    In January of 2021 I filed a complaint with the CCTS against Telus. In an email CCed to my Federal MP Karen McCrimmon the Commissioner of the CCTS Howard Maker admitted that he intentionally violated the Procedural code of the CCTS in order to comply with Telus's demands.

    @MerlinofCanada Can't I just get the pharmacy to forward the email confirmations to them? Don't need to leak my entire health records, just 2 shots. Besides, @jkenney @shandro have let Telus and many others leak our info so why the issue now?

    Same story today. On top of the erratic service by the router - it is NOISY. I can hear it from 12 feet away ...a continuous hum/buzz. Cheap, lousy quality for a rip off $234.15 a month. Pity, because BlueCurve does have a good record/save feature #Shaw Do you hear me @Telus

    @entwistled Darren, I'm at my wits end with TELUS and am going straight to the top. I'm an IT Director that has burned ~60 hours with your "team" trying to get a simple change made for one of my users. TELUS has hit an all-time low for service on this one.
