the specialist there refused to help, or even call into your support. As they clearly had no idea or care about me as a customer, I will be going to @TELUS.

Okay. You know what? Fine. We know someone in town with REALLY good Telus home internet. Not 100 down/50 up good, but 75 down/15 up good. So I call. 4/13

My take on Rogers outage after #INDU today: -meaningless agreements between Rogers, Bell, Telus will be signed to please Minister. -#CRTC will do secret study that leads to a few redacted recommendations that won’t be enforced. -Rogers will invest what it had already planned.

@TELUSsupport is it your policy to have sales staff phone customers of StarLink & ask for SIN, credit card over phone? My 83-yo mother (living with Parkinson's) was confused enough to call me at work. The more she told me, the more I suspected Telus, not scammers. Shame. #FAIL

You know how I was all excited for that 5g? That sweet 5g? I was excited because they were promising we could get 100mb down and 50mb up. And I was pumped! Y'all, if that were true we'd have to change our "Telus is a jerk" song. 2/13

@mattywalkers Telus also never says that to me unless they want my money (I'm using two sims right now so it tells me which network it came in on)

  • vcinbc Val C. (@vcinbc) reported

Takeaways: 1. Never ever give out SIN, cc# or banking info on phone. Mom, bless her heart, did the right thing. 2. FASTEST WAY TO REACH TELUS: *message* @TELUSsupport on Twitter. You then have record of conversation. I insisted that someone call me to discuss. And they did! 🤯

@JioCare I am Canada and not able to connect to any network tried both BELL and TELUS. I want to opt for a pay as you go plan but somehow the network doesn't seem to work. Can someone help?

@TELUSsupport while installing fibreoptics in our community, we lost a square foot of property to an ugly service box that’s taken 6+ months install, damage to our property(stonework paved sidewalk cracked by Telus workers) & very VERY poor/unprofessional recon. Where do I call?
