@TELUS can someone please kindly tell me why it’s a 4 hr hold to speak with the corporate team to do a quick rate change? Fortunately, after the first two extremely rude reps, I finally have gotten someone who proves that you have 1 customer service oriented agent..frustrating.

@TELUS is such a joke, I got an Apple Watch with them it’s $10 a month for data which hasn’t worked since the day I got it. I’ve called and they always say they’ll fix it but they don’t. Now they won’t let me out of my contract because i should’ve returned the watch right away

@AICommunitybyTI Lol don't work for telus. They're greedy and awful. They treat us Canadians badly and will treat thai people badly as well.

@OfftheDial My issue is that Telus has done NO capacity improvements in my condo building, so the node is so saturated and slow that it's unusable at times. Shaw has upgraded it consistently and the speeds are very good... urgh. Rogers won't touch it again for twenty years now.

@TELUS I know it's just an automated system, but did you ever consider the optics of sending out email bills on Christmas Day is terrible?

@TELUS Roaming charges are automatically applied when BC ferry travels near Suchi islands in Washington! FIX THIS & your 90 minutes to 3 hours on hold to get reversed

@Drgameing1337 @CompBureau Not the same. Rogers still competes with Telus, Bell and smaller providers. It's never been easier to switch your cable or cellular provider. Or simply say you're switching and get a lower price.

@GarnetBees @CTVNews Check out Public Mobile. It uses the Telus network but very cheap. So inexpensive you won’t trust their offers at first, but it’s real! I’m now paying $16 per month for the same package Bell charged me $75 for! Two years now, no complaints!!
