@RogersHelps Couple coworkers who have @Telus are getting the same re-hashed Amber Alert.... Perhaps this is a problem with the people who send pit type messages?? Is this something you can forward to them??

Our TELUS internet is down. Wait 30 mins for someone. They can't find my account. They said "Oh it's because you are on fiber. I am from Copper Dept. I will fast trasfer you". It's been 20 mins and still on hold. Incompetence at best. There should be a law regulating wait times.

@Jess_Lynch @claytonhales83 @TELUS Yeh we had the 600 and it showed great speeds but the ping was trash. Anything wireless was slow AF. They hose you for crap. Horrible customer service. Never again. Telus all the way.

please call my @telus landline to fix my internet-i can't get through on your chatbot or your phone-we have 5 people WFH and your service is terrible-we've had 3 service visits and bought more @telus equipment to fix your service

@KeefLynch @Jess_Lynch @TELUS I got told that if I have more than 1 thing ever connected on wifi i will never see 600.. my wired connection barely tops 350. Phone basically sitting on the modem I get 300
