    @Shuggs_YYC @cmcalgary Telus sucks. My work has Telus, nothing like dropped calls, crappy IT and their biz connect system is brutal.

    @TELUS 2 situations within the last 30 days where I have not gotten any help from “managers”, been told there is nothing that can be done & basically calling me a liar. I’ve been a customer for over 25yrs. Beyond angry at this point.

    @samhartleyco @peggy_blair Telus cheapest is 10GB for $75 plus tax. I’m going to switch to Koodo for $41/monthonly 4GB but I rarely blow it out. We’re in Sharbot Lake and my partner has no issues with Koodo.

    @TELUSsupport Baloney. Using Telus cost me two hours of my life. What are you going to do to fix your service so customers don’t have to wait like that? The answer is “ nothing”.

    @peggy_blair I'm also in Ashton and work in CP. I'm on Telus and have been with them probably 15 years. Super happy and I get better service than my spouse on Rogers.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport your customer service is a joke. Booked an appointment to install fiber but the technician is a no show. Waited 2 hours and on the phone for another hour so far but no resolution. Not even a courtesy call to say we have to reschedule!

    @TELUS customer services are very bad.They confirm & renew our contract over the phone in last 120 days.Never send us email confirmation even upon request.We try reach through various ways but I think we are targeting by @TELUSsupport too.They don’t put notes & charge us a lot.
