@TELUSsupport Will do. Ended up going to another provider and now Telus will not port our numbers. Pushing two hours on hold. This is pretty bad!

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I’m moving my commercial refrigeration company to a new office space Dec 1st. Setup with Telus over a month ago to transfer the phone over on Nov 28th but they never showed up and now say they can’t get get there until Dec 5. I’m out of my old space Dec1st.

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport I've been on hold for 45 minutes. I received a SMS saying I'll be on a priority list as I waited over an hour last time I called. This is my third call, and I've waited over 3 hours to talk to someone!!!! Why is it so difficult just to talk to support?

@telussupport - being on hold for hours on end just to be tossed back and forth between representatives just to be hung up on is not the best customer service imo. I’ll choose to switch from the rural internet to another service at this post. #telus

@TELUSsupport Keep announcing more stuff that you cannot support. Telus can't even get internet services working in Calgary on a regular basis. It's pathetic.

@GlobalCalgary Twice in 2 days while placing a cell phone call on Telus network, my call went through to 911. I dialed a residential 10digit number. I reported the problem and was told that it would be escalated. I have not heard back from Telus. Had many calls drop, even using wifi calling
