@PunkRockG1 @OlaftheP One solution w/ health data is for Canadians to get engaged on personal health data & where it is saved. Pushing for health data to be issued/ saved in a separate system outside EMR’s can benefit everyone. Telus is building monopoly & we have no agency of data.

@vividprint Can u switch to use @Square payment on your site? Use LTE to process in-store transactions? Telus mangled my home install THREE times and caused Primus to outright cancel my contract.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Hey, My sister uses your service and we live on the border near the USA. She keeps getting roaming charges even though she called to have you turn it off and she actively turns off roaming on her phone. You claim she owes $400 in roaming charges. Fix this!

Anyone have issues with Shaw these days? Since Nov unreliable Internet, sometimes days. Many chats, new equipment, 3 tech visits, and now, after last tech’s visit, Shaw land line doesn’t work. Back to Shaw chat. 40 mins, no help. #Shawhelps ? Really?? Time for Telus?

Spent over 2 hours on chat, then when their system was 'having issues', the phone with a @Bell_Support rep yesterday...then they were gone. Hung up? Disconnected? They initially called me, but couldn't call back? Service seems to be a 4 letter word with them. Will @TELUS answer?
