@maxfawcett You haven’t lived until you’ve had to deal with Telus customer service. A vacation in hell would be more pleasant than dealing with the abomination that is @Telus

@lraitt That happened to my disabled uncle too, but with @TELUS. It took us months of fighting with them to cancel the expensive contracts. We threatened to go to the CRTC, and that's when Telus backed down. Utter criminals.

@LauraSavino747 @Verizon I speak to people from my phone company (@Telus) all the time. It's usually some employee from India calling during supper to try and get me to upgrade my plan despite my having asked them numerous times to NOT call me ever. Great service! (cough)

@CBCNews @cbcErica Between Bell, Rogers and Telus, I’m not sure which ****** telecom company is worse. Doesn’t help theirs a former Rogers exec running the CRTC...

@maxfawcett Rogers and Bell are tied, which aligns with my experience. I have no experience with Telus, which had less presence in the East until recently. So that may bias your results. When I switched from Rogers to Fido (owned by Rogers) I saved $$ and got better customer service.

@TELUSsupport - my email isn’t working. This is unacceptable. When you force migration you should make sure it goes smoothly. By the way, why would customers continue to pay for Telus email service when you are putting them on Gmail which is free? Hope Telus loses customers.

@maxfawcett Honestly my customer experience with Telus has been great but all of their rates are way to high compared to what people in other countries pay.
