    @Kailaxvx Telus bought me off Bell, like legit head hunted me basically. Someone hit me up from Telus and offered me 20 gigs of data and unlimited everything for $210 for both my lines. Service is good, everything is good!

    Our TELUS internet is down. Wait 30 mins for someone. They can't find my account. They said "Oh it's because you are on fiber. I am from Copper Dept. I will fast trasfer you". It's been 20 mins and still on hold. Incompetence at best. There should be a law regulating wait times.

    @telus why do I have to wait 2.5hours in the middle of the day PST for you to answer my call-your internet keeps dropping-this is the 5th time a service rep has had to come to my house to fix your internet

    @mishelleorama @TELUSsupport Hence why i havent made the switch. Nothing but horror stories about telus help desk. Im sure Shaws not perfect but I havent had any issues with support!

    .@TELUSsupport Trying to get a response from Telus as a customer is like a treasure hunt, expect there is no treasure. Just people telling me I need to call another number. Is anyone in charge? And as a customer who is paying you money, do you care? @TELUS
