@TELUS Telus charged me for a 2nd number on a contract, which I called and tried to cancel. They kept saying they wouldn’t do it…”BUT they could cancel my current line at no cost (which is a business phone number). This was a 2 year contract @ 80/month. Essentially Telus cost me $1920.

Rant time! Massive Telus charge even with easy roam. Seeking explanation. Over 1 hour phone wait……no online ‘live’ help. Don’t even get cell signal at home. Very frustrated! Need a new cell phone provider. Telus, I’m done!!!

Spent an HOUR with Telus re: mistakenly cutting off my service. 60 mins of agent & "team" finding out why my it was cut off. When they finally determine it was mistakenly cut off & they’ll return the service- the question I’m asked is: "Are you calling from your cell phone now?"

@Hannah_Bananaz They knew this would be a problem but did it anyway. I left Telus because of this. Let them pay for their mistakes and open Canada up to US competition.

@BlackBerry Just got a text from Telus Mobility advising as of Jan 4/22 my "device will no longer be functional and will not support voice, data, SMS and/or 911 services on any carrier network". Does #Blackberry have a workaround that the Telecomm's are not telling us about?

So bell and telus are robbing and pillaging Canadian clients with wild abandon, then making poor decisions by investing in huawei tech. Now, they would like those same clients they’ve been stealing from to cover the cost of their stupidity. Time for govt to say f… off.
