    @Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility They said it was my carrier settings - nope, and then SIM card - nope. Finally reset my network settings and nope. All this time no one told me it’s because my house is a dead zone. Now I get to fight cancellation fees for a service they never should have given me.

    @Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility I’m facing thousands in fees when I don’t want to cancel, I just want to take calls for my business from my home. I’m so disappointed. I’ve cried twice today from stress not to mention losing an entire day of work and it’s still not fixed. I’m at a cafe.

    @TheJenRollins @TELUS @telusmobility Telus is awful. We stayed w em cause they kept rolling over our discounts but then they stopped and we were like, yeah, not paying that. Bye. Swapped to Shaw. Not stellar, but definitely better than Telus on all fronts.

    @TELUSsupport is it possible to get help from a human being over the phone, I am having a problem with my Telus box, which is by far the biggest piece of garbage technology I’ve ever dealt with, and then I can’t even talk to a person
