@Garossino Reminds me of my Telus experience where after hours of waiting to chat with someone online, they told me I was talking to the wrong team. They promised to route me to the correct team. 2 hours later the same person with the same name pops up as the rep to chat with. No solution.

@H_Y_L I have never used telehealth other than phone calls with our ped or family doctor. Wouldn't even know where to start. And I REALLY don't support Telus Health. Hard to do a video consult with baby when he's at daycare all day...

@TELUSsupport Why is Telus charging this stupid credit card fee? I heard it's because they feel they don't already incorporate this charge into their plans. Does this mean the people now forced to pay without a credit card will get a 1.5% discount?

@TELUSsupport This isn't support. They tell you to call the Telus customer service number. This is what happens when we have no consume protection enforcement and these ******** can treat customers like garbage. They should be fined 10K every time they lie and don't fix an issue immediately.
