@TELUSsupport I am tired of not being able to talk on the phone in my home and neighbourhood due to lack of service by TELUS. I have phoned about this before. I need someone to phone me and I don’t want to wait 3 hours on hold back and forth. May not be able to hear me by the way

  • thexantar Brandon/Xantar (@thexantar) reported

@TELUSsupport Why is it your website to request condo fibre upgrades never gets a response? In St. Albert & I’ve applied three times as a member of our condo board. Telus sure pretends to care about community with ads until it takes any form of work.

@mrmikeMTL I live on an acreage so still have telus satellite to be able to watch oilers games. My internet too slow to stream live events. Netflix is ok, just can't do live tv

  • SeetSah Seet Sah (@SeetSah) reported

@TELUS You should focus on making my high cost #TELUS services better #5G sucks! I think cel services out worse now than in 1986 when I signed up with your company! The only reason I’m still a customer is because all other celco’s are WORSE!

  • GangstHannah Hanner (@GangstHannah) reported

Videotron cancelled my transfer request because I couldn't accept it via text.... Because they made my phone inoperable while still billing me for "service". Oh, they also hung up on me. So now I'm back on the phone with TELUS to make another transfer request + call to Vidéotron

Who's got Telus phone service and does it suck or nah?

  • edlysons Laney (@edlysons) reported

@DavoZed @LindySmithMD Labour laws. Excuse me. But I can say... we are LOVING the Telus Health option. My husband used it today. I bet you hate that too. The poor public is the one who suffers from the protectionism.

@NanaimoNewsNOW Can we get a cell tower on Hammond Bay Rd in #Nanaimo! No cell service or weak at best @TELUS @Rogers

  • SquatchMcTimbit Squatch McTimbit (@SquatchMcTimbit) reported

@amber122185 we went under contract with them 2 years ago. It was MULTIPLE visits from techs upon installation because nothing worked right from the hop. I've never had to escalate to a manager with another company, as often as I've had to with Telus. We went weeks without properly working

@TELUSsupport still no response as to why Osoyoos has atrociously slow Mobile Data speeds. 56kb/s what is this 1999? 10 minutes to watcha YouTube short? 2 hours to watch a 45 minute episode? What am I paying for exactly? Changing carriers immediately. So done with @TELUS
