    .@TELUS @TELUSsupport is willing to lose both my internet and mobility service over an issue they caused in the first place by not compensating me on my bill, the escalation manager said to me straight up I was pure profit for the company at any price and still wouldn’t help

    @TELUS Too bad you didn't service in the area. Hope you have upgrades for fibre coming soon. Clearly, Shaw Cable, soon to be Rogers Cable don't really care about their customers.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m at my wits end with the lack of support for our company. I’m simply trying to get an issue resolved and tech support on the phone has not been following up or fixing the issue. If this isn’t resolved today (it’s been over a month) I’m going somewhere else

    @TELUS I have one day old internet, I pay for 1GB and get only 300Mbps speed and there is no support I have connected my laptop with modem with Cable but still, the same issue and No one supports me, forwarded my call to the loyalty team, and put me on hold for 1hr and no answer.

    We are finally having a @TELUS tech come to the house to figure out why our service is so ******. They say it’s a faulty connection. I hope so. I had high hopes for switching from Shaw. Looking forward to watching tv without the pausing, digitizing, etc.

    I’m at the point now where I say **** all my things and just leave this toxic abusive relationship right now. Where I lose about $3700(bmw/money from impound and last months rent and 400 Telus bill) and 12 years of my life.

    @ADT @TELUS I finally got thru after 30 min wondering if my dad was ok. He was on the phone with Telus ADT trying to fix his security system so I couldn't ask dad directly. No need for me to call them now.

    @GoDaddyHelp It is not my Internet Service Provider. My friends and other site users are reporting the same thing regardless of if it is Telus or Shaw, or where they are from, Canada or the U.S. The problem is not on all of our ends. @GoDaddyHelp there must be something you can look into.
