    @WLDB1988 @CanadianPolling Bell/Rogers/Telus currently provide absolutely huge networks and get absolutely huge profits out of it. Breaking into that market is extremely expensive. The three would be willing to lower their rates - but if they do so, they're going to cut service to compete with newcomers.

    @TELUS so an internet technician was here for the house connected to us and now we have no internet and they said they can’t fix it for 5 days and that they might charge us as there is damage to the wire!Was working fine before the technician came!So now I can’t work for 5 day!?

    I’ve been with Telus, Bell, Koodo, Rogers, and so many more and NOTHING is worse than Freedom Mobile. Honest to **** this company is good at conning I need to start picking up pointers

    @TELUS Waiting for a mobility agent to take my call … taking too long. I thought employing call centres in the Philippines was supposed to keep costs down so head count could be kept up?

    @TELUS After being on hold with you for an hour your system sent me to a phone that no one picked up for 15 minutes. I have been a customer for 4 years and all you people do is upcharge and deliver the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Switching providers presently.
