@TELUS Thank you TELUS. In fact this is the second time this has happened. The duration of the disconnection is about an hour. This time because I did a test, I learned that the basic RELATED and ESTABLISHED packets can reach major websites. And the domain service was not interrupted.

GRR the frustration of trying to order a new device from @TELUS @TELUSsupport. I've either ordered 1/2 doz new phones (and apple watch because I've wanted one forever and it feels like time) or it's never going through due to non stop "looks like we ran into a problem" *sigh*

@TELUSsupport Of course the issue is unresolved. Telus canceled lir appointment without telling us. Then they made another appointment and another no show. Then they say they can’t give us internet at all. Lol. But don’t worry. We are now Shaw customers. 3 Cell phones soon too.

@TELUSsupport We had a Telus outage for over two days and a Telus technician called this morning because he was coming over this afternoon and he was not aware of the outage in this area… So between a lousy physical installation and no service I’m getting a little impatient with TESLUS

Shame on you @Bell @rogers and @telus. This is an easily fixable problem, and yet your own profits are more important than the safety of people in Canada.
