    I had no problems with @TELUSsupport @TELUS before but the trash *** ways y’all been acting this past year, I’m DEF going elsewhere in 2021 when my term is up and I’m up for renewal for a new phone. My loyalty all these years clearly means **** all. This is actually bonkers.

    @TELUSsupport I made 4 payments on my Telus account on two CC’s. All four payments made on Telus website said payment not processed. Actually all 4 payments went through and are all showing on my CC statements online. Your website isn’t working. Fix that. And message me pls

    @ZAKtalksTECH Yes. I have tested this with a Google Pixel 5 and iPhone 12 Pro. Both didn't any issue with 5G connectivity. Also Telus investigated confirmed that I have 5G and i shouldn't have this 5G connectivity issues. The adviced me to replace the phone.

    It is so hard to keep track of a movie with dozens of freezing & stuttering thanks to piece of **** @TELUS Optik TV. I can't imagine advertisers like @TheBrick are too happy with the constant dropped signals during their ads.

    @RogersHelps I've been with you since 2005, & I'm leaving now. Spent 10+ hours trying to get help but calls keep dropping while waiting to be connected or while talking to reps after waiting for hours. No call back, even though you have my # (@Bell/@TELUS both called back).

    and call service. 2G of data....which means 2G off your wireless if you have wireless at home. We bought a package of Telus Optik TV....That gives us 10G wireless per month ....then you simply tag your phone to your wireless WIFI ..( free and unlimited -on your phone ) ...
