at all.

Thanks @TSN_Sports for the delay on AEW Dynamite and having all these spoilers EVERYWHERE… what is the point of cable if you want me to then buy your stupid app. Get on the same page as these dummy’s at @TELUS and make it an add to you exsisting service or part of the package

@telnyx @voyp_us @voipms Agreed, technologically this is likely never possible. This is my second multi-day, had one with Telus where they sent a DSL tech to fix 4 broken PRIs and he asked if I "had 16 phone lines" - I told him he needed to go home and get the PRI technician. I'm not a trusting soul.

@JermaineJupiter Virgin/Koodo/Fido are the Bell/Telus/Rogers equivalents respectively. Service and reception will be the same as what you expect from the big 3 Their plans will provide 10gb (often times with bonus) for $50/month. I’ve been with Virgin for almost 15 years

Telus is trying to hide how they treat Indigenous people while the CRTC & Gov continues to give them free money for services that are exploitative and barely work. #CRTC
