    Canadian service providers — @Rogers, @Bell, @TELUS — have some serious work to do. Lately, I’ve been getting more fake calls, robocalls, and scam calls than ever before. Almost like my phone is just for scam callers only. So let me ask this plainly: am I paying these companies every month just so scammers can reach me more easily? It’s starting to feel like our telecom giants have become the bridge — or worse, the liaison — between customers and criminals. Insane

    @startca what is with your service? Used to get someone in 30 secs now I've waited over 30 mins 3 days in a row on phone or chat.. such a great acquisition by @telus ruined for customers

    Consistently in shock how @TELUS @TELUSsupport manages to be worse than Bell. This time a complete business internet outage and their technical support hangs up on you because they don't work after 9pm lmao.

    @MarkJCarney @bongbongmarcos Money, corporations, businesses, auto, investments, oil and gas leaving the country, may as well add tech support for Bell, Telus & Roger's to that list. Crown royal, furniture companies..all leaving faster than ever. The only thing built up fast is Carney's debt and airmiles

    Well that was interesting. A bunch of screwing around with Static IP **** because it looked like Dynamic was going to have issues . . but it was my Cloudflare configuration . . now I spend $15/mo on static IP's. I used 1 I'm allowed 5. @TELUSsupport said they'd call me in three to seven days. So I went to bed. They called me at 4PM so I got 3hrs sleep . . . . . Not a god damned person at Telus is educated in their job.

    @Bell_Support there’s nothing to DM. your service in red deer is garbage. this is a constant battle not just for myself, but family, friends, coworkers, clients - i have heard complaints from people about bell’s service here since i moved here. no wonder my work moved our entire network’s mobile to telus

    @SueAnnLevy @Bell They’re all bad, but I’ve found Telus to be the least problematic … also, having your email address tied to your provider is kinda dumb, and it should be self-evident that you are going to lose it when you cancel your service!

    @startca @TELUSsupport sharing feedback that I never had to wait more than 10 minutes on hold prior to Telus purchasing and I'm currently at 1 hour and 52 minutes of being on hold...so much for friendly neighbourhood company
