Excuse me @TELUS I love that I can make my kids schedules and shut off the wifi to their ****. Love it. But here's an idea. I want a throttle. I want them to get just enough internet to load a show then buffer for five minutes eventually getting mad they turn it off themselves

Hey @TELUS I’ve been trying to set up a @TELUSBusiness account for internet for my non-profit charity since the beginning of August. I keep being told the address needs to be qualified and someone will call me back but they never do. Help? @TELUSsupport

@TELUS Hey, when is fiber getting installed in Thorncliffe? Pretty tired of my low quality internet service. Affects my tv as well as wifi. Also, your tech removed any possibility of switching providers by illegally cutting lines for Shaw. Fiber is needed asap. Hop to it.

When you discover @VirginPlus @VirginPlusCare has the worst customer service ever.... @TELUS is looking really good right now

. @TELUS curious if it is standard for your workers to leave behind all their flgas, stakes and garbage on people's lawns once they are finished in the area? Been a month since they finished working on our road.. And still flags everywhere.

So, @TELUS calls to offer a new set of promotions and I agreed on the condition that I cancel some of the things I presently have. They say I can call to do that separately but it will all be fine. Now, 7 transfers/calls in, they cannot do it. What a joke. @TELUSsupport

@RedDeerAdvocate It’s bad in Westlake! Residents can hear the recipient, but the recipient cannot hear the resident. Telus advised Westlake & West Park are noted problem areas. From Heritage Ranch to Gary Harris and Taylor Drive to Highway 2, is basically a dead zone. No calls and no data.

Who’s the worst company to deal with and why is it @TELUS 🙄

  • Chris_t8306 Chris (@Chris_t8306) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport - over an hour on hold in unacceptable. Worst phone company in the country. Shameful.

  • ABM_Editor Dawn Chafe (@ABM_Editor) reported

Once you sign a contract with a cell phone provider, can they LEGALLY increase your monthly bill by $5 more than your contract - no additions or extra service. @Telus just upped my bill for no apparent reason other than (says customer service) "we give you good service"??
