@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Yes that’s extremely high. We switched to Telus cuz Shaw was terrible when covid hit & everyone started working from home. Telus was much better. You might regret moving to Shaw. I suggest what others said…call Shaw get quote then share with Telus…they’ll lower to keep you.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Does Telus still charge for data overages? Might be where some of that is coming from unless it’s the same amount every month. Plus phone service for $7?!?!? Something fishy there.

@opinionated75 @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS It’s so annoying though isn’t it? Every year when my Xfinity contract ends I get a bill showing it’s going up But if you’re willing to sit on the phone for an hour they can mysteriously figure out a way to put it back down to almost what it was.

Have rebooted my phone multiple times, switched on/off both cellular and wifi toggles, nothing is solving the problem. Apps cannot connect to internet, even on my home wifi which I know is functional, and also with Telus.

@TELUS Ugh. Can you just put a streaming package together for us? Why break it down this way. Keep going, I’m so close to canceling my service with you. FRUSTRATING!
